Convenient location, good selection of reasonable quality aftermarket replacement parts. Ive purchased alternators, brake pads, rotors, calipers, batteries, etc., generally the Duralast Gold hoping the quality is a little closer to OEM. The shelf parts and maintenance items selection is good. Friendly staff.

Very friendly and professional people there. We jump started our car earlier in the morning, so we decided to drive to AutoZone for a double check. They went out of the shop to help us. The guy saw that we had a relatively new car so suggested us to go to the dealer for a warranty replacement.No push for the sale, accurate information, and helpful hands. will be back if I need any auto parts in the future.

I never write comments but I was so impressed with the customer service I recieved that I felt I had to write one. I went into the Eldersburg MD store on 3/20/19 to buy windshield wipers and was helped by one of two employees working. He was very polite, helpful and professional. He offered to install the wipers for me but I thanked him and said I could do it myself. After struggling for a few minutes outside the store I went back in to let him know that I wasn’t as smart as I thought I was and was going to take him up on his offer. He was busy waiting on another customer but the other gentleman that was working right away offered to help me. He too was very professional, polite and happy to help me. Both of these guys were great and know how to provide a customer with great customer service and it meant a lot to me. Great experience.Thank you gentlemen, I really appreciate your professionalism.

- LARGE CLEAN STORE- I will RETURN to use this auto part store- EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (by Will)- My check engine light was on, and Will diagnosed my problem by hooking up the computer, free of charge, then discussed my options for over 30 minutes. He even printed a diagram of my exhaust system.- The competitor (across the street) REFUSED to diagnose my car problem using the computer, and LIED to me stating that no place would run this type of test free of charge.

I went in to find a part for my 2012 Sonata, I was having a hard time finding what I needed but Jon was happy to help me find what I was I was looking for. He really knew his stuff. This is the only location I will ever use. Great Experience!!!!!

Love this store usually best place for parts, however this woman “bently” was rude, condescending and ignorant about items and locations in the store. Just te wrog attitude for customer service, couldn’t tell she really worked there as she wasn’t wearing a uniform and had headphones in. Good thing advance is right across the street even though they are usually dumber. I spend 100$ plus every other Month at this location and would love to keep shopping here but not dealing with “bently”.

Not open on a Saturday at 1030 am 1 employee in the store visible on 7/7/18. Employee didnt even have the time to come to the door. The employee just looked at me like go away. advanced auto 2 minutes away is open so is Walmart. No sign explaining the closing. For a brick and mortar store what a joke.
