I love this bakery! Always fresh, beautiful, and great tasting products! I think Ive tried almost everything (croissants, muffins, breads, pastries, chocolate covered strawberries, and cakes). Their attention to detail and providing customer satisfaction is top notch! Ive purchased their products for holidays, birthdays, office parties, a baby shower, or just when I wanted a delicious sweet treat. Both Julia and Andrea have always been kind, pleasant, and dedicated. One of my favorite bakeries!

Upon first look, their pastries are very colorful and fun, but the taste is not so great. I suppose you get what you pay for. The sugar cookies, taste like if you were to bake a batch and completely forget to add the sugar, and the cake pops fall apart instantly. If you are looking for cheap pastries this is a great place, but dont expect good taste for what you pay.

Loving CGW Bakery! The staff is just the nicest people youll ever meet. They have tons of product available, but if you are looking for something special theyll help you tweek it to perfection. I’ve been using CGW for several years now and the pastries are always fresh, presentable, and most of all tasty. They most recently provided the cake pops and donuts for my daughters Prom send off and it was perfect. They added little Bows to my glitter ones.

We have been a faithful customers with Chicago Grommet for a decade. The quality of their product began to declined to the point the we received croissants with MAGGOTS in them. Thier customer service is awful, and when we attempted to alert them of their food safety issue the manager Mario and owner Julia proceeded to pass the blame onto us and used profanity when speaking to us. The following day we refused the delivery and the deliver boy threw down our order and told us “no you are taking it.” This is no way to do business with people, and we no longer do business with them, because food safety is our number one priority and we don’t do business with people who share our values.

Andrea is fantastic and a pleasure to work with! Desserts are terrific and wouldnt change a thing!
