Had such a great experience here. They took my bike in for its first service the same day and had it done for me to drive home before closing. Talk about accommodating. Plus, the store has the largest selection of bikes, accessories and apparel of any store I’ve been to in the Bay Area. No problem passing time in there. Really blown away.
Wow, I am so thrilled that we made the drive to Elk Grove Power Sports. The difference between here and other dealerships is that they are solution driven to help their customers meet their needs even while inventory is lacking on a regional level. Elk Grove Power Sports finds a way as Joe and Jim helped us secure the bikes we wanted!We were continuously greeted by such friendly staff there, especially Jim, that didn’t mind that we had our fur pups tagging along while we asked so many questions about the different motorcycle bikes on numerous trips. Jim was very cheerful every time we were there. Nobody came to us and ask how they can help us, or if you have any questions, were very disappointed with the costumer service. Some products has the tag price but other not. Four wheels are the same models everytime, not a lot of varieties.
I visited the EGPS looking for a specific bike that unfortunately had just sold. However, after talking with their salesman Jim Nau, he walked me through the ordering process for obtaining a new bike. Jim was professional and knew how to answer every question that I had. He regularly kept contact with me until my new Indian Scout Bobber arrived was prepped and I drove it off. The service team at EGPS was also spot on. Go in and meet Josh. He was able to ensure that I had particular extra add-ons to my bike as well as some accessories that I wanted. These are good folk and work like a family! I will be a return customer for certain.
Came in to buy chain wax, noticed very helpful friendly knowledgeable staffs, very clean environment. If I have to criticize, they dont service Honda :(I had a plastic cup needed to throw away (because I never litter), I asked the gentleman wheres the trash can, he was willing to take care for me, now thats above and beyond customer service.

I recently had a unfortunate motorcycle shipping accident in which the rear turn signal was ripped off my bike. I called in to see if I could get the part and was immediately surprised with how kind and efficient the parts department was. They looked up schematics to ensure I would receive the right part. Once I came into the store the schematic was pulled up for me to verify we were talking about the same thing and less than 3 minutes later the part was ordered and I was on my merry way. Fast, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for. Ask for John at parts and he will take care of you.

Horrible horrible service walked in today to check out the can ams, there was four workers just there chopping it up. Not once did they approach me to see if I needed help they just looked at me and proceeded with their conversation. Will take my money elsewhere
One star because thats the lowest I can give. The sales process was amazing, however when I went to sell the bike I purchased and the title was no where to be found and then tracked down to the dealership who admittingly made a mistake where it was being sent. I lost the sale and was told 2-3 weeks before a duplicate can be processed. Though they are helping on the process I did ask fair reimbursement for the payments I had to make due to the loss of sale while we correct their clerical error. They refuse to make it right. Great dealership unless you want the TITLE.

Elk Grove power sports has a great selection of parts and recreational vehicles, thats the good. The Bad, the prices they advertise are inflated when you get there. I have no interest in a company that list one price and gives another when you walk in the door. Its not cool. EGPS lost my business.
I called them hoping that they would have a sea doo is stock to potentially buy. It was just my luck that they did. I jumped through many hoops to get qualified and did everything the sales man asked me to do. He said he would get back to me in a hour after I put a hefty deposit down to hold the sea doo. A hour passed by. Two hours. Three hours. He finally calls to tell me I got denied and didn’t give me any reasoning and told me I’d get a letter in the mail. Come to find out the sea doo was already sold and he didn’t want to tell me. He gave me false hopes. The funny thing is I found the same sea doo closer to my town and I got approved in less then 45 minutes VS the 5 hours it took the sales person to tell me “it’s a no go” I don’t trust that place or even those people.
The front end sales staff and parts department are awesome! However, the service department counter staff are on the other end of the spectrum. Absolutely the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with service departments. Obnoxious and condescending. If you purchase a bike from this place be forewarned and be prepared for just plain bad service.

These guys are super friendly and easy to work with. I was looking for a Indian Scout Bobber ABS in Black which I couldnt find in Bay Area dealership. So I sent an email to Elk Grove dealership and I got a reply immediately. GK was my sales person and he is super friendly and accommodative. Hassle free, no negotiations needed as the price he offered was the best. Since its too far for me he offered me free home delivery which I thought was so nice of them. Thank you GK and Tam. And later I had to get some parts where GK got me in touch with Tim. Again the customer service and response were super notch. They are unique in a way that they treat customers with at most priority - even after sales. I highly recommend these guys !!
Everything was smooth as butter! I saw the bike online and talked to Tam about it over the phone, he sent me pictures and a FaceTime chat where he showed us the bike up close. I gave him a deposit and set up a date to come see it in person. It was so easy even a cave man could do it. We were in and out of there in less than an hour! Overall- unsatisfactory. In the middle of a two jet ski deal the sales rep tried to tax me $500 a ski (Austen)....ended up buying the skis elsewhere without troubles. Stay far away from this place, they will annoy you for a deposit, then attempt to raise the price last second

The staff are great and they have good deals on there vehicles but the parts and accessories are crazy high I recently went to get brake pads for my outlander and they wanted 90$ for front pads only I picked up sever duty pads online for half the price and got pads front and back for it

I ordered a part online from them in august and it had to be shipped from italy which understandably takes a while. when i received the part 6 weeks later, it was something i didnt order. a completely different part. which was very frustrating, and nobody could give me a good answer as to why that happened. but ok, mistakes happen, lets return it and move on.however every single step of the return process was super frustrating, as if it was their first day ever of business. i had to call back to get a return label, and then a month later i had to reach out again to actually get a refund. when I received it, the refund was only partial! so since no one responded to multiple emails i had to call and explain the situation AGAIN to get fully refunded. like, why does the customer have to hold your hand to make things right? thats supposed to be your job.they get one star only because i didnt have to wait on hold and the people i actually did speak with were nice.

Very disappointing That they would sell brand new off-road vehicles knowing that they have defects out of factory I bought a brand new Can-Am and it’s going on a month and it’s still at the service center I spent over $30,000 for this thing and I’ve had it maybe two weeks already had to make the first payment !!
Wasted 90 minutes driving there and back, with intent to go buy two bikes only to find out they’re basically useless 1 hour before closing. I’d suggest going somewhere eager to win your business.I prefer businesses that want my money and are willing to work hard to provide customer service.
What kind of motorsports shop doesn’t sell dirt bike tires? Parts says you sell and mount, service says you do not work on dirt bikes. How do I use the 25$ Tire mounting service you promote? If your looking for anything to do with dirt bikes, don’t waste your time coming here.

Ive always heard great things about Elk Grove Powersports and finally had the chance to do business with them. I messaged them through the CycleTrader chat feature and Joe was the one that responded to me.I ended up scheduling a test ride with Joe; the whole process to do so was painless and easy. We set up a time through chat, I showed up the next day and we did the test ride.They provided a deal that was literally the best in the nation I could find for a 2018 Aprilia Tuono (I was willing to buy out of state and ship the bike if I could get a good deal) because they were offering a discount on top of the Aprilias manufacturer rebate. I couldnt say no.Joe was patient and accommodating to all of my requests and willing to work everything out with me whether it was temporary bike storage, shipping or any other logistics.He provided excellent service, despite being one of the newer members of the team at Elk Grove Powersports. It has definitely been one of the best dealership experiences Ive had.I also worked with Anthony who was just as pleasant and provided me with a wealth of information regarding warranty, servicing and general information. I finally made the move to buy my first bike. Tam was my salesman. I had a few bikes in mind I wanted to check out. I was super nervous, and Tam was really patient and extremely helpful. I got to sit on the bikes I liked and finally decided on a 2017 Triumph Street Cup. The time came to look into financing, something I was even more nervous about. While waiting for that all to workout, a salesman named Jim Nau came over and just talked stories and made us laugh. It calmed me down. Tam assured me their finance department was great. Sure enough, with as bad as a credit score as I have, the finance department worked it out for me, and I was approved! Miracle workers! I wasn’t expecting all that when I walked in the doors. I was supposed to be at work in an hour and just wanted to look at bikes, but everyone was so helpful that I went for it! Since I had to be at work, we scheduled an appointment for essentially today to sign all the papers. In the days before, Tam would send updates on things he felt were important for me to know or do.Today, we showed up late; Tam was super understanding (but that doesn’t mean you should be late to your appointment lol). Tammie in financing was putting my paperwork together, so Tam took me over to the parts area and helped me look at some helmets. Once it came to financing, Tammie made it fun to get thru it all. I, again, was still super nervous. I’m a beginner rider. Her making it fun helped keep me as calm as I could be haha! Joe in the parts department was extremely helpful as well. He made sure my helmet fit correctly. Safety first! He explained all the safety features about the helmet, things I didn’t know. After it was all done, it was time to head out for a refresher ride. It had been a long time since I took the safety course, hence the nervousness. Tam geared up and basically took me out for a ride. It was rough lol! But he took his time and made sure I was safe enough to get home. I cannot stress enough how kind and patient he was. Like I had some embarrassing moments on that test ride, and he got me thru it. It was amazing. He made sure that once we parted ways, that I’d be comfortable enough to get home. Once it was time to leave, I made it home safely! All thanks to Tam. From him to the finance department to the parts department and the workers in between that checked on my husband and I as we walked around, I’d give 5 stars across the board. Thank you so much to the crew that made a childhood dream possible. I’ll definitely be sending anyone interested in buying your way.

I was really excited that EGPS became a Ducati dealer. They are right down the street from me, no more 45 minute drives for service.Unfortunately I had to change my rating as my wife sees the service manager David buying beer at her store in the middle of the day, almost every day.He seems to enjoy his tall cans of Coors light.I have no interest in taking my Duc (or any other bike) in for service when the manager is an alcoholic. Hard pass.
I called them to purchase a jet ski and Tam helped me. They also offer financing. Best toy store in all of California.
Visited elk Grove can am last week. Drove down from placerville. Walked around for approximately 45 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No one said hello.,smiled or anything. One sales man ector hernandez acknowledge me and was very friendly but was taking an other customer on a test ride. I think in 45 minutes someone would have at least said hi dont you. Worst dealer experience in my life WARNING do not leave a deposit they will sell the unit regardless of paperwork signed and will try to sell you the top of the line unit Bait and Switch in return for selling the unit that was set on hold, while they processed your paperwork. Due to there finance department being to busy to sign you on the same day. Ended up going to Dixon better prices and service and will have you out the door with your unit in about an hour. Tam is not a man of his word regardless if the paperwork is signed and will try to keep your deposit.

I picked up a 2018 Aprilia Tuono rr from this dealer. GK was a great help and worked with me to get a great deal. He made me feel like my sale was his priority and didn’t intimidate me into buying a bike I was unsure about. I also brought my bike to get service on a brake recall at the new location. The check in is quick and the staff has been very responsive in updating me about the service. 5/5 will drive back from SF for my next service.

12:30 pm 5/30/20 ... Not very happy with this company at the moment. I called yesterday for a PWC single trailer and was told they have many available.Driving there today and decided to call them... was told that they were too busy and could not have a trailer available to purchase until the middle of next week.The employee stated that they didn’t have a finance guy available at which point I said that I was paying cash. He said that regardless it takes time and they didn’t have any...?When I explained to him that their company just lost money... he said “that’s ok”.

The most unprofessional and fraudelent dealership I have dealt with. I had reserved an appointment to see a bike, called them before leaving San Francisco to Elk Grove, to review the bike for the first appointment in morning, and the rep (they did a bait and switch to new rep who knew my name) and used my appointment to call up another buyer and get downpayment/deposit for the bike over the phone before me arriving to store. They did not have the courtesy to call me and allow me to put a downpayment FIRST. I escalated to their mgt and they did not take any corrective action. I will file an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is a Scammer dealership, with low ethics
Unbelievable experience!!! Everyone was extremely friendly and not pushy throughout my interactions with the various departments. Really refreshing to see a dealership place customer service above all else. When you treat people right then you never have to worry about closing sales because they close themselves. This is what I experienced at Elk Grove Power Sports. Awesome job from Gary, Ryan, Jeremiah, Marco and Allen. As a side note the young lady at the front office is better than you Ryan.

Went in asking for three spark plugs one guy at the parts section told me I needed two only so I said okay I got two only for my can am x3 XRS came home and needed three! Guys working behind the counter aren’t knowledgeable with there own machines! Very upsetting having to pay someone to remove a lot of stuff to do spark plugs and now I will have to pay again to remove parts and put the right amount of spark plugs! ZERO STARS
Bought a motorcycle recently from Elk Grove Power Sports and it was an easy process and completely hassle free! Ryan was quick to get back in touch with me over email and via phone unlike other dealerships Ive dealt with. Right when I entered I was greeted and wasnt left wandering around without anyone helping. I was shown around by Ryan and was a able to talk to Jeremiah about parts for my new bike. The whole process took under an hour and I was on my way! These guys have definitely earned a happy customer and will be back for any future purchases!
Left me stranded!On a motorcycle trip passing through Elk Grove California got a flat tire very close to elk grove powersports (less than 5 miles away). stuck on the side of the road I decided to call and ask if they could change a tube for me, the service rep and service manager said they would NOT do it because my bike is a Honda…. I asked if I took the tire off the bike and brought it in if they could change it that way... they said yes... they could change it the next day but that I could not leave the bike at their shop over night and also that I could not take the tire off the bike in their parking lot...so instead I called a tow truck.. told the driver about this and he drove me to his house so I could use his garage/tools to change the tube I was back on the road the next day 10 stars for him.Ive travelled all across Canada and the US on my bike and Ive never heard of a bike shop turning away a broken down rider. I myself have helped countless riders on the road; giving them a ride to a gas station, a patch kit, a spare tube or a tool, a push start (I did that for a girl whos battery went flat in a parking lot earlier that day). And I have had countless riders and passers by help me when Im in a bind (even had another motorcyclist pull over and offer me a plug kit while I waited for the tow truck but since my bike runs inner tubes I couldnt use it).My point is it was well within the capability of this shop to help and they chose not to. Im writing this so that hopefully the next time a bike is in trouble they will choose to help a rider in need, and if they help you out of a jam give them 5 stars
Been coming here for years for parts etc. and finally took the plunge on a 2018 Tuono from these folks. Joe in sales is a great guy and was able to work with management to get me a great deal. They all exhibited great patience with a difficult buyer :-). I have never used the service department, so I cannot comment on it...yet. Looking forward to continued business with these folks...
Not a mask in sight. Not a single employee has a mask on. Masks are to protect your customers, which makes it disheartening to see such disregard for your customers safety when Ive had good previous experiences here.

Service is great here! Bought my 2015 Zero SR here and have brought it in for maintenance and repairs and have no complaints in that front. Prices are not very flexible depending on what you shopping for though. Also if you ride a Zero and need parts expect at least a week or more for delivery. This is Zeros fault, not Elk Grove Power Sports.
Customer service is great. Ask for shane if you want to buy a triumph motorcycle. Buying a motorcycle is way less stressful than a car.
I fell in love with a can am spyder I literally sell my left kidney to afford it lol (just a joke excellent prices!) I request info and apply for a finance very easy and in minutes, Ector call me the very next day and he gave me all the information and help me to approve with my not so brilliant credit Im very pleased with the service and attention I receive, thanks guys!!!
From being able to demo the two brands of bikes I was considering purchasing, to scheduling an appointment for just a few days later for the installation of some aftermarket parts, to being able to have the work completed correctly and completely while I waited on-site, I had an overall great experience.In particular, the service manager, Forrest, is very friendly and knowledgeable and provided great service - as well as some helpful suggestions and information. I will go back for future bike services and suggest that others try their services.
Really knowledgeable and friendly sales associates. A really nice mix of bikes, and some great brands represented. The only thing that I didnt like about the showroom was that it was really crowded with machines; which is both a good and a bad thing. It means that there are a lot of machines to see but you sometimes have to squeeze past some to get to others.

Sketchy is all I can say. Service department was mostly a miserable experience. Never answer their phone and repairs weren’t done right causing me to have to bring my bike back or take it somewhere else to ref-fix. I had my Spyder painted a couple months prior to my last visit and they declined working on my bike because they weren’t sure they could remove my panels without damaging the paint. Wasn’t happy finding out they were all of a sudden that inexperienced. It shouldn’t matter I had recently had my bike painted, they should be able to remove the panels on any bike without causing damage.

I was searching online for a triumph explorer 1200 which I found at elk Grove Powersports in California. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with GK who is a sales person at this dealership. I ended up purchasing this triumph and being out of state was not able to go to the dealership or meet GK but I can say that I received the best service from GK. GK was professional and I can vouch that this is the best Service I have ever received from a dealership in my 30 years of purchasing motorcycles and motor vehicles. GK Thank you again for arranging the shipping of my triumph to Utah I will certainly look you guys up when I am next in California.
Id give zero stars if I could. Absolutely miserable service department. I was suspicious they werent doing their job before so I left a couple known easter eggs for them (worn chain sprockets and low brake pads to be exact). They changed my oil and inspected my bike. Yup! All good, nothing to worry about. Im going home and changing my own oil, they probably never did that either.
I went in to test ride and gather some more information on a possible motorcycle purchase. I was able to test ride the bike i was interested in, however; the sales rep i was working with knew nearly nothing about the products he was selling.... Being a pet peeve of mine, I really didnt feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from someone who will say anything to make the sale. I did not purchase from them, but most of the other staff seemed friendly and i will most likely take my bike in there for service when its valve adjustment is due. Please only let your knowledgable salesmen run the floor.
