We stopped in to check out a new Polaris General XP and to look at a few of the trailers and tractors. So they had the General, but nowadays there is no real deals to have since they are in such high demand, the selection was also limited. There was only one small tractor and a lawn mower to look at. The salesman that we chatted with was only kind of a little helpful. His information to our question was way less than we had gotten from online since we did do some research online first, but then again they don’t have to work hard or try to sell anything right now either. We did get some parts and supplies from the parts department and they where very helpful 👍👍

Kept my bike for a whole month, out in the sun, all I asked was to replace my exhaust and air filter with an oil change; and to fix an oil leak they couldn’t fix and never tried to make it right. The bike was very fairly new at the time, I bought it brand new. Returned to me very dirty.

We rented a Ranger to use in Western Nevada. Cassie helped set up the equipment rental and showed how everything works. Great and likeable staff here.. Had a blast that weekend.

Juan is a super star. I bought a three horse trailer from him and he made sure I understood all the features and how it worked. He took care of us with a new hitch that was suited for the weight of the trailer, He made sure I understood all the paperwork before I signed. He suggested a security system for the horse trailer which I purchased, since we will be traveling across country with the trailer. Hands down was the best experience ever buying a vehicle or trailer. We will be back!

Bought my RZR here, the only 4 seater I could find between Redding and Tracy. Juan was great on the phone, told me 19 people were looking at it and allowed me to put a deposit on it right then. When I went in he was just as nice, gave the kids little things to occupy them while we were doing paperwork. Will definitely be back for future needs and refer others.

Initially I started out dealing with Trevor, he was incredibly helpful and offered me an above fair deal on a new ATC Quest Trailer. After thinking it over for a couple days I called back and got Juan, who was also very helpful and fair with some accessories I wanted added to the trailer. I had a great sales experience with CCT. Devon answered all my questions and helped me decide which SXS to purchase. I was in and out of the store in 2 hours with a new RZR and a trailer that they delivered from another location while I waited. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing a higher end model or accessories. I appreciated how I was taken care of. Had a chance to rip around on our local fire roads the evening I brought it home and my son and I couldn’t stop laughing. Went there to purchase a replacement battery for my quad without calling ahead to see if they had it. Got there and everyone in the service department was very helpful and nice. They identified the battery I needed and 10 minutes later I was in the showroom drooling over the eye candy sitting there and outside in the parking lot. Will be back for all my needs related to my Polaris ATV and trailer needs.

Went looking for a trailer ask about some that were in the yard salesman told us all the one I ask about were sold but said he had some 16 footers but wouldnt take us out to show them too us just kept giving us the run around and acted like he was just trying to get us out of building but its cool now we know how they are and will never be going back for anything else and wont give any body I know suggestions to go either

My wife went in the store approx 20 days before X-mas (2020) to find a quad for our 9 year old son. At 1st my wife said that all the men in the office seemed to be pre-occupied with something else because not one person would help her out to see what she wanted, no problem she thought and asked someone for help. With it so close to X-mas the store didnt have to much in stock, but because of the wifes determination they where able to find a KAYO bull 150 in the back ($2500) mind you.X-mas day came and went, it was about mid Feb that the little quad started to have troubles starting up. I checked out the battery and low and behold the positive post had eroded off. Took the battery in to Cali Custom hoping they had one, no luck. Went and ordered one and yes I had to pay for it, I asked how long the warranty is and was told 30 days, wow a whole 30 days!! Finally the battery came and once again I tried for some help but got no where. The little quad ran for about another month or so and now here I am again with another problem with the quad, IT WONT START AT ALL NOW, nothing, zip, nada. Took it to the shop for ANOTHER problem and the waiting list was about 6 weeks out!! lol. Thanks but no thanks. I have a friend that works on motorcycles so I took it to him, he has tried everything and still nothing. Getting to the point, if Cali Custom is not backing up the products they sell then why sell them?? a 30 day warranty is a joke!! $2500!! gone down the drain and a 9 year olds passion is put on hold, this is sad, especially coming from a LOCAL vendor.

First 1star because you can’t leave no stars. Very disappointed in the bikes that we have purchased including the warranties that we purchased along with the bikes. Less than a year bikes are in the shop cost an additional $500 between the two bikes that both had warranties. Paid that so the kids can enjoy them road once and having issues again. Called original salesman in Elk Grove. Mr. Juan told me to sell the bike that he sells 900 of them and No one had issues. Sympathizes with my frustration of my children not being able to ride the bikes that were purchased and the warrantee is not covering the issues because it’s not covered under those warranties. I honestly wouldn’t recommend purchasing SSR’s, unless you want to spend your money and watch them sit and spend more money to get them back out of the shop. Mr. Juan confirm that you have to have them do the maintenance services in Order for the warranty to be valid. I thought you can’t ride the bike long enough for the warrantee to actually be needed. The one respect that I give is the manager in Merced for the service department Said the reason Merced Star doesn’t sell them it’s because they’re nothing but problems. Kudos to the MERCED service manager for his honesty. Sadly the Elk Grove guy Mr. Juan can’t provide the same service. And while I’m venting here, I did remind Mr. Juan That how can I sell a bike that doesn’t run properly and I can’t even sell the warranty that I purchased for the bikes, since they don’t run long enough.Very Frustrated! I guess I won’t be going there to buy any of my trailers I’ll find a new on a salesman.

Awesome place for everything you need from new toys to trailers for them. I was in the need for a 3H trailer and checked out a local place by Livermore. Not much selection and no wiggle room on a 2 year old trailer that had obviously been sitting on the lot baking in the sun. I reached out to CCT and spoke with Juan. all I can say is wow. Very professional. I was able to buy a 2021 3h bumper pull over the phone and drive up yesterday to pick up. To top it off they gave me a military discount and a cash discount. WOW!. So glad I decided to call. Was worth the 2.5 hours of driving.They detailed the trailer and a crew came out and hooked it up to verify everything was working properly. 1st class operation!Thanks Juan and CCT!

Great sales department.. Service department needs a serious upgrade and more techs. A simple repair and I was quoted 4 weeks to do it. Its a 45 minute repair people. In my shop we dont always do FIFO if something super easy drops in. Keeps more people happy rather than all people not happy.Update: Im switching them to five stars. They got me fixed and out the door in time for my obligatory trip with the vehicle. Thanks guys. Greatly appreciated.

Best power sports shop ever! The staff is very frequently and knowledgeable. Fair prices and no haggling salespeople. I’ve bought two vehicles from them and will definitely go back when it’s time to upgrade. Service can take a while to schedule because they do great work and get a little busy but if you’re looking for a toy go here!

Took slingshot in for some issues, it took about two weeks before it was returned. Picked it up and have to have it detailed because it was extremely dirty.

After speaking to Maddy on the phone going over trailer options I decided to make the two hour trip to look at their inventory. I was not at all disappointed, they have a massive selection of trailers with so many different optioned trailers I was really surprised. Nice people to deal with, havent bought my trailer yet but will give them a shot when I figure out exactly what I want.I changed my rating, I ended up getting a quote on the identical trailer from Bronco trailers, Bronco trailers was almost $3k less. I gave them both the same sheet with specs of the trailer I wanted so its not like Im comparing two different ones. Needless to say I ordered the trailer through Bronco trailers.

We were looking for wheel bearings, races, and oil seals for an axel under an old home-built trailer. We knew it was from a late forties or early fifties Crystler product but that was about all we knew. It took a while and three phone calls but they found everything that we needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good store.

Bought a dump trailer from Natalie told her Id come back the next day to pick it up between 9:30 and 10 trailer was not ready. Comes to find out she never told guys out back about it until I got there that day. Waited 45 minutes to get the trailer was not happy. The guys out back were great and the trailer is nice.

I bought a horse trailer through Madi. She has been great. Had a few issues with trailer and Madi has been great getting them fixed. She is very friendly and totally understands my needs.

I dont even want to post 1 star! This place has provided the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. When we purchased some used units that were supposedly consignment from them they didnt even pay the bank off to collect the titles to provide us until AFTER we called asking where they were a month later! The salesman was not helpful and the OWNER was even worse with his condescending attitude!

This business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted this dealer to perform service on my Polaris RZR and they told me that they work on a first come first serve basis and I would need to bring in my vehicle and drop it off. I brought my vehicle in and was told that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete the service. 4 weeks went by and I had still not heard from them with a price estimate for the work. I called them and was told that I should hear from them the following week with pricing as it was scheduled to be in on Wednesday or Thursday. I called back the following Thursday and spoke with a gentleman who informed me it still had not been brought in, but they would get me an estimate that day. I finally got my price quote and asked them how long it would take to complete the work on my vehicle and he told me it should be completed today or tomorrow. I hadnt heard from them so I contacted them again on Friday and was told they were bringing it in to the shop now and they will call me when it is ready to be picked up. It is now Tuesday and still no call and I bet if I call them it is probably being brought into the shop now. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life and I would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here for service unless you want it to sit outside in the weather for months while they give you the run around about when it will be completed and returned to you.

Had a snowmobile on deposit and these guys sold it from under me without any notice. I have heard from the grape vine that this is not the first time this has happened. Do yourself a favor and call the other Polaris dealerships first. These guys dont seem to have any ethics.

When I bought my 2017 900 Ranger XP they really worked on a lot of things with me was a pleasure to work with them I was promised by one of the ex-employees a spare tire off one of the knockoffs when they did an upgrade unfortunately hes not there no more while I was there I did buy a new spare belt for my Ranger I travel down here close to a hundred miles when theres one five miles away from my house and another Polaris dealer its sad but I will not be going back there if you live close I guess its good but when you travel a hundred miles to pick something up that you were promised dont need to drive 100 miles no more when you stay true to one dealer keep going there sometimes you have to honor something I work in customer service for many years Im a happy customer but they will not receive no more my business thank you for what you have done for me good luck in the future call shop closer to home.
