John at the front desk was fantastic. He jumped through all sorts of hoops to get my insurance to work, and shrugged it off as though it werent a big deal. He was very friendly and didnt make me feel the least bit rushed finding the right frames. He was extremely personable, and very nice. Dr. Davis was also very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He really listened to me and made excellent recommendations about what types of lenses I should get based on hobbies that Id mentioned when talking to him.

We came in with a prayer and no appointment30 min to closing. Jonathan was able to help us at no charge replacing a missing screw and a lost nose pad. Awesome customer service, thanks man we are so grateful for your quick help.

Fast and friendly. I had appointment at 1030. I came in at 10 thinking I would have to wait. Left at 1038. It was for a normal check up. I dont normally need eye care but i know where to go if I do.

Awesome experience! Just got some new silhouette rimless glasses. I absolutely love them well worth the money. They feel like you’re not wearing glasses at all. I‘ve been going to Dr. Davis for the past 29yrs. He is always so thorough and everyone in his staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is the best eye doctor Ive ever visited. Ive been seeing Dr. Davis for a few years now, and he is always very thorough and helpful each time I come in for an appointment. He is very open to answering any question that you have, and he seem genuinely interested in teaching patients about new innovations in the field and how to best care for your eyes. The staff are all very helpful and kind as well.

Dr. Davis and his staff are great!! My daughter is in kindergarten and she has been going here for over a year. Dr. Davis is very good with her, makes the exam quick but thorough and is also very positive and friendly so that my daughter feels at ease. The ladies at the front desk are great too--always so nice and helpful! We dont have vision insurance and their pricing is more than fair. Really kind people and Im so happy to have found them and to be able to take my daughter here for her vision needs. Highly recommend!

After having a history of eye issues that led me to think I wouldnt be able to wear contacts again, I had a great first appointment here. The doctor gave me a thorough exam and was able to help me find contact lenses that would work for me. I am wearing contact lenses a couple times a week now and could probably wear them more often, if I liked. Bonus was I found a really cute pair of glasses here, too - could be why I am not wearing contacts as often. ;) I will definitely return here for my next exam and fitting.

This was the most pleasant eye care experience I have ever had. I got hit in the eye and really didnt who you are supposed to go to for that, and the lovely people at Opti-care got me in right away, understood what I was going through, and tried to help me as soon as I walked in the room. The doctor was very thorough to make sure nothing was wrong with my eye and gave me a couple different ways on how to contact him if anything else were to happen. He also was just very nice and was joking around with me, which made me feel comfortable in a very stressful situation.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Davis for a few years now. He even saw me right away with no appointment after a minor eye injury. His staff is always helpful.

Great doctor. During your examination he tells you how the technology is going to work and what you can expect to feel. Makes you feel very comfortable. Some of the office staff could be friendlier and less pushy, but overall a great place.

Best eye doctor I have ever gone to! I purposely make a trip back to Maryland ever year to get my eye exam done here. Great selection of frames, excellent service, cozy environment, and new technology for the eye exam! They stand by their word and guarantees. Only complaint is the prices for the frames are a little expensive, however you are paying for the quality of the frames. I have never had any of them break on me.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Doctors take time to answer all of your questions. Overall you feel like youre their only patient of the day

Dr. Davis is a very good polite and good professional. He knows how to use tool communication with me about my eyes and new glasses becasue I am deaf. I am feeling satisfied with my new glasses.

I had an excellent time. Between Dr. Davis being very knowledgeable and the front desk staff being promt, it allowed for a quick and easy appointment. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Ive been going to Opti-Care in Eldersburg for a few years now and I love it. Dr Davis is friendly and professional and explains everything he sees and lets you know exactly whats what. Great place and a great professional practice.

I went to Americas Best and my husband here because of insurance differences, and I was very impressed with Dr. Davis and his equipment compared to Americas Best. Dr. Davis was very personable and explanatory.

Did not care for Dr. Davis and his staff. They were very rude. My daughter felt judged and belittled because of the glasses she preferred. We will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone. My husband has been there, too, and they are just not nice to work with.

My family has been going here for years, and we have always been happy with the care and service provided by Dr. Davis and the staff.

Probably the best examination anyone could ever expect. But Dr Davis talked downed to me....criticized my vision insurance and my purchase of Equate lens solution (from WalMart). Made comments like, my insurance should not drive good vision care. He also listens in when paying you bill and often comes out of his office to make a comment in the process.

Tony Omelio was the original owner of Opti-Care until 2009. The Opti-Care staff does not consist of the same employees from the years 1982 to 2010. Dr Davis had no ownership until 2009.

Dr. Davis and Renee were very professional. Dr. Davis is very polite and professional and is very thorough.
