Trey came out to my house today and pointed out the obvious to me that wasnt so obvious. I assumed we just needed maintenance but one of the springs had snapped. Having neglected our garage door for some time and it being nearly 30 years old, I opted to have the Garage Door overhaul with lifetime warranty. I feel the price was right. He was quick in the overhaul, great attention to detail, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and explained the warranty features. Good guy.

We called this morning because our garage door stopped working. Dwayne Hatfield was at our house by 11 am. He explained everything to me that needed to be repaired and told me the cost. Appointment set between 1300 and 1500, arrived a few minutes before 1300. Received notification via test of who the tech is that is coming out including a photo. Tech Zach M, called and notified that he was on his way. Zach arrived in a company branded vehicle which was easy to identify.Zach seemed very knowledgeable of what was needed, offered a recommendation for replacing both springs since the first one broke second may be on its way to breaking too. Zach was friendly and business appearance exceeded expectations.I had both springs replaced on the garage door and was up and working in under 45 minutes. I will recommend this company to anyone and will use them again if needed.

Had my garage door springs replaced. Service tech (Mueller) was very polite and had it all measured out and replaced under an hour. I will definitely be using Absolute again.

Found these people on home advisor, got a call from the call service lady, Molly, for the company on a Sunday. She was super sweet and got me in as soon as possible - the very next day. When the technician got to the house he told me very quickly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it - all parts needed were already with him! I had to wait on the phone with the home warranty company for nearly 2 hours!!! Thad (our service technician) waited and was very kind and patient the whole time. We eventually got it all done and he fixed the door in about 10 minutes! Now I have a life time warranty on the moving parts of the door (what Absolute Services fixed and replaced). 10 out of 10 recommend this company! Ask for Thad if you can!!!Update!!!!!Our garage door apparently got off the track! It got stuck in open and AGAIN overhead door service came to the rescue! Our service man Trey got to our house the next morning and fixed it free of charge due to us buying our lifetime warranty equipment with this service previously! Wont go with anyone else ever again.

Absolute installed my garage door two years ago and I had not yet called for routine maintenance as I have never had one problem with it. Adam from Absolute reached out to me several days ago with a seasonal special of $49 for an inspection with routine service. I agreed and, from there, it was seamless service. My appointment was this Tuesday and, on Monday, my reminders were sent confirming a two hour window of service. On the morning of the appointment, I was notified by text and then called by my technician Brennen K., to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, politely introduced himself as Brennen, handed me his business card verifying his name, and he then explained what he was going to do. Having been a good installation to begin with, there were no issues found and no hidden charges presented. In a world of turmoil, it was such a pleasure to have this experience with a company whose employees make it what it is. As Brennen was leaving, he presented me with profile of information explaining what other services Absolute offered and I do plan to use them for both plumbing and electric services as needed. And, all COVID guidelines were followed.
