The customer service at this store was just wonderful, I was met with kindness and a smile since the moment I entered.

I went to the Cricket wireless store at 19 Broad Street in Elizabeth and Cristal was amazing!!! She changed my sim card updated my new phone and did it all with a smile. Her customer service was excellent. She is an asset to Cricket. Thank you for a job well done.

In this store there is a terrible attention so much for the manager who has his own business which does not accept cards to pay and forces one to go to a street ATM after managing everything and then racist and rude, not to mention The girl who tends is only because she lacks more professionalism and gives more face for a company like cricket

In this store the service is pesimo the managuer despota and rude forces you to go to cashier cash out or apart you do not give receipt of purchase for q has a tirnda and others if they force you to all this and the worst forms

Both the manager and the one who works being Hispanic or who speaks Spanish are very rude and in a terrible way for the clients and they want to force him to do what they say. They lack a lot of education and professionalism to attend and be a manager

Who knows where the store located the address they have in the pages there is nothing there.
