Eric was extremely professional, kind, transparent.. no pun intended and payed attention to every little detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone to get their car tinted.

I called this company to setup an appointment to get my new cars windows tinted. I mentioned my three previous vehicles being done by another company out of the area with the same company name. The guy I spoke to, he didn’t give me a name, said he’s not affiliated with them. I asked if they do as good of work, and if they have the same tinting materials, I want too make sure my windows are done right. The guy tells me he’s not going to answer that, and I should just go to the place I’ve had work done in the past... not sure why he blew off a potential new customer who’s looking to setup a new business relationship. I guess some people aren’t willing to take pride in their work or business enough to stand up to competition, don’t bother with calling these guys, they probably do shoddy work.

Eric did an incredible job on both mine and my fathers cars. Ive personally never had tinting done on any of my cars before, so naturally I was a bit unsure about what I wanted. Eric not only gave me top notch advice but also delivered on a top notch installation. Thanks again!

Eric was the most unprofessional person I have met. His service probably follows his bad attitude. I wouldnt have given one star if it was an option. Avoid this tint shop. Go to a better place.

I called and spoke with Eric about getting my windows tinted. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldnt have an opening for at least a week. I told him I would check my calendar and call back. I called back no answer, but I left a message. 5 days later, still waiting for call back.Dont bother calling now. My son took my car to another place.

Just got 7 total Windows done on my car and couldnt be happier. Very quick very professional and great all around service. Talked to several other tint shops in EG got the run around and didnt really seem like they wanted my business. Genesis is a joke and way over priced. Called up tint pros he stayed open a little longer to allow me to come in, which was amazing and he did a hell of a job. Nice to see a small business still practice great customer service and offer a great product at a reasonable price.Dont mind the name it was set up for fantasy football and dont know how to change it now.
