This was a treat! I wanted some warm vegan soup and the ladies hooked me up! They not only helped me find my soup, but heated it up for me, too. Great stop for coffee, lunch, and health food products. #vegan

The woman behind the counter today answered our questions and was very sympathetic when she found out we wanted essential & cbd oil for our sick cat. She helped us find the vet recommended oils and was friendly and informative. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great feeling in the establishment. I was only in there a few minutes to buy some fire cider but i liked the energy.

Location, Location, Location, This store is the perfect location for me. Very easy to find. Also there is a coffee shop right next door if you want to take a break after shopping. I have called for information on products they carry as well as gone into the store to buy products and have always had a good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Connected to coffee shop. Truthfully the concept is a good idea. The health market and herb and vinegar doesnt actively have some one assisting clients. Better signs, less clutter, and more thoughtful execution when it comes to freezers. Store is out of sync. Priority goes to coffee shop. Would have been fantastic if the owner helped you or acted interested in you being a patron.

I discovered this place carries a product I wanted to try; however, every time I went in, they were out. One friendly woman offered to take my number and call the next day when it was due to arrive. I wanted to support buying local. Three days later, no call so I went again to check. The woman behind the counter said they were out and offered to take my info. When I explained the scenario she looked past me to ask a group of adults when it was expected. One female said the shipment changed and it will be next week. If a call had been made to let me know, I would have been fine. Very poor customer service. Shopping elsewhere from this point forward.

Great service and attention to detail that you won’t get in a bigger store. Staff is friendly and ready and willing to answer questions. Lovely shopping experience.

They are very helpful and knowledgable. I always try to support a local business and they deserve every dollar they can get. For a tourist it is a great local homepathic shop and all natural products.

I need 3 ingredients ...I am pre-posting ...fennel seeds (roasted), saka sugar or rock suga, (clear) and organic almonds .... also castor oil hexane and chemical free with dropper included in a dark bottle...looking forward to obtain products
