I wanted a plan to cover me while on vacation to mexico . attendant stated no longer exist. ask to show me phone i wanted to upgrade, show me downgrade phones . i called Metro i was able to get $5 PLAN to mexico . and i was able to upgrade . not knowledgeable and unpleasant .. 0 STAR

This place and company is a scam period. I went in to get a supposedly free phone. Turns out they are not so free. Short version I ended up paying almost 100 dollars. The sale person attending me promised I would recieve a rebate of 60 dollars back no later than two weeks. Turns out its a 6-8 week process to approve the rebate then another 12 weeks to recieve a gift card. That was a laugh, especially since I purchased the phone in February. It is now april and the rebate just got approved. At the end I wont be receiving anything until mid July. It was my mistake for not asking the right questions but it is wrong for this company and its workers to mislead customers with false advertising and lies to get your money. Ive since switch, I refuse to support a company that lie and swindle people put of their hard earned money.
