I was sent the product directly from the manufacturer, and when I discovered that it it was not like what I thought I was getting, I contacted Carey, and (he or she) contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to argue for what I wanted, even though the item was discontinued as shown in the photo, and I wanted something they did not want to do. Very happy with the customer service experience!
