Huge clearance section. They had a buy one get one on the red tags so you can get some decent deals. Of course its like 2 seasons old. They had the winter selections and the sweaters were warm but design-wise not great. It would be interesting to see if the summer clearance would be any good in winter.

Customer Service Suc,ks a bunch of young girls behind the counter that dont know transactions had to search for a manager to assist with a simple transaction. They dont train Associates on registers completely. Why the hell are they behind a register if they arent trained fully, properly, to operate a register. Customer Service & Training & being qualified no longer exists. No Qualifications needed ....Gone Are The Days....High End Stores would never have incompentent employees behind a register. Theyre just as horrible on the floors nobody ever knows anything about merchandise or sales. Horrible Expetience !

Went in for a top for my granddaughters birthday all they had was crop tops and the plus size was even worse. No luck.

Its Labor Day Weekend, huge sales, and Jersey Gardens is generally a VERY BUSY mall. With all that, this Forever21 had a super quick checkout! This location had a fully equipped Plus Size section which is a big pro for me. There was also a big mens section as well. Despite there being a big sale going on, not many things/sections were out of stock. I enjoyed my experience

Lots of options, very cheap, constant sales. Great for women on a budget. This particular location is large and in a great outlet. The people there are not very helpful. But if you like forever 21 do it.

Slowest store I’ve ever been too. Waiting in line for a whole 25 minutes just to pick up an order. Smh if you do order pickup chose another store.

Horrible store, was sitting by dress form and this little chick that works here told me to not sit there. I was just waiting for my wife to do her shopping, so I felt uncomfortable and mad at the same time so I dropped all the merchandise and left left the store. Not coming back to this store neither visiting this store chain anymore. Seems like this store employees are not trained to treat customers nicely to make you feel comfortable.

Sunday I went to forever 21 with my cousin. Wed window shop, so later Im going to go back an buy fall clothes for the fall. Already they have fall clothing out and I love it. The clothing are different this year. Well organized, section by categories of what particular clothing youre looking for. Great customer service there and well clean.

They have an amazing selection. The only problem I encountered was the long lines for the check out and for the dressing room. Cloths wise I would recommend this forever 21 but if you don’t have much time I wouldn’t recommend going to this forever 21 because of the long lines. The employees are very nice and helpful. Another problem I encountered was the fact that the store did not carry eyelash glue but they carried eyelashes. All though overall I had a pretty good experience

Well here we go again I was just in there 2 days ago and I found myself with a young lady that we ask for address she was very courteous very polite she conducted herself in a very good manner we dont see much of this in many stores especially young women I will say that this is an A plus store please go visit sincerely yours LOL Santiago

Bad customer service

I was pleasantly surprised by Forever 21. They have some very nice things in there. I didnt even know they had a plus size section. I went on a weekday, so the store was clean and quiet and I was able to shop and peace and everything was neat and clean. Store is very large so I would hate to go into it on a weekend. Im sure people destroy that store. Either way, the store has great prices and a very nice selection. I would tell anyone to go there if they needed a last-minute party dress or cute top for the changing seasons.

The place is okay. But everytime I go, clothes are on the floor and shoes are just everywhere. Would wish the place is cleaner. The staff look dead which worries me a lot. But they do have good deals so I would still go.

I came all the way to Elizabeth for an overall dress they had the last one up in the window which was my size I asked the floor rep to please take the dress down he said i had to ask the manager which I did.She told me they dont take the cloths off the manikin, I said even if its the last one why promote something you dont have? I told her I came there for that dress she said its nothing she can do and walked away.I put everything else down I was going to buy ($90-150)down walked out and wrote this comment. How are your prices going up still dont make cash returns and have horrible customer service?I found what I needed at H&M

I would rate this store 0 stars if I could. Took down sale and went out of stock without any warning on the website. I would be fine with this if they notified me before, but they didnt.

My daughter purchased a pair of pant that ripped on both sides. She had the tags however not the receipt and they would not exchange or give credits.

You cant beat a clearance rack at an outlet mall, found some shirts for my daughter for three dollars. The outlet prices were reasonable, you have to take your time and really browse.

Staff too busy gossiping and joking around behind the register while a line a mile long forms. Instead of standing and joking around at 1 or 2 registers maybe open a few more registers up...

LARGE selection. Some sales, not outlet prices. Security guards....a bonus, if you ask me. Plenty of staff keeping the store and CLOTHING neat and organized, and keeping the lines short!

Ordered something online and from 5/6 to 5/14 nothing and some sales associates speak little to no English. Very hard to communicate with them...

Has clothing item for kids and adults/teenagers. They also have a large fitting room. The only downside would be that they limited their jewerly selection or it seem so to me.

My daughter loves going to this store.

On october 30 at 7:00 pm i go in shopping for some work clothes, i go to the fitting room with 7 items to try on. I come back out and decide to go shop around more as the the older african american worker at the fitting room stops me and she accuses me of stealing and checks my pile of clothes and ALL 7 items were still there. I took this very offensive because i spent nearly $200 that day. I will never spend my money there with that type of customer service. That’s not a way of treating a paying customer that always shops there.

10/25/2018 I went to return the shoes that did not fit well. Bought shoes a week ago, did not use, all the checks and tags are on the shoes.I went to the register to return them, but the store manager told me that she would not return the money to me, because I had to buy something for the amount of shoes. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I will not come to this store again. Awful customer service.
