I like Starbucks coffee its a little bit strong but if you sleepy its good but most time make it Starbucks in the can in the refrigerator section

I will not buy here ever again. I always ask for light ice because it takes me hours to drink my iced tea and I dont want it watered down. I was charged an extra $.50 for light ice!? Keep your products.

I come to this starbucks pretty frequently & this was the first time i’ve ever had a bad experience. it was like all 4 of the employees were working their first day there. there were 3 people in front of us in line & i swear it took the cashier 10 minutes to ring up each person. once my fiancé & i had ordered, we spent another 15 minutes just waiting on our drink & food. it seemed like the employees were confused & clueless. we were in this starbucks for approximately 45 minutes & while we were there, there was maybe a total of 6 customers (including us, the people in front of us, & the people who ordered after us). it was a little ridiculous.

This isnt the best Starbucks but I am glad to have one in Elizabethton. When they get your drink finished they never call your name out or say anything at all, they just set it down on the counter and move on to the next one. Why take my name if you are not going to say it when it’s ready for pick-up? Every other Starbucks I have ever been to takes your name and notifies you when your drink is done. I have stood there for minutes after my drink is finished because I had no idea the one setting there was mine. I had to ask them, “is this one mine?” Even fast food restaurants call out and notify customers when orders are finished. Not here...they literally set it down and done. Some employees seem apathetic and not happy to be there at all. A few of them are really nice and cordial tho. Espresso drinks can be hit or miss depending on who is making them. Once the Coffee Company in Elizabethton reopens I will return there for my coffee going forward. So In conclusion, this Starbucks needs work but I still glad it is there and really hope they improve going forward.

I would give 5 but todays experience wasnt great. I have coming here many times and I will continue to come here as a customer however when the two young ladies that took my order and were disrespectful are working I will not be coming into this location. The older lady and another employee always make my order right on the first go are always happy and very friendly even when its early in the morning and they just open. However the two people who took my order today they were teenagers and they were polite they were friendly they fixed my drink after they screwed it up the problem is after they fix it they walked away from me and then started talking about me I could tell they were and thats just not cool to do in front of customers. They have a habit of serving burnt coffee and they dont make coffee very well. You can just tell the difference between somebody who loves coffee and enjoys their job and somebody who doesnt put love into their work.

Not my favorite. Nice staff. Coffee always taste burnt and way too strong. Just my opinion.
