Exceptional customer service from Moe, the manager!!! I switched from AT&T and I’m saving $100 a month with a far superior product and customer care. Moe made the switch easy and flawless and has been extremely helpful with follow up visits. Ask for Moe!

We had a good experience here. We were adding 2 lines and 2 iPhones. One phone wasn’t available but they arranged to have one in Columbia. The set up went great and they were sure to apply all promotional offers. Rachel helped us and she was great.

The employees at this location are unhappy and lazy to talk to the customer. You have to wait forever to someone actually come talk to you, once they do they act like you are inconvenient.The younger guy is the worst, he has made pretty bad comments like Can you afford the phone? he was prejudice towards me and my family because we are latinos.We are definitely not coming back.

The worst customer service ever. The employees are lazy and they are not helpful at all . We gave this location two chances and they totally wasted our time.If you want to get a phone go somewhere else, the people that work at Eldersburg location do not want to work, especially the younger chubby black hair boy, he treat immigrants poorly.

These guys have amazing customer service really well! Went in with a friend to switch from Sprint and they really helped us and took their time with us. Definitely recommend!

OMG!!!! these guys are absolutely amazing! Ive havent seen customer service this good in a long time. They were attentive, knowledgeable, fun and very professional. I was a Verizon customer and was transferring 4 lines...soon to be 5!!! They went over all my options and went well ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to meet all my needs. They answer all my questions and went over all the charges and discounts and programs available. Mo, the store manager, and Rob and Rachel were amazing! I wish I experienced this kind of customer service in other places. This T-Mobile store is a GEM.!!! I encourage you to go see them first if youre thinking about switching carriers or getting a phone for the first time. You wont be disappointed!!! They will take care of you well. I will definitely be recommending this store to all my family and friends!!!Thank you T-Mobile Eldersburg Team for all your hard work and dedication to making your customers happy !!! Customer service is... bad. I had a horrible time in this particular store. I have been with Tmobile for almost 10 years now, and was treated like I had no value whatsoever. Was not acknowledged when I entered, had to wait a long time for help, and when it was finally my turn, was treated like a inconvenience and was very unhappy leaving the store. The manager spent the entire time I was I there (almost 2 hours) in a back room, super inconvenienced when a novice sales associate needed his help. I will not be returning to this store. I am strongly considering changing my cell provider after this experience...

I went to the Eldersburg location today with a complex problem. My old LG3 phone would not stay connected to wifi or do much of anything after it crashed. I was using it as a paperweight/alarm clock for 3 days. I cant rave enough about the service I received from Josh Martin and Rob. They found ways to troubleshoot and load 4 years of photos and videos onto my new Galaxy S8...which I would have been very upset to lose. Josh spent 3 hours with me and the level of patience he had was incredible for such a young person. He uploaded all my favorite apps and games and showed me how to operate a new system. My new phone makes me happy again. I will definitely be back with any issues I may have. Thanks Josh & Rob! :)

New business just opened. Now it has a sign on the door saying closed for safety reasons. I was hoping to switch to T-mobile, but not today apparently.

WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!The guy there was so not friendly and snotty.He looked 19..I asked how much is down payment for a phone?He said.. “it’s too much for you”I said how much? He said 280$I’m like oh ok... that’s not a problem.He thought I’m broke Hispanic girl buying a 1000$ phone. He was quick to say the price was too much and asked am I sure I can afford it???.... who talks to a customer like that? Totally made me not want to do business with him. He didn’t say thank you once.. I had to ask “oh is that all?”he’s like “yup”Like ohh ok??? Bye??I’m canceling that order and going to a different t mobile and I will be sure someone there will get their commission.

Take customer service and the beautiful long blonde hair girl was so easy to work with. Anyone that can deal with me with such patients deserves a medal.
