Cant say enough good things about these guys. I appreciated that they were respectful and didnt give me the three hour sales pitch that I got from some other window sales people. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the windows that we got. Eric and Dan were easy to talk to and communicated well with me during the whole process. Our windows are awesome and I can already feel the difference in our home, and they look much better than our old 90+ year old windows.

I recently met Dan Faught and Eric Smith at a building expo at the Lake County fairgrounds. My interest was in getting replacement doors for my living room and a window for my downstairs bedroom. I made an appointment to have rep to come over and show me the best product for my needs. I was very impressed with how the product functioned and how energy efficient everything was. Ordering was easy. The installation went smoothly. They were here for 10 hours and got everything done. As I am progressing with my home remodeling, I will definitely have this company do everything for me in the future. I love my patio doors with internal blinds!

I requested quote on a Friday, Eric Smith showed up that Sunday to meet my scheduling needs and was well prepared with tangible examples so we would know exactly what we would get at each price point. There was no pressure to get the most expensive siding but presented the pros and cons to each option. The communication from start to finish was superb and met their deadline even though it was below 10 degrees outside on the last day. The work was perfected at every angle and looks great we couldnt be happier with the results. We dont plan to go anywhere else now that we have a TRUSTED source.!

Window Depot USA of Chicago did a wonderful job on our back porch siding and insulation project! The process was painless (certainly not true of other contractors weve tried to use), the cost was appropriate, the insulation strategy was thoughtfully developed and executed, the siding selections provided were innovative and good quality, the siding installation was done beautifully, all work got done in the time frame given, and the final result is just what we had wanted. While adding on an addition to our home, we decided to move forward and work with Dan Faught from Window Depot Chicago instead of working with the third party of our contractor. Dan was a true professional and a master of his trade. He was very detail oriented in providing information on what windows would best meet our needs. There was no high pressure sales, just straight forward conversation on what we like and what he could deliver. During the install, there was no over promising and under delivering. Each stage of the install was done on time, efficiently, and with no clean up. Dan checked in periodically to make sure his team was exceeding our expectations. We were very happy with Dans service and plan on reaching out to him again in the future.

We met them at the Lake county fair grounds. Mine was a small job, replace one bathroom window. They did everything they promised and more. Came on time, worked to my schedule and got it quickly and and were done. It looks beautiful and done. I will recommend them to anyone.

My new windows are wonderful! I really appreciated Eric Smith’s knowledge and experience and how I didn’t feel pressured during his sales presentation. The gentleman who did the follow up measuring ran late but called to let me know. The installer arrived right on time, explained what he was doing, took off his shoes before I even had a chance to tell him he didn’t need to, took exactly the amount of time estimated for the job and left my home nice and clean. They also accommodated my busy work schedule fitting me in as soon as possible. The whole process from start to finish couldn’t have gone any better.

Window Depot was absolutely great to work with. Eric Smith came out to look at our windows because we were noticing air coming inside on a few. He checked out the roof as well even though we didnt know we needed anything. Eric pointed out some things we might be worried about with the roof and how long wed have before really needing to do additional work or make a large investment. We were able to prioritize where to put our money based on the weather impact and the direction our house is facing. So glad we chose them. It was nice to have someone guide us to only get what was necessary.

A great company to purchase windows from! Daniel Faught was a pleasure to speak to. Zero pressure from him to buy. It was obvious he cared about his product and customer. Will definitely be recommending!

Window Depot was very quick to get everything measured and installed. The installation process was quick and easy. The reason for the 3 stars is that there was some damage done in a couple places outside the house from either removing the old or putting the new windows in. We were really only concerned about the bent fascia by the sliding glass door. We were told someone would be out to check on it. Over a month went by with nobody coming. When a guy finally came to check it out he tried instead to blame it on us (with sideways remarks about how his men wouldve had to hit it multiple times. Its aluminum and thus not as difficult to bend). He also said he would be in contact about it soon and now here we are again over a month later and nobody has called or attempted in any way past the initial discussion to make any of this right.

Worked with Mr Dan Faught . It was a pleasure to work with him. Quick efficient and very impressed. I will be recommending to all my family and friends .
