Always friendly and great service. Wish I got the persons name that was checking me out because she told me about an upcoming deal on my favorite shampoo that wasnt happening til the next day. So I went back and got it.

Lash girl was awesome. I recall being able to tip them on the card, but noone asked me:( Now I feel awful especially since my lash application was free with the benefit lash purchase. I also scored some Jeffree star Spray(which is life, Im obsessed), and his brushes that they so kindly went into the back and dug out for me. They had his eyeshadow brush set out but I wanted the original full face brush set. I scored one heck of a deal since his products were 25% off. I think I only spent 50$? Crazy right? I typically come here every December for our Christmas party and somehow have never done a review. See ya next year ulta babes!

The staff at this Ulta location are awful. I was at the store for about 25-30 minutes and no one showed up to assist me. I went to look for someone and found four staff members talking instead of helping customers. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Walked around the store 20 minutes no one asked to assist me. Went to the Westminster store. Very helpful worth 20 minutes and $400 for Christmas presents

Out of all of my shopping experiences, which is quite a lot, I have never experienced such stellar customer service as I did at this particular store. Sephora used to be my go-to but not anymore. I called before we left, wanted to verify the posted hours were correct since so much has changed due to Covid. I told them that it was my daughters golden Birthday and that she was an absolute wreck because her hair was just done and she was devastated, she absolutely hated it and felt that her social life was forever over. When we arrived the team of beautiful and amazing Ulta employees were already waiting for us. Im tearing up atm, because they completely turned my daughters much anticipated birthday that was, in her teary eyes, completely ruined into a birthday that she will never forget. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, they were all there supporting her and treated her like a birthday queen. And they gave her a ton of free gifts that she absolutely loved. I want to give a very heartfelt thanks to the Ulta staff for helping an exhausted mother to turn around a disaster of a Birthday for a young girl who gets strait As, works hard to help, just moved to a new state, and has a beautiful heart who deserves so much more than what we can give her. You all are amazing!!

Ive been to this ulta a few times and the staff have usually been helpful. So I was taken incredibly off guard that when I booked the salon to have my hair styled for my wedding, the service was absolutely terrible! I got a call a half an hour before my appointment and told that there was a mistake and the salon had been overbooked and I could not come in for my 12p appointment. I told the woman that I was getting married in two hours and begged for them to be able to fit me in, even saying that I didnt need a full hairdo just something simple. The woman told me sorry, there are other salons in the area. I can understand the mistake, I can understand certain restrictions due to Covid; however, the response by this staff member is what really made me angry. I will never use this salon again and encourage anyone who is having their hair or make-up done for an important event to go somewhere else because, you might just be the one to get that call in the future.

I absolutely love this Ulta ! I don’t think I could ever go to another...because it just wouldn’t feel right. Not only is it a nice and clean environment but the staff are all so great! They are all super helpful and make you feel welcomed. I go into this store quite a bit and almost every time I go in there is staff who remember me and speak to me as if I were a friend. I’ve noticed this with other customers as well. Which is something that makes me want to keep coming back, because I love how they treat their customers and because I’ve built close relationships with some of them, especially Angela and Siobhan. They are my absolute favorites!! I never fail to spark up a conversation with them, whether it be about makeup or just life in general. They really show they care and they are the sweetest! Angela helps me find almost anything to do with my makeup if I am having trouble and Siobhan typically helps me find skin care products that will best work for me...she’s my go-to skin care girl! You can also find almost everything you need when it comes to beauty products (hence their slogan “All things beauty. All in one place”)and you get really great deals..they almost always have coupons out! Also, you can return a product within 60 days of purchase (but pretty sure it has to be a certain percentage left of the product). Their return policy really is the best! Overall it is such a great place and i have nothing but positive things to stay about it.

I had the best experience at this Ulta today. I was killing time before taking my 5 kids to the trampoline park. We were greeted at the door and immediately welcomed. My children were treated just as amazing as I. Angela helped me pick the perfect brow pencil and Sarah ended up waxing my brows. The chatting throughout the entire process made me feel special and welcomed even with my crazy kiddos.Thanks again ladies!!!!

I love love love Ulta!! They are so awesome!! Most think its an expensive store, its not! Very affordable! There are name brands that are more expensive, if thats what you like. There are also drugstore brands at low drugstore prices! Plus, you get coupons in the mail and email all the time. Which makes prices even lower! The staff is so helpful and friendly to me and the kids. They have a very nice salon as well. And in October they have a cancer awareness day where all the proceeds at the salon are donated to caner research!!

Went there last week to buy foundation. Had the pleasure of having Corrine assist me and she was amazing!! She gave her honest opinion about the foundation that I wanted and lead me to the new L’oreal infallible which is GREAT!! She was kind and friendly and I appreciate it!

The customer service could be a whole lot better! No greeting at all and until I stared at the group of girls for a good three mins did anyone try to help me. I would rather go to the store but if the associates dont wanna help me, why do I wanna spend my money in the store. Even if I dont need help, a greeting would have been welcomed.

My experience at this store has been nothing but positive. I went there to get my hair cut and my eyes brows done, every staff member there was kind and helpful.Carol does the best cuts for curly hair, definitely would recommend her.Sarah did my brows, I was given a poor bow job months ago from a different place and she fixed them with ease!The products I bought, like the gimme brow and nyx eyeliner, are perfect for quick use on the go. Cannot recommend this store enough.

Got my hair done by Rhi, her hair cutting skills are good but if you need your hair flat ironed....she is not the one to do it. You can tell she is not use to doing thick/curly hair. I had to come home and flat iron my hair again after I JUST PAID to get it done.

Ulta has been high on my list since they opened on my area. There is always someone there to help and advise. They have everything that I need in the field of cosmetics.

Admittedly I had never been inside an ULTA until a location opened up the street from me. I cannot express enough how much I love the free gifts. Im never expecting a free gift, I just go to get what I need and am continuously surprised with the gifts when I checkout. I am so pleased ULTA now carries my favorite perfume. The staff are always so nice and helpful. Always a good experience.

The store has a great selection, however the salon has disappointed me both times I us d them. I had my hair colored both times, and it came out very rough and strawlike.

I was very disappointed. Today they decided to do inventory. Fine understandable. What I cant understand is why they chose to do it in the morning. Keeping the store closed till 12. Then at 12 a girl comes out and says they will be closed an additional 2 hours because they didnt finish their inventory on time. Well... I work retail. I understand the struggle of inventory. However; if you announce that you will be opening at 12 you better open at 12. No excuses. I am really disappointed in the professionalism at this ulta! For as great customer service as I have received at other ultas, this was absolutely terrible.

This is one of the best Ultas around! The store is always well stocked and organized. I also had the greatest experience with a beauty advisor- I cant remember her name but she was a Towson U student and she was awesome! She gave great advice, honest opinions, true product dupes, and she knew the product comparisons of almost all makeup brands. Even though you might not be able to save as much as shopping directly from the manufacturers website- the customer service is top notch.

Love the Eldersburg Ulta store. Theyre very friendly and helpful. I used to go to the Hunt Valley store but the last few times I was there (Hunt Valley) it was looking rather messy and the employees were not very nice. Go to ULTA in Eldersburg!

I walked in looking for a specific product, and i was informed that it had been taken off of the shelves due to a manufacturing error. 2 of the employees, the woman working at the benefit brow bar, and I believe a skincare consultant tried to help me find a similar product. Both of them suggested products that wouldnt work for me, so I thanked them and said I would look elsewhere. While looking at the Ulta brand products, I heard the two of them talking about my loudly in a disrespectful way. They were discussing this at the cash register in front of other customers, so loud that I could hear it from three isles over. I was going to make a purchase but I was so upset I left.If they felt the need to bad mouth me for turning down their recommendations, they couldve waited until they clocked out or went on break. This hurt my feelings, and made them look stuck up.At least I can walk away knowing that I am not 40 years old making barely above minimum wage, and that I have better eyebrows than them.

Great store for quality beauty supplies and service.

Not sure what the big deal is about ULTA. I can find better prices at Wal-Mart or CVS with coupons. The higher end products can be found at any Department store such as Macys, Boscovs, etc. I will say that the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are not your friend here.

I am making a habit of calling out racial profiling every time I experience it while shopping because I am tired of it. When I entered this Ulta the employees (male and female) were chit chatting and looked at me but did not greet me like they usually do in Ulta. As soon as I picked up a basket I walked to fragrance to get a perfume I smelled in my mailed Ulta magazine. The male employee who I assume was the store manager began to quickly guest service shoppers around me and made it to me and asked me detailed questions and if I needed to be pointed in a certain direction and he gave me his name. When I was in line to check out those employees who were chit chatting and didn’t greet me were now posted in the front of the store watching me. This type of overly guest service and being watched after until I leave gives an assumption that I look suspicious and I am offended! I can peep when a white employee want to overly guest service black customers, especially those with big ticket items. It happens too much and needs to stop!
