Using Safelite for a new windshield on a 2021 as their preferred provider with our insurance. They came to replace our windshield and brought the wrong one even though they had our vin number and all the vehicle information. So were still waiting, driving around with a broken glass and waiting for the proper part to come in. Tried to get an update and was told Id get a call back with details and call still hasnt contacted us.

Had damage to my windshield, accesses the Safelite website for E-Town location knowing I needed a replacement, added the VIN, insurance info, and selected the date/time for drop off within two days. Upon arrival, the technician confirmed the windshield would fit/work before I departed and despite receiving a drop off time of 9:30 AM with a completion by 5:00 PM was notified that my vehicle was ready at 11:34. In addition, the technicians not only replaced my rear view mirror and oil sticker, they also removed my dash-cam and placed double sided tape on it for me to reinstall. Phenomenal service, thank you!

If you have a car that you love and care about, DONT trust it to one of the local Billy Bob Glass Repair, youll regret that. Nobody else can offer a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, against defects or stress cracks, they will replace your glass for free, and if the install causes damage, like a water leak, they are known for taking responsibility if its because of the installation. Good luck getting that at some local shop. Safelite is not just a local or national brand, the company is worldwide, and operates internationally. So its definitely safe to trust their reputation.

Made an appointment to replace it more than a week ago. I work nights so I had to pick the right time for me. After being awake for more than 18 hours to wait on them I get a call saying they don’t have any technicians available. I made this appointment well ahead and for the first slot. Poor service. I’ve also used them before with poor quality but I needed fast over quality. Won’t use again. 0/0.

Good and easy to work with. I feel like they do a better job in the shop rather than them coming to you. But it is much more convenient for them to come to you.

Horrible service. First time they couldnt replace glass because of a stock sun visor and he broke the windshield even more while there. And the second time there was rust because of windshield leaking from being broken more. Luckily the second guy worked with me and did everything he could

Booking was 2 weeks out and they only schedule in 5 hour windows making you lose a whole day to get something done thats supposed to be convenient and mobile.

I had my windshield replaced a couple of years ago. I was very pleased not only of their services, but they got me right in as I expected to be waiting a while. They even replaced my windshield quicker then what I was told in how long it would take them, but the price was very fair and reasonable. Needles to say I was happy with the service Ive gotten and I recommend them to those whom need them.

Very unhappy with how they treated my $45,000 2017 truck. Appointment between 12 and five showed up around six when it was getting dark. No way he could completely see what he was doing luckily I had spotlight. Asking should we do this he said no problem. Got in the truck the next day there was debris all over the dashboard, rearview mirror was not installed correctly fell off Onto the floorboard, windshield wipers installed incorrectly too high on the windshield. Three days later it rains and it’s like a waterfall inside my truck and my headliner was completely soaked where the water was coming through the top of the windshield. How do you take the truck back in and have the window reinstalled again because he didn’t scrape enough of the old adhesive off. Bottom line he got there too late and was ready to go home and rushed through my truck. . Never really even got a sympathetic apology they don’t care they get the money from the insurance. Go to your local mom-and-pop shops and stay away from these box stores they’re only in it for the money. I love my truck it’s the only thing I’ve ever done for myself that’s big and it’s really disappointing when somebody crapped all over it because they don’t care.

Had windshield replaced in March 2019. Was driving in windy conditions and molding came out on passenger side. Took back was told they would order part and went back to get fixed. Manager was out sick and tech could have cared less. Went back on the next day again manager said it would order part will call me when the part comes in. We will see. Will update again to let you know how this works out.
