Nice staff, empty inside due to covid, ordered online and it was a few minutes late I guess because their drive thru is so busy. Mocha latte iced are not my thing, will go for a “fraputino” next time :D

I love this location! The drinks and food are always amazing and the service is as well! Times are hard for all of us and the note on my lid made my day!! Absolutely loved it!

Good coffee, great staff! It was really busy when I got there but the wait was minimal for the number of cars there, I was very impressed. Staff was awesome, answered my questions, and made a great drink too.

I love the fact that they have saftey signs on the table. When I went in allot of the tables werent cleaned. I got a cup with a dirty lid but the service wasnt the greatest

I have a few bad experience on this place I order a iced coffee with cream and classic sugar all time because I love it but They have already served me several times without sugar !! it was in the afternoon shift

They have the best staff at this location. The line was forever long at the drive thru, and I was told they were short staffed as well..but they kept it moving and the line was smooth sailing! Best croissants- I love the almond and my son loves chocolate!! Love this location!!

Went in this evening and was promptly served, the restaurant was very clean and they had signs to show what was sanitized. Just as we were leaving we spilled an entire coffee!! So embarrassing!! Chance came over very calmly with a mop and assured us that it wasn’t a big deal while cleaning up, and then even made us a new drink.Can’t thank you enough chance for your professionalism and positive attitude.

This morning my wife and I wanted Starbucks so we came to this location while we were in eldersburg for some errands. We pulled into the drive through Which was pretty long. We got up to the order screen and no one answered us while sitting there for a good two mins so we pulled up to the window and asked if we could just take it order here at the window since no one answered the girl running the window and if that was ok the girl she ask literally rolled her eyes had a really bad attitude and told her that we could either drive through again or we can come in we literally day in the line for a good 20 mind just to be turned away. I will be calling that store and I will be speaking to the manager. I love Starbucks but that was absolutely not the way to go about that now will we ever be returning to that location. That was a very horrible experience.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help here. It was a surprise to see such friendly staff who were motivated to help you choose what type of coffee you want. The coffee is priced at todays standards and their tea is amazing. I didnt expect to have tea that was so delicious at a Starbucks. I will come back again for more! They also spell your name right on the cups😲.

I dont go to this one as often. I like to go to the one in martins. This one is a hit or miss for me and how well the drink is made. I also always feel so rushed in this one. Inside and the drive through.

After 20+ trips to this Starbucks Im giving up and switching to Dunkin. Ive only dealt with one woman on staff who is friendly and helpful. The other members that Ive encountered act like Im inconveniencing them by asking for help.I attached an image to show the final straw though. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, and when I reached my brothers house (just 2 miles away) I opened my cup to see that it was only filled 3/4 of the way (you can see my drink stopper is still in the lid). Thats simply unacceptable when Im paying $4.50 for a drink. So when I called the store they asked 1) if I drank some of it, 2) if I spilled it, and 3) if I asked the barista to leave room for cream? They told me I could bring the drink back into the store and theyd top it off... really?No thanks, Ill be runnin on Dunkin from here on out.

Good place to meet. Not a huge fan of the industrial complex of coffee, but respect the higher quality products offered. I only get black coffee in my own cup since there is so much waste involved with a purchase at Starbucks. At least they are starting to phase out some single use plastics.

We go to quite a few Starbucks in our travels. This Starbucks is by far the most efficient and friendly! They greet you with a smile, fix your order graciously if they messed it up and make you feel welcome and at ease! What a cool place!

Opens at 5am but its 7:50 and theres no one there. There was a line of us at the drive up and seriously not one person working and non of us noticed a notice stating they were closed. 2 Thumbs down for being closed on a weekend and lack of communication.

The drive thru was fast and efficient. The frappuccino was excellent. The staff was polite and courteous. The only downer its the location. It is odd to get in and pity of the place, but if youre in the mood for Starbucks you do it anyway.

Pre Covid, I was there every am at 515. The morning dream team, Steve, Mandy, Kenzy, and Tracy were always friendly, smiling even at that god awful hour. This crew always made my morning great along with my perfectly made cup of Joe. They knew my name, order, voice to the point Id pull up to drive thru and start to speak and they knew it was me. Didnt have to tell them my order, they already knewHad to take a new job now working night shift and dont get in there because of my hours. Miss this crew always made my morning cup amazing because of the service.

I love Starbucks, but every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. I keep coming back to give this location another chance, but today it confirmed I don’t think they will ever be like the other Starbucks locations I enjoy.

The drive through has been so slow! What is going on?

This location is great, my food was fresh and hot and the drink was good. The person at the window was friendly and efficient, and their social distancing was good, handing items out via a tray so no unnecessary touching.

Adorable quirky set-up, little nooks for sit-in sipping. Books and games available around the area. Great service, even on a return they couldnt process. If I lived nearby, if be there all the time!!

Always stop at this Starbucks when traveling by Hagerstown. Never had an issue and staff very friendly. Coffee is always made correctly and food comes out hot. Would highly recommend.

The main reason for the 3 stars is that it seems like Starbucks is understaffed. I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead of me. If I hadnt ordered yet I probably would have left. I like Starbucks coffee but the drive through window should be faster.

This location offers drive through service! Maintained by a friendly staff the Eldersburg STARBUCKS handles the needs of eat in, takeout and drive through customers with equal enthusiasm and attention to detail. The barista helping me even offered some advice on the different types of sweeteners available and how to modify my traditional order to fit each. For me, the location isnt quite around the corner but every time were in the area the experience is worth the stop!

Coffee is exactly as it should be...delicious! Staff is very friendly. Im only docking down a star because their drive through is almost always backed up. Im sure this is no fault of the store, its probably just customers being slow. But its just a factor to keep in mind if you stop by, leave extra time if you need to go through the drive through.

Visiting on a Monday afternoon in store. Drive through had a few folks but I prefer to walk in. No wait to order but did take about 5 minutes to fufill my order. Relatively clean establishment but all the trash needs to be taken out. Nice size Starbucks and Ill probably be back.

I was stuck in my parking spot while trying to leave because the drive thru lined up cars into he parking lot, way into the parking lot! I was stuck because I was blocked in by the cars going through drive thru. Coffee is always good at Starbucks. Really happy that they sell chocolate covered espresso beans but the parking lot situation was enough to rate it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. Sorry Starbucks in Eldersburg😑

Service is always fast and friendly. The food and drinks are top quality. Down side is the Starbucks price tag, but if you are willing to pay it, I highly recommend this location over other ones in the area.

Lots of place to sit down, ignoring the recent trend of smaller buildings focusing on the drive thru instead of the patrons that come into the store. The staff is courteous and usually pretty quick with the drink turnaround. The custom drink orders I throw at them dont even get them to bat an eye. Great group of people!

The mark down is strictly for the location and how difficult it is to get into/out of the parking lot there. The staff is wonderful and the coffee is as consistent and good as it is at every Starbucks location.

They got our order completely wrong. They werent even paying attention. My fault for not checking, but it was only 2 sandwiches they heated up

This is a full Starbucks location on its own. (NOT inside a Safeway, Target, etc.) It used to be a bank and Starbucks now uses the entire building. We call it The Bank of Starbucks. Huge seating area with lots of tables and chairs (plus 8 comfy chairs). Drive-thru is fast and efficient. Staff is very friendly too.

The workers are polite but in the morning, (which obviously are the busiest times) only have 3 working in the building. To get a tall drink an nothing else is at the least, half an hour wait. If not, more. They have to be one of the weakest working Starbucks considering that every time I go there to ask for different drinks, theres only the ones on the menu (which isnt close to big) that are available. I ask for drink that I find off the Secret Starbucks Menu app an they dont have any of them. Even if I explain how to make it or if they could at least try, they dont. I do not recommend at all. I go to Starbucks that are half an hour drive that actually have multiple options.

I am a personal fan of Starbucks but this location within itself is one of the best due to the staff specifically. They are Beyond friendly and very very helpful. They also offer a drive-thru for the only go people and a cozy interior that you cannot go wrong checking it out. Oh and cannot forget they make amazing coffees and Frappuccinos

Great they have an app now, not so great you have to transfer funds to the app to use instead of being able to complete your purchase via debit card.

They are always out of everything! At my last visit they were out of strawberry acai. Today they were out of mocha and couldnt make anything chocolate. Seriously, how hard is it to keep these things in stock? And expect your order to take forever.....

Some baristas are awesome, some not so much. Depending on the day some drinks are good, and some are not. Its always 50/50 here

I would give less then Star, A barista asked police to leave because a guest felt uncomfortable.I dont care how many times Starbuck apologizes. I bet their snowflake barista, would feel differently is some thug had a gun to the barista face. I will will never patronize Starbuck again.

Cant see paying $5 or more for a cup of coffee. Royal Farms and Dunkin Donuts coffee is just as enjoyable without the ridiculous price tag.

My drink never tastes right. The end result is different every time. An iced coffee must be pretty complicated to execute. Always quite and fast drive thru.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I always stop in when I am in Eldersburg. The staff are always polite and helpful, and the place is always clean. It is also the best drive-thru.

Was in here on a Sunday and whomever waited on me was extremely impatient. After I did not want an over-priced pop tart that was $3.50 told me she had to do something. After about five minutes of waiting (I can barely walk and was wearing a back brace) I sat down with my girlfriend and had a bite of her muffin. Disappointed with being treated so badly. Customers (all customers, not just rich people) should be treated with basic human dignity. Wont be back for a long time, never to this one.

Friendly people here. Love the staff, one of the older women is pretty stern and wont crack a smile ever(No matter how terrible your jokes are!), but everyone else is super friendly and always happy to get your drink order out. It might not be right 100% of the time, but they never seem put off because they messed it up and have to remake it(Unlike some other starbucks!). We moved out of town, and I totally miss this bucks. My 3 year old son and I came here to get a snack and a treat. The service we had was awful, as if we were an extreme bother.The food was handed to me and was so piping hot, it caused me to drop everything else I was holding. My opened bag of chips spilled all over the floor. Both young male employees heard me tell my son ouchie!, my finger was burned. We were offered no apology or even help, as my son and I cleaned the floor.We then proceeded outside to enjoy a beautiful evening. The sandwiches were disgusting. Lets be clear - I wasnt expecting a gourmet meal, however, I was hoping it would be healthier and at least a step up from traditional fast food. I was so wrong. It was barely edible and we threw the majority away (No trashcan located outside).We then went back inside to get dessert, and the entire food display case was empty. They had already taken it out to close up. Mind you - I had purposely checked their store hours before going, to ensure we had ample time. They didnt close until 10pm and it was only 920pm when we walked back in to get our treat.So, even after our disgusting $15+ meal, I was willing to pay additional money for dessert. I wasnt even able to do that. No employee in sight and I wasnt about to go searching at that point. We left and took our business elsewhere.
