I love this Mall. My boyfriend was the one that came to this store to shop. He loves the brand. Material of the clothing. Everything was neatly in place and social distance observed.

Good sales with decent discounts. Terrible customer service. Manager screamed at me for trying out a coat. He raised his voice and gave me an attitude. Asked if I am actually going to buy it. I said I don’t know unless I try it. He responded annoying if I am not going to buy it, he would have to take it off the floor due to CDC Covid guidelines. I have been trying on clothes at the mall the whole day, and even in fitting rooms, so I had no idea I wasn’t allowed to try on anything in this particular store. I felt embarrassed for being yelled at in front of the whole store. He really could have conveyed the message to me in a polite and respectful manner.

Nice prices. Staff doesnt allow you to hold the stuff even for one hour or two.

My favourite shop at The Mills, Jersey Gardens. Shop is always tidy and so many options to pick from. You can find bigger sizes here as well for Menswear, Womenswear and the kids are not left out. Staff are always polite and happy to help. Long queues on Black Friday though so I think maybe avoid it on that day. Theres also a section by the tills with wristwatches from $39.

Worst staff n very rude. Specially the Asian Chinese girl at the counter was super rude. I went on August 14th to purchase the lady didn’t manners to talk.! Horrible person. Very disappointing. Never ever going back again to this store.

My main shopping place when in the US

Too bad service. Half hour before the official closing hour, the guys close the fitting room and practically through the customers out. One guy that looks like a supervisor had an argument with a customer who expressed about the situation and told him this is not a conversation, this is what it is, do what you want to do.

The worst customer service especially the woman who said that shes the store manager! I went to the store today and talked to a Spanish woman about my last purchase which they didnt remove the sensor for me. I knew that I made a mistake that I didnt bring the receipt with me, so I am ok that she didnt want to remove it for me. But her attitude was SO BAD! She use very mean words to talked to me, yelled to me to check my receipt and rolled her eyes. She treated me like I might stole that !! So I said to her that I want to talk to her manager and she told me that she is the manager. I cant believe that they hire this kind of person to be a manager! Even the temperaily part time sale person can do much better than her. Sucks customer service!

Bad customer service and extremely rude manager. So my friend purchased items worth over $1000.00 and the cashier was dumping everything into one bag. So we ask if we could get two or three bags for the things we have purchased. The girl Maria said I can only give you garbage bags! She was so rude and disrespectful so we requested if we could talk to a manager. She responded I am the manager . My heart dropped for the shop owner, how can they keep such a manager??? Its appalling!
