Had the pleasure of checking this place out while waiting for our order from Breakfast Urbano. They share the space with a few other restaurants in this location. They have a great spacious sitting areas and service incredible coffee and lattes. The staff is kind and thoughtful! Weve been dreaming about their honey cinnamon latte and Mexican Mocha! Cant wait to head back there!

We loved Viator coffee cart coming into our space for our member event! The owner was very professional and friendly and made sure everyones drinks were brewed to perfection! This isnt the first time weve had them come into the space and definitely will not be the last! I recommend this place to anyone hosting all types of events. We love their coffee & the set-up is picture perfect!!! Thank you again!

First time at Viator, really impressed!! They have something for everyone, if you really care about the quality of your coffee or if you’re just looking for a solid latte.I ordered a coffee and chocolate pairing, something I would not normally do, and it was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions about the menu. Seating includes two wide tables with benches and two smaller tables with chairs. Great atmosphere, especially for collaborative work. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a frequent customer!

A great coffee shop with plenty of food and drink options. The service is great and theres plenty of sitting indoors and outside. The decor is great with sharp designs and an awesome logo.

They make their own Chai.Mexican mocha was also very good.No skim milk and charge extra for other milk that is not whole milk. Annoying?

Neat concept with all the restaurants nestled in. The coffee place aesthetically very charming, the staff are very friendly, i ordered a pour with whole milk. I really wish coffee places would not go cheap on the milk, you can taste the difference using deans milk and organic valley. Sadly they use the deans milk :( The coffee here would have been elevated but it gets watered down when the right milk is not used. Id like to give it another go trying something else in the future.

Great coffee, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and good ambiance. Tried the Cortado (excellent and served with sparkling water) and a Peruvian pour-over while in town for a work trip. Will definitely be back when I visit!

Amazing! This is how all coffee & espresso should taste. My friend got a cold brew and I ordered a rose mocha latte. I cant wait to try their other lattes. And the baristas were so friendly and helpful. Such a great place!!!

Some coffee shops open because they want a nice cute coffee shop. This place opened because they are passionate about coffee. This is pure craft. They know their coffee for sure. The space is great, too - inside and out. Theyre lucky to be on the promenade so they have outdoor seating as well.

My sisters and I decided to go here on a whim since we wanted to try different coffee places. When we got there, instantly we loved the decor. The staff was super friendly. The two items we ordered were not available, but they were very kind and offered other options for us to try. I ended up getting a bottle lavender oat latte. It was probably the best thing I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Excellent coffee and customer service. I highly recommend the Mexican Mocha or the Salted Carmel Latte. Delish!

I had my first pour over coffee today. Very smooth!! Also, I am big on experience. I am familiar with Elgin and feel that Viator is playing a unique role in bringing an urban feel to the downtown.

Honestly this is such a cute coffee place! They truly dedicate themselves to the craft and they absolutely own it! I was on the fence of ordering an iced green tea but was persuaded to try their chai which is made in house! Hands down the best chai I have ever had! I will definitely be making more trips to downtown to support a local coffee business like this! Thank you guys for being so friendly and passionate baristas!

We got 2 pour overs and a blackberry sage oatmilk latte. Everything was super tasty. We also had a delicious homemade strawberry poptart. Everything about this place was amazing

These guys are shaking up the coffee game in elgin. The owner Austin has worked in specialty coffee for over 10 years. Thats significantly better then the buttered up Starbucks experience that other coffeeshop & bakery owners have in the local area. With that specialty coffee experience Austin brings together a team made up of baristas from daily projects and some of the big places from the Chicagoland area. This crew is focused on always improving and never being complacent.. this is the cafe Elgin has needed. The coffee itself is from Halfwit who roast for Dollop and the Wormhole.. they are also doing guest roasters which arent no name roasters. At the moment they have Cat & Cloud, which if you know, you know. Viator exceeds with their brewing method as well by having an actual Italian espresso machine and the espresso is dailed in mutiple times a day to get tasty shots of espresso. Cafe Revive didnt even come close to what the crew here is accomplishing with their coffee. The knowledge and technical skills are bar none in comparison. The space that they have built out is intimate and comfortable, without feeling cramped or dated like other shops in the area. Their baked good done by Ally are exceedingly better then the ones made down the street at Arabica. Seriously these guys are worth your time.

A hidden gem! Loved the pour over and the Southern Hemisphere breakfast sandwich! Flaky biscuits for the win.Will be back!

Great coffee and food. I had the cappuccino and latte from them and both were excellent. Also had a breakfast sandwich with sausage, bacon and eggs that was fantastic. Definitely recommend

The staff is really friendly, and the coffee is high quality. Most coffee places in the area have nothing but hard chairs and ugly uncomfortable seating. Viator has a nice blend of comfy couches/chairs but also has plenty of tables to use as a work station. Its location is set beautifully next a courtyard and across from the river. Honestly this is the sort of place downtown Elgin needs. I love it here and cant wait to come back!!

Its a cute spot but most importantly their coffee is the BEST!! I love that they have cleaner ingredients and choices like substituting whole milk with almond milk.

Today was my boyfriend and Is first visit to Viator and we will definitely be back! I got a vegan cranberry orange scone and my boyfriend got a oat milk matcha latte with vanilla. Both were delicious! The location itself is also super cute and inviting.

I love Viator coffee, it’s rich, creamy (oatmilk🙌🏻), and very satisfying to this coffee lover right here!🤩 I’m so excited about the bottled coffee they now offer so I can enjoy Viator whenever! The owners are amazing people!!!

I just visited Viator Coffee for the first time on their grand opening and I had an amazing experience! The employees were so kind and helpful and my iced salted caramel latte was so so so so delicious! Yum!! The space is beautiful and you can also sit outside and it’s just an awesome place to either work at and hang with friends at! I can’t wait to come back again!

We LOVE Viator Coffee!!! Such a great location!! It’s nice and open inside to hang out or get work done. I had their iced vanilla chai and the cinnamon crunch bar...soo good! Wish we lived closer so we could go everyday!

Viator always hits in the right spot with amazing coffee, kind employees, and a great space. Definitely my new favorite place to grab coffee with a friend, or sit and work for a while. 10/10 would recommend!

Sippin on a signature latte, honey and cinnamon, with oat milk. its smooth, creamy and oh so delicious. not in the mood for a hot drink, try the cold brew! alone or with a splash of oat milk, its bound to get them bones a jumpin 😍

10/10 would recommend! The lavender latte was incredible, the space was open/clean, and the staff was very friendly. We will be back to this gem in Elgin :)

Salted Caramel Latte was great and so was the chocolate coconut doughnut and the blueberry chocolate muffin.

High-quality coffee and a chic, mid-century modern cafe aesthetic. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into this place! I can’t wait to see them thrive in Elgin.
