Could not get my order cancelled that was placed online. So I had to purchase it there again. And didnt get my $10.00 off either.

Ive been shopping at this location for years now and Friday was the last day Ill ever set foot in there again. It started off like a normal trip I found some clearance items I was going to purchase. The manager girl (dont remember her name) whos been there for a while now was fine at first then out of no where she just started not making any sense. Apparently the clearance items that had been marked down were not done so properly so she said I couldnt get them. They had been on the shelf for weeks (I usually go in once a week to get something like protein powder, pre-workout for myself or weight gainer for my son) and I told her I was gonna buy them last time I was in. She said if someone had sold them to me they would have got fired. I was gonna pick up some mass tech for my son and asked her if they still price match. She said yes but it has to be exactly $6 below their price and I have to show her the internet page and that it had to be that exact product. After she tried to explain 4 times I was getting frustrated. I use to buy so much product from this store when Robbie use to manage it and he would work with me on price. I honestly think that she was mad because the last few times I went in she kept trying to sell new a $40 club membership. She flat out told me I would be better off getting my mass tech on line. I said never mind and told my wife lets just leave and Ill get my things online from another company. As we walked to the car my wife couldnt believe the way we had been treated and talked to. She said I handled it well and kept myself composed. We then went over to stax and got my sons gainer (mutant mass) which GNC doesnt even carry along with hemp pain cream and some of the most delicious high protein Oreo cookies Ive ever had. You just lost a customer GNC.

Great store professional staff

They have a great selection, but customer service is either amazing or the worst ever. There is a lady that works there thats very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and will take the time to find the right products for you. But if you get Tyler, youll get the exact opposite. I went in around 3 pm one day for a few specific products. There were buy one get one free signs in front of all of them, plus they were already ringing 50% off which was awesome. Turns out Tyler put the signs up a day early and got super whiney about honoring the bogo signs. Its the Earth Genius line which I happen to love. He says, I dont really care, were probably getting rid of the line anyway, no one likes it. Pretty great to hear when youre about to buy a bunch of it. I learned my lesson, either avoid the store while Tyler is working or shop online lol.
