Woke up with a flat tire. Stopped by the two Les Schwabs in the area and both had a 3 hour wait and couldnt be bothered to take a quick look at my tire. Stopped by Elk Grove Shell and within 10 minutes they had found the nail in my tire, removed it and repaired my tire and had me back on the road.

Had an appointment, the checked me in promptly, smog was performed professionally, on time and very courteously. Great customer service.

Battery light came on. Took car in. Diagnosed as faulty alternator. Replaced alternator.

Sean was amazing to work with, didnt try to upsell us on any parts we didnt need, very honest. They got back to us within an hour of us dropping the car off for a diagnostics check. Very friendly and quick service
