The people who work at this Metro are great. Id like to say the same for the company overall, but I cant. They have sold all my info and my cell phone has been hacked for months. Ive done a reset and gotten a new number. I still have no control over my phone. Ive had people hack my secured bank account and stolen my money . I am told theirs nothing I can do except get a new cell and change my number again. Also I have payed for the scam shield, so this shouldnt have happened. Ive been a loyal customer for years and Im not going to stay any longer. I will be switching phone services !!!!

My phone had issues and was still under warranteed, i was told to bring it in and was given a replacement phone about 5days later... Great customer satisfaction and nick has great knowledge thank you Metro!!

Went in the day after Christmas, I had my phone stolen they told me I could go grab the extra phone I had at home they would “set it up for me” that I needed to have a new sims costing 21$ after “setting it up” for me in less then five minutes he proceeded to tell me my total was 44$ for them just putting my old number on an old phone!! Come to find out today while at home I got a new phone set it all up online FOR FREE after they lied and told me it cost money when I asked if I could just go home an do it that way. Why lie??

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Metro will cut your services early and tell you to pay a proration that cost an additional $10. They are a slimy scam company that takes advantage of the fact they offer no contracts so THERE IS NOTHING TO KEEP THEM HONEST. Highly suggest AT&T or Bluegrass Wireless!!!!!
I bought a belt clip for my husbands new phone on 8/6/20 & told the saleswoman that I might ne bringing it back. There was no signage in the store to say that the store does not accept returns nor did the saleswoman tell me that I could not return it. I would not have purchased it if there had been.When I attempted to return it, the owner said they wouldnt accept it because it was written on the receipt. However, they said that once was given the receipt, it was considered a completed purchase & was considered final. The owner refused to take it back. They stole $15.00 from me.

Great service, friendly staff, Nick was great with assisting in my device trouble shooting. My bill is the same every month with no suprises. Chantale was also kind and knowledgeable.
If possible the sales associate Jason would get a minus score! He provided inaccurate misleading information, misrepresented the product, lied about the phone of my interest technical data, did not offer to accept or reject insurance and would not answer specific billing questions. The only information he provided that was accurate was to call customer service to correct the account problems he created. Be careful when dealing with Jason specifically and this Metro dealer in general.
The staff are very friendly and helpful! The service to the phone is awesome Ive never had any issues with my phone service! Even traveling Ive never had any problems with it I would recommend it to anybody!

Cellular service is great and staff is friendly. The only downfall is they dont have a lot of phones in stock and you have to wait a week or longer for them to get more in.

Advice. Do not mess around with Metro pcs. Last year I purchased a cellphone from Metro pcs in Elizabethtown Ky and got insurance along with it. My phone messed up so I took it back to the same store and the guy told me I had to pay full price for another phone. I told him thats what the insurance was for because the phone it self was malfunctioning. So I had to pay full price for the phone .Less than 2 months ago I bought 3 new phone and 2 of them phones started having problem. I made a total of 4 trips to the Metro PCS. store in Elizabethtown Ky at 611 Poplar street. Today 12/13/2018. I went to the same store and the guy told my I would have to pay a total of $30 and would have to wait till the new phone came in. When the phones are still under warranty you shouldnt have to pay for anything. These people are trained to tell you that its a app that is messing with your phone. Not true. The company told me that it was the phones. They should know. They are the ones that checked out the phones.Because of the sales man, not wanting to do the right thing and replace the phones I told him that I would be going to a new provider that I know will do the best thing and replace them free of charge. Never again will Metro psc F... Me over. The stores doesnt care about the customers but only making the sales.So please if you dont want to get messed over then dont purchase any phones from them.
Went in last month to connect service. When I got there customer service was very slow. Finally got help but found out to port numbers my service had to be active. They still tried to get me to activate one of my numbers to port service then and there which might have been ok if straight talk did a pay by the day plan. Stayed with straight talk for another month. Showed up today again another long wait although she tried to wait on me while waiting on 2 people in front of me and was not able to help one of the customers in front of me. She had no clue how to pair a blue tooth device. Well after a half hour wait she starts helping me only to be told that she needed both phones onsite to port the numbers. Sure would have been nice to find this out last month rather than drive half an hour waste gas and time especially since I work second shift and could have been home sleeping. She again tried to get me to port only one phone number. Should I decide after this to change to metro pcs I will not be going to this location to setup service
