I was referred to Tim at Elk Grove Windshield and Calibration when my windshield had caught a rock on the freeway and it broke the glass. They took my insurance and located glass quickly for me when originally my insurance had told me it would be a month before they could find the correct glass needed. This shop can also do lane assist calibration so I didn’t have to run around from place to place to get it done. Lori was so helpful and knowledgeable about any and all questions I had regarding my insurance and coverage and the quality of repair after care once installed. I felt so comfortable and at ease with taking my new car to them for the repair. They worked with my schedule and had convenient times for scheduling that I didn’t have to miss work. Tim was amazing when I arrived, almost like VIP treatment. Got my car in, started working right away, before I knew it I had my car back and was on my way in about an hours time. His work is clean, attention to detail and my car looked great! I highly recommend this business for your car windows needs and camera calibration!

This was an amazing experience!! They were prompt in getting me a quote and detailed to make sure I got the right windshield. They showed up early and the replacement was less than hour! The gentleman that replaced it was very friendly and made this experience excellent. Highly recommend!!

I got 2017 Lexus IS200t and it got cam on the windshield. Once I replace the windshield in San Francisco. The cam is not working and the shop told me to recalibrate in dealer. I go to dealer they try a few times said my car is lower than stock so I have to change back to original high otherwise I can’t go though. So I search on google and I find this amazing shop, he just try one time and then take the camera and check. He solved my problems! Good shop in California better than dealer .

Tim and Company were very professional and accommodating with getting my claim set and ordering the windshield. They kept me informed with the delay due to covid and once it was available they scheduled me for the following week. They were done within an hour and the calibration was on point. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Tim and Lori! We needed a windshield replaced as soon as possible as we are involved in several car pools and obviously need a safe vehicle to transport everyone. Lori was extremely helpful dealing with our insurance company and Tim had the job done in a couple hours including calibration. And to make things even easier, he delivered the vehicle back to our house! A great team to work with and would highly recommend!

Tim and Lori are great. They answered all my questions when I was initially looking for someone to replace my cracked windshield on my 2018 Toyota Camry. They are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I felt confident in using them for my repair needs. What made me confident in giving a 5 star review was how they went over and beyond. After getting my windshield replaced, I was hearing a high pitched wind noise when going over 55 mph. I thought the windshield would just need to settle and didnt think much of it for the first several days. When it didnt go away, I reached back out to Tim and Lori. Tim came back out right away to my work and fixed the issue. They stand by their work and will work to make things right. Now with the added ability to calibrate the vehicle sensing electronics after windshield replacement, I no longer have to take a second trip to the dealership just to get a windshield changeout. Recently had the windshield on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma replaced and recalibrated by this company. Tim was very professional and did an excellent job on the install. He even was able to get a windshield that was very similar to my original glass which I appreciated. The recalibrated sensors are working perfect and I am a happy customer. For all you fans of the newer cars and commute daily in time you to will be calling on Tim and heres why?The highways and roads are horrible and I caught a rock in the windshield of my Honda Accord. With deadlines to meet and a family trip this is the last thing I needed. So I listen to my insurance list of all the big players in the glass businesses and two weeks out was the soonest they could see me. So I hopped on the computer and started Googling then I came across their website. I filled out the questionnaire and within 7 minutes a response from Elk Grove Windshield & Calibration to call him well I took a little to long so he called me introduced himself as proprietor of this establishment.I explained my situation never throwing out a date I asked when could he see me and when he said tomorrow I damn near screamed and I so wanted to badly. Excuse me did I hear you correctly? Yes have your insurance call me I was dialing on the other line. Dropped car off three hours later come and get your car.Tim you rock man dude you so do and hes good fast and good and really decent prices. Hes so good I brought him our other car 2013 Honda the next day he researched it said we needed calibration. Humbled if he doesnt know hell find out hes a decent man who has my business forever and we know Caltrans continues to leave our road rocked infested. So trust me go see him hes fast, courteous, cares about his work and hell be getting a call soon rock to Truck windshield.Look folks his work is guaranteed like those majors but hes not robotic like them. Had a great experience, Tim replaced my windshield, calibrated it, and made it as convenient for me as possible. He has replaced 3 windshields for me over the years and I will go back to him for any future repairs or replacements.
