I called Meredith and Sons once a week for 3 months trying to get someone out to our home to replace a broken window. The receptionist told me every time that I called that someone would be to our house within the week and she would check on the status and call us back. Not only did we never receive a call back but no one ever came to replace the window. My 61-year-old father who has COPD ended up coming over and replacing the window for us as a last resort. Very unprofessional.

They get the job done and theyre nice about it. We appreciate all that they do for the sunoco gas station on cardinal drive.

Can’t even begin to say thank you enough. We were driving down the highway trying to make it to NC and a semi in front of us had ice and snow fall off the top and badly damaged our windshield to the point it wasn’t visible to drive and it looked quite dangerous. We called about twenty places between h-town, bowling green and south of Kentucky and everyone was booked up until next week, and no one could deliver a windshield due to the weather. In less than 12 hours, this business not only found us the windshield, but it was delivered during the winter storm advisory. These guys are some of the nicest people we have ever met and it was definitely an emergency type of situation. They handled everything so fast, efficiently, kindly and cared. We cannot say thank you enough for the hospitality and the efficiency, you saved us hundreds of dollars and helped us finish our drive to enjoy our vacation with less stress and worry. Thank you so much.

They do beautiful work and great prices

I wanted to use local so called this shop. Needed a window glass unit replaced in my home. Took my calling them back three times to get estimate. Said they would call with estimates. Had to call them a week later to get it, told them to go ahead and waited for call to schedule install. Called them back a month later, oh yes glass came in but was broken they had to reorder. Waited another month, had to call them again, yes it was there, scheduled, installed. Nice and professional workers. Then they found mark in window didn’t like, so ordered another unit. Waited six weeks had to call them, yes it was there did I want to schedule replacement install! Replacement went well, asked workers while they were there about getting screens fixed or replaced, they said they thought it would cost around 8-10$ each. Sent screens with them to shop with understanding someone would call with definite price. Had to call them to see about estimate! Said it was $177.00!!!! That worked out to about $29.00 per screen, said no way would be in to pick up them up. Went right in and the guy informs me that they had already done the work but go ahead and take them and be glad that I was getting them for free as that is what I wanted in the first place! Rude, untrue and the last straw! I will never go back and will never let anyone I know use them either!!!

Took them a broken window from a house on the historical registry. They repaired it quickly and it looked incredible.

If you have issues with you vehicle as far as windshields, moon/sun roofs, water leaking into your vehicle.....these are your go to guys. Extremely efficient, I was very impressed as far as the attention to detail displayed in finding and correcting my problem. I highly recommend, and would utilize their services before taking my vehicle to a dealership.

Seems like they charge you what they think they can get out of you. Doesnt seem to be set prices. Let me stand corrected I was quoted one price, had work done and was given a higher price, they did go back to lower price after I said something. Stand up business. I would recommend. We use these guys for glass and mirror jobs often. They do a fantastic job in a timely manor and at a price that is hard to beat. We recently had them make some 1/2 thick frosted glass in very complex patterns for a commercial project. They came out great.

The people are friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on replacing the windshield on my truck. It was too difficult for Safelite to tackle but Merediths did it!

Since they installed the doors and windows weve had issues and asked that they be fixed. It has been over a year and we are still waiting now they just hang up on us when we call.

Overall they done a great job on my screens. But it took 5 weeks to get them done.

Had an estimate from another place for over $350. Went to Meredith & son, cause of problem was entirely different and they charged me like $45. to fix. Excellent job, friendly people, highly reccomend

I called and was told I would receive a call back, went in the next day because I did not receive a call back. I still dropped off my window was told 7-10 days and it would be ready. It took longer than that but I got a call 4 days prior to being ready that I could pick it up went there and it wasnt ready. On the day I picked it up they didnt even have it in the window frame so I had to wait 20 minutes to get my window... The workers are nice but needless to say they are not organized.

Owners are nice and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices to fit any budget.

Dont expect to receive a call when they are done, will not happen. Shoddy work and the counter person doesnt really know or understand what is requested, but will certainly not own to making a mistake.I generally try to shop local owned, but there are too many options elsewhere to spend anymore money at this business.

We had a shower door glass that had to be replaced, however the frame was damaged with their installation stripping out the screws that held the frame together. After my 6 year old son got out of the shower, the glass fell out of the bottom nearly hitting his toes. Their response was that it was a cheap piece of metal. I would never recommend the facility, workmanship is poor.

Price and quality of work.

I took my car here for a sunroof repair - the sunroof was stuck in the tilt open position. With that being said, I dropped my car off at lunch time and it was ready for me when I got off of work the same day.I took my car to the dealership first to see if they could fix it, but they wanted $80 just to diagnose the problem. I barely paid half of that at Meredith & Son Glass for the diagnosis and repair.My only complaint is that the work was performed without much consideration of the interior of my car. I drive an Infiniti G35x, so I take pride in the interior of my car. The interior area above my head (so by the dome lights and sunroof switch) was stained with grease/oil from the workers hands - from the drivers side all the way over to the passenger side.

We were not pleased with the service that we received as the glass had been replaced however the door frame itself was broken and they failed to repair it. The glass fell out of the door nearly hitting our 6 year old sons toes. Their response was that it was cheap metal We had to repair the door ourselves. Unsatisfactory service. Had we checked their reviews prior, we would have chosen a different company for repair.

Just put my car in their to got my window motor fixed and when I got the car back not even 2days later it stopped working again and I paid $242 the get it fixed yet to hear back from them
