I really love United grocery its a great store they keep everything cleaned and organized and I can always find all the little extras and the manager Michelle is really sweet and always available if you need to talk to her about anything like what I asked her about these meal bars that I usually buy she said she would definitely check into it for me because she knows I love them theyre very professional and friendly and great prices

Even though we live in Johnson City, we visit this store at least once a month. While not our main store, we love to come here for great deals on a variety of groceries. Each week brings super cheap specials on everything from frozen vegetables to fresh strawberries. Meat and eggs are always reasonably priced as well and the staff are friendly and fast. Well worth a visit in my opinion.

This place sux they have cockroaches they follow you around like your gonna steal something its ridiculous.

Tons of expired food. Got a frozen veggie package. It expired april 2019. Also ice cream expired 5 months ago sour cream expired 3/2020. Also a frozen pizza expired 12/2019. All was at regular prices. Im not impressed with any of the prices. Compared to other grocery stores. The bathroom was disgusting. Ive read comments about others seeing roaches. I will not shop here again. The cashier was very pleasant.

This is a nice store for bargain food. I do not visit it that often but when I want to pop in they always have different things I want. The store is shoppable and every aisle is full. Their meat is beautiful and the prices are reasonable.

Grocery outlet in elizabethon,tn in poor condition. There was a freezer door that was open - i went over to shut it and it wouldnt close. One of the Pepsi/coke cola cooler that keep 20 ounce drinks cold wasnt working. The one in Johnson city is better. Both of them need more popular items.

Even though we live in Johnson City, my wife and I visit this store at least once every few weeks. This is one of the best stores in the area for deals on meat. Their bacon in particular is top notch, but get there early because it goes fast!

Love to shop here but they really need to hire more people to keep up with stocking and keeping the store neat and clean.Those people cant keep up with all the traffic! I watch them killing themselves trying to keep up and they still manage to be nice and help their customer! Give them some more help!

Its small for a Grocery store but has all items most people will generally need, and the prices are good and the service as well. If your looking for lesser used spices or seasonings then you may need to go somewhere with a larger selection, but overall its a great little grocery store.
