Excellent service. Called on a Monday for an estimate, they got back to me quickly and scheduled the install for Tuesday. Good pricing to replace and install a new garage door opener. Very satisfied!

Be careful for their trick service. Just come over show up they will charge you even do nothing, not give price and charge before, always send you overcharge bills later, called in for question, they said this is our charge, if you are not happy, dont find them again, go ahead someone else Who can trust their service? they dont care their customers.

Showed up to the house without a mask during a global pandemic. At our second interaction, still refused to wear a mask. As a healthcare worker who has witnessed this pandemic first hand, this was vile and downright disrespectful to the entire family. On my own property, no less. Also, left without doing anything to the garage door.

Received great service from Hershey Door Service. From office manager, Joe to technician, Jeff - everyone was professional and courteous. They helped replace broken spring on the door. Technician was efficient, knew what he doing. I didnt have time to take other quotes, so cant comment on pricing.

Broke a torsion spring and called around for pricing. Hershey Door Service was in the area and showed in 15 minutes, and dit the work for less than nearby competitors. Quick, efficient and professional technician. Glad to see Service like this still exists.Highly recommend!

I called because my house was broken into and my garage door opener was stolen. I got a new opener and they walked me through on how to reprogram the new remotes. When its time to get a new garage door. I am definently gonna have this company do it. Thank you so much to the lady and guy to helped me. Oh and to buy a new one and have it installed was way way less than other places i called, if I choose to go wifi operated and keypad for a new garage door system.

Need garage door fixed ? I did, called Hershey Door Service at 7:00 am this morning, came home from work and it was done. Two new springs, new cables and pulleys, remounted broken anchor for the sping that broke, fixed a broken door wheel and greased the track and my opener chain. Invoice was way below what I expected and the service was excellent. If I ever need door work again no question who Ill call. If you need door work, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.
