Was helped by DJ to transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile and trade-in as well. He was able to put me on the same plan but cheaper! and further helped with the trade-in and data transfer process. In addition to his excellent personality he was willing and able to explain the pay plan breakdown situation for my new device until I really understood it. There was a pretty long wait but the store was quite busy and I understand it takes a while to move everything from one device to another. He kept me updated on the process while helping other customers which I appreciated. Excellent customer service other than the wait (which cant be helped on a Saturday.)
DJ was amazing! Not only was he sweet, he knew what he was doing! About time you got someone in there like him!!! First time this place has ever gotten a star much less a 4 star from me!THANK YOU!!!
Chris was a great help and went above explaining everything. Very happy with my visit.
Clean store, quiet inside with no other customers. Not sure about the information. Every trip I have made to this store, always different employees, and the deal always changes no matter what we talk about. Never sure exactly what my total cost is. Maybe its an industry thing. We got my girlfriend a new phone on my plan. I guess its a good deal, didnt check any place else.
Not helping sprint customers to link the phones to t mobile without upgrading phones to thire towers and paying more 🙄
Jarette, the associate working there was SUPER knowledgeable. Despite the store being out of stock for everything due to COVID, he was still able to explain and discuss all the different options for phones and questions I had for different things. The best part was, even though he was wearing a mask, i could still see that he answered things with a smile 😃
This review does not particularly pertain to this store but to Sprint as a whole. My fiancé and I had sprint and the reception in the phone kept getting worse and worse. Places we liked to go we wouldn’t have service, we didn’t even have service in our home. We finally made the decision to switch back in January. His phone number was able to port over to our new phone company but mine was not able to so we called and cancelled. They told us that we would have to pay our phones off because we were in the middle of the lease or we would have to mail the phones back. With his being broke we paid his phone off and requested to mail mine back. They never mailed us the information on how to send the phone back. Note you can’t take the phone back to the store it has to be mailed. We waiting for the envelop never received it. We called again to cancel the phone, nothing. It is now September and we are still trying to get sprint to cancel our service!! They are trying to bill us for all the previous months and the phone! We have been trying to cancel since January and this is not our fault! When I call they say they don’t have any notes of us canceling however we have reach out several times!!
Sprint is terrible all around. The sales associate lied to us and signed my husband and I for additional things we did not agree to and customer service also lied to use. You do not have to have an individual service for the Apple Watch. You can just have blue tooth. We are having to pay $600 to cancel our watch and they are the ones that signed us up and we have to pay. If you sign up with AT&T you can get the iPhone 10xr free and $35 service per line. If you don’t want to be lied to and have an affordable service switch to AT&T when you can!
Came in to reset my voicemail, the guy was nice, patient, knowledgeable on Samsung tech I was very pleased, with my visit.
Good service and excellent people
It was wonderful got everything taken care of. All was explained perfectly. Thank you
I went inside to try and resolve an issue with my lease that had been problematic for 4 months. I was greeted and helped by Dalten. He was patient, understanding of the situation, and provided me with options I would not have had otherwise. The issue was resolved quickly, and Dalten was the first Sprint employee of this debacle to be truly helpful. THANK YOU.
Jimmy and Curtis were amazing in helping me get my new phone taken care of despite some bumps in the road. Employees like them are why I use T-Mobile and not another carrier.
Ive never had a problem in person going in to the local store but when the repair portion of my sprint store closed, I was advised to call a number and file a claim over the phone. Having an issue with my phone and making payments every month for insurance, I was glad to call rather than be father inconvenienced to drive out of town to another store. The first person i spoke with told me I can either drive to a repair shop or upgrade my phone. I was fine with upgrading my phone for the price the first person gave me before transferring me to someone else who told me it would cost DOUBLE what I was quoted. I went through four more callers; giving my name, phone number, pin number and going through the same story each time and then put on hold while they can review the notes (SIX DIFFERENT PEOPLE, SIX DIFFERENT TIMES) with no real resolution. Sprint is fine as long as you dont have a problem, but they couldnt care less about customer service.
I, my wife, 4 kids and my parents in law use this store and have for at least a couple years now, never had a problem, never had an issue they didnt resolve, never received anything but outstanding friendly service. I was on here today, because I was checking out their hours for tomorrow, Im ready for a new phone myself this time and saw an overall rating of 3.5 or there about and thought, what???? So I read the responses and I dont believe any of the bad ones and decided to write my own review. The people in this store will absolutely do everything they can to make you happy. They are professional, well stocked in phones and supplies, extremely knowledgeable, and in most cases can fix your phone in minutes with day to day wear stuff that causes a button or something to get jammed in, etc. Ill be there tomorrow at 10 AM, and Ill get a new phone I like, activated and walk out 100% satisfied within probably less than 30 minutes. Im a retired 1SG and now a Postmaster and would never write a stellar review for anyone that wasnt absolutely high speed low drag.
Most bad customer experience ever! They are very aggressive when you try to buy a phone. When back for certain issue, and they would not help you AT ALL. They keep telling me to call customer service which i did, but customer service said the store should fix it. DRUE the in charge of that day do not show any care about us, he keep saying i cant do anything for you. But when we were buying a phone they were very friendly. If I could give no star I would
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable
Ive had to activate several phones within the last couple of months and had SIM Card issues. Brandon is always patient and helpful. Great customer service! Really appreciate it.
Long wait,but great service
After trying unsuccessfully to get my flip phone repaired, I finally made the jump to the new millennium and purchased a smart telephone. The staff at this location was very friendly and walked me through some of the basic processes of using my new device. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
This place is a joke. I bought accessories and had to return 2 of the 6 items. They were suppose to credit my account but didn’t. I have called 3 days in a row asking to speak to the manager and each day they tell me to call back. Today the manager was on break and wasn’t accepting calls. When I told the rep that I have been calling for 3 days and keep getting told to call back she says well you can hold for 15 minutes. If it was their money they were playing with I bet they would be as mad as I am. Before they put the reps on the floor they all need customer service training. Sorry place to do business with. They haven’t even earned the one star given to them for this post!
Went here to ask about merging lines and doing upgrades after calling the sprint help line and they told us to go in store. The worker was pretty rude, acting like we were inconveniencing her conversation on her phone. We asked about merging a line and she looked at us and said “we usually don’t do that here because you can literally do it at home and we don’t like to do things in store that you can do at home.” Then she went into the back room.If she wasn’t so rude about it I probably wouldn’t even be leaving a review at all
Bar none, the worst phone co. Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I dont see how they stay in business. They get one star because I cant give less!
I initially went in with my sister only to see what they had to offer and if it were any different from my carrier. As soon as we walked in they had lost all power lol. But everyone there was great, down to earth and willing to help with what they could. Because of that my son and i came back when everything was up and running. JON WAS AMAZING! The awesomeness that dripped from him made me want to work there buuutttt the people who came in, that didnt understand that with no power theres not much that anyone can do, would have my stress level through the roof. Jon was very knowledgeable of the plans and products and saved us money. He stayed late to make sure my son and I had everything transferred from our old phones and that we were up and running before we left. Keep in mind that was something we could have done ourselves. All of those guys rocked. The atmosphere. Stop by and ask for Jon.
Won’t answer the phone at the store. I tried several times during their hours of operation.
This store where do I start they greet you with smiling faces when entering in the store they are always egar and willing to help and Jesse man is prolly the best one there he is amazing through and through I would go just to talk to him. Him and I could have a conversation for hours I’m glad and proud for this store to be in my town I won’t go anywhere else because these people!!!
I went to the store to upgrade mybphone to the Samsung Note8 and the manager mandated the Note 8 was only available for new customers and not existing customers. Poor service way to ensure your existing customers are happy. Sprint should look into hiring a new manager at this store
Poor service that’s pretty much that sums it all up and lying staff . Was told 15% off on a phone case
Rudest associates ever! My mother asked the man a simple question and the answer was no. Okay, I understand this but my mother went up to him to ask him another question and he said I already told you that we can do that. He didnt even let my mother finish her sentence. She didnt even ask her question and this man rudely says this to her. This is outrageous! I am sorry but if I was to speak to someones mother in the tone he spoke to my mother at my job, Im sure I would get fired.
Horiable service, they have one person working when there is 4 or more waiting, they do not ask what people need when they walk in so you wait HOURS to find out you need to call the 1800 number or go to corporate office because they have access! This location sucks go there if you need to pay a bill or buy a new phone thats it they are useless otherwise!
Worst customer experience I ever had! We came in at 6:30pm and two employees were working with people and a huge line forming behind. All happening at the entrance. Neither greeted us with a friendly hello or be right with you, but they did seem very annoyed we came in. After we looked around at the phones I needed to sit because I walk with a cane and unable to stand for very long. They chairs were dirty and ripped. They carpets were stained and the place smelled musty. Then as someone walk out of the back my husband tries to speak to him and he mentions that another employee is back there too and rushes behind the door. 30 minutes go by as the line at the entrance gets longer, it becomes clear that my business isnt wanted or needed. We came in with the intentions of renewing our 2 year contract (for the 4th time) and upgrade to the galaxy s7 edge and also an LG tablet. Now we will be shopping for another company who will be happy to have our business.
Every single time I go into this store I regret it. They always give incorrect information and theyve screwed me out of my money more times than I can count. This location is a very poor representation of sprint and is probably why I hate having their service so much. I will be going to the radcliff location from now on which I hear is much better. This place is a JOKE.
They offer you one thing online or whatever and you go to the store and they refuse to give you the offer. Lots of room for improvement
My phone died out of nowhere last night and I visited this location initially to speak with the manager. The manager asked me if I had insurance and said that I will be eligible for an upgrade and goes over my options. I return later in the evening to the store and do not see the young lady that helped me initially so another worker helped me. This time this worker is not only alone but shes not really doing what she is supposed to be doing either- she is on the phone and it is apparent that she is not talking with a customer either. As she hangs up her personal device she looks into the computer and tells me that b/c ive had my phone for less than a year I am eligible for an upgrade and that I will need to go to Apple so they can replace it for free. I go to Apple (an hour away) to only get told that I would need to go back to a Sprint store b/c the Apple warranty on my phone had expired back in October. So not only have I been given the wrong information from a person that clearly was not attentive to my needs, but I have wasted my time, and sleep (I work nights) when this could have easily been prevented IF the person would have actually been paying attention to the customer and not her personal phone. Im outraged!!
I purchased a phone here while traveling for work to the area. The phone I purchased was glitchy so I returned it via mail to the store within the 14 day return period. I spoke to the manager before I returned the phone, who authorized the return by mail. After it arrived (confirmed by USPS tracking #) along with a note requesting the return, I spoke with a customer service rep who said they had the phone. The next day I spoke with the manager who said the return had been completed.Fast forward a month, the charge has not been returned to my credit card and Sprint is now charging me installment payments. Dont trust these people.
Things are moving in the right direction, getting some extra people in at peak times makes a big difference. Good customer service!
Very expensive, especially when theres a Best Buy store 1 block away with much better deals. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, but I think their thermostat is broken. It must have been 78 degrees in there.
Horrible service! Spend the extra time and drive to a different location! Phone plan changed without my consent and was lied to.
Went into the store on New Years Day, was the only person in the store. The 3 makes working in the store were much more interested in watching the Steelers game than they were in assisting me. Very rude and unhelpful. Dont go to this location if you have questions you need to ask
You can still get a phone there. Sprint took the service center out. Was told one thing at this store something rather different at another (to the better). Seems like they would rather send you elsewhere.
Fast friendly service they will work with you and find the plan that fits your needs
Worst customer experience of my life! The gentleman that first approached me didnt know anything. He put all the wrong information into the computer which I had to fix later. Then, instead of helping me passed me on to someone else and went and helped another customer! The woman he left me with, after a couple minutes, picked up the phone, called a friend and gossiped with her through the entire transaction! I decided to purchase a phone on special and was supposed to receive a free case with it. They were all out of the cases. They did say they would send one but we will see if it shows up! Then my phone was supposed to activate once my other carrier disconnected my phone. Big surprise, that didnt happen either! I tried to text them using Facebook messenger, and they let me sit for 45 minutes before they even responded. While I waited, I was able to find their company chat and a nice gentleman help me activate my phone. It was the most horrifying experience with a company I had ever had! If I didnt want their product so much I would have walked out before the conclusion of the sale! I got an Apple 5s which I had before and loved it! This iphone is just a piece of crap! I really hope the company is not accurately portrayed by this store!
Sprint Sucks! This place is a joke, go somewhere else for your cell service. I have had nothing but problems with them since I joined. First i have never been able to view my bill through the my sprint app, no matter what I do(wont accept my pin, phone number, email address or my password) so my bill has been confidently late a couple of times. Second I paid for the insurance on my phone but when i cracked the screen and took it to the sprint store they said they couldnt do anything for it but I could take it to louisville and see if their tech center there could fix it. Lol Third i took/referred my grandmother to the sprint store for the 50/100 special where you get 100 dollar visa card and the person you referred gets a 50 dollar card. My grandmother received hers but I have yet to receive mine(it was 6 months ago)still! And lastly i asked the people at the sprint store if there was a way to lower my monthly bill and they said i could put one of them on a seasonal service which would drop the payment from 45 a month on that phone to roughly 9 a month(no sprint coverage just WiFi) and I said that was fine. Well my first bill was cheaper after i did that but after that they managed to figure out a way of still making their money on that phone by adding surcharges and other little fees until my bill was actually 5 dollars higher than it was in the beginning without the seasonal pass. I tried to go through auto pay on my bill but the first time I did that they charged my bank account 300+ dollars on a bill that should of been under a hundred ( customer support didnt and couldnt explain why it happened). I went with sprint because im a fan of NASCAR and that was their sponsor at the time, thankfully they have since parted ways and so am I!!! Sprint just sucks!
Very satisfied
Picked up some charging station and new cord for phone
Replacement phone was supposed to come in 2-3 business days. Called multiple times and they said they would call when it was in. On the 7th day we called the tech man and they had to call us back finally saying the phone actually was there. Dont know how their other services are but it seems very unorganized, bad co worker communication obviously.
Had a hard time here. Was told we would have service at our house and guess what, no service at home. Then we had a hard time getting our service switched back to our previous carrier. Was such an ordeal and I will never deal with Sprint or this store.
Very rude, upon walking in the customer service was horrible.
Great place
Ok
Horrible service.
How is it for an hour now your phones have been busy you dont have that many customers and I dont see how two customers have that many questions over the phone! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
