I couldn’t even access the AMAZON LOCKER - Crouch to retrieve packages. Not the employee fault for poorly managed store. Today it’s the second time that I file a complaint regarding safety and social distances not been enforced at this particular location.I been at this location late at night or early morning and the usage of face masks or social distance is not been enforce, not one or two people there been upto 6-7 people permitted at the time without face mask and none of the employees including the person in charge do nothing about it.No vaccine or cure has been developed against COVID-19, the state issued direction to wear masks in public places, however 7-eleven is not doing anything about it, it’s a shame because even the local bodegas or ma and pa liquor store across the street are following this guidelines “no mask” no service, 7-eleven a multi billion dollar company and their franchises can not follow and enforce this simple safety rule.... “NO MASK” no service.This location at 328 Elizabeth ave, Elizabeth Nj. 07208I guess the mighty dollar is more Important that the public safety even when the have Security cameras connected directly into the police station...

Terrible service Nd rude staff. At 4am... seriously not a good way to start the day or week.

On July 6, 2017, at approximately 11:37 p.m. getting off work figured, that Id go pick me up some late night snacks before I head home only to be greeted by a parking lot full of cars and about 7 to 12 customers standing outside the store giving their money to an unofficial security guy standing inside the store by the door about 5 ft 4, light skinned guy dressed in jeans with a button shirt opened where you could see his fat belly sticking out with tattoos all over him. I asked some of the customers what was going on and none were to pleased at the fact this guy wasnt letting anybody in to shop or pick and choose what they wanted at their own liberty, which I know had to be costing corporate money. I asked the guy at the door what was going on?, he stated the store Clark was alone, and I said that I can understand but if your not with the SEVEN 11 establishment you cant be standing in the door collecting customers money and deciding who comes into the store. He stated well I could just close and lock the door. I said listen if shes scared she could always call Elizabeth PD and have them officially present on the premises to feel more safe. Eventually, like everyone else I decided not to spend my money there and went home.
