Went to use my 25% coupon which was NOT expired and was never used. Glitch in their system would not allow the coupon to be used and cashier showed me the screen of the terminal but never offered to call anyone to try and resolve the issue. Too bad CVS - I am now going to Walgreen’s. Have been a loyal CVS customer for years but your employees could use some additional training in resolving customer issues. You have lost my business.

I would not dare go back to Walgreens for nothing CVS well this CVS anyways is good if you are good to them they will be good to you and yes I they do care about their customers. God bless them hard workers!!

Dropped off a prescription at noon, came back at 7:30 pm and it still wasnt ready! Had to wait almost 20 minutes. Im suggesting to all my friends and family to switch to Walgreens. They asked us 3 times at the window who we were picking up for! Seriously!?!?

I would give less if possible! What kind of Pharmacy consistently has to order a prescription Ive been taking for years? Waiting to speak to someone in the Pharmacy by phone takes forever!

The service at cvs is terrible. It takes me weeks to get my medications.The app isnt any better.It does no good to request a refill.They never check it.Also,they never answer the phone.I called,and drove to the drug store,walked in,and showed the manager how long Id been on the phone.Of course nothing was done. They really dont cars about their customers. My advice is, go to Walgreens.

This pharmacy is a horrible place to work with as a patient the pharmacist told me she wouldnt fill my prescription because she didnt feel comfortable and that was the only excuse i got after filling the same prescription for a year thats the answer I get. I feel discriminated against and treated as if I didnt deserve a reasonable answer she hung up on me like a child and was very unprofessional she has lied to me on several occasions telling me the law wouldnt let her fill it I found out that wasnt true and then she acted like she was sorry she made a mistake and now here we go again and since she knows I know the law doesnt prevent her from doing it she has no excuse other than I dont want to. Good job cvs way to train your pharmacist and if u want to tell someone what a doctor should be writing you go to medical school cause your not a doctor and u dont get to make those decisions.

Do NOT use this pharmacy if you can help it! They do not refill your prescriptions in a timely manner, nor do they want to unless you come in and force them to because you are sitting in their face. I have used them now for 6 months for 2 people, and I always wait in line. When I get to the window after calling it in, I am told it is not ready and wont be for a while but if I would like to come in they will try to fill it as soon as they can. When I come in, I sit for 20 minutes to get it filled. Rite Aid can fill a prescription in the time it takes to drive around the building. Ridiculous....

This Pharmacy is the worst hands down. I have used them for 2 years. They never have your meds ready, they are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Jamie the smirking cashier needs to be fired. I also called the cooperate office because this pharmacy makes up its own rules. I was told the first day you fill a med that it doesnt count until the next day. This is not Company policy just Jessica Heltons policy If she doesnt like you. They both need to be fired.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here roughly the last 10 years. Is everything always ready? No. Am I going to make a spectacle of myself about it? No, and heres why... When you look beyond the counter youll see these ladies working tirelessly to try to get everything taken care of, often with very limited help, often with obstacles from the insurance or doctors office. There are rules and regulations they HAVE TO follow that arent always going to make everyone happy.People are quick to post negativity, but often what you wont hear about is how they know their regulars by name, help the elderly find their necessities and help them to their car, comfort someone who has lost a loved one, pay out of their own pocket when a mother cant afford her childs medicine, or send Valentines cards to a special needs child for his favorite holiday.These people care. They have always done right by me, and from what Ive witnessed, go above and beyond for others, even when it goes unappreciated.

The pharmacist that was on duty 10/27 at 5:30 Jessica H. Very rude and unprofessional ...Someone in this position with her demeanor should NOT represent CVS. I guess she thinks she is superior to the people that pay her salary

Horrible service. Issues in the past and again. Rude and disrespectful workers, Jaime was the issue Monday and the pharmacist wasnt helpful either. Transferred my mothers prescriptions. Tired of dealing with them.
