Delivery was done on time. And as promised. Everything that was promised; was delivered. Very happy with the service from point of first contact, sales to delivery and setup. Delivery guys respected my home and followed safety precautions; masks & booties.

I purchased nearly $6000 ofBed and base.The base I had picked was an outlet (previous home trial) for that I was to save about 40% of that $2400 cost. That was good but when it arrived it didn’t work.HadTo refuse the entire purchase, now I waitTo see what they do to recover.

Purchased a quality Stearns and Foster queen sized mattress. Delivered and set up the new bed within a few hours of purchase. Delivery and set up contractor was excellent with their work and service.

Our salesman (Dave) was great. He showed us a number of options as well demonstrate the different bases.

Delivery happened a little earlier than I was expecting but about that I wont complain. One hitch was that someone was supposed to call me when the truck was enroute and I didnt get the call. Otherwise, delivery drivers were efficient and pleasant.

We haven’t received the bed yet, but the experience as it pertains to customer service was excellent. Armando was knowledgeable, accommodating, and not pushy. Even my parents commented on how good he was and they RARELY say things like that. I should’ve gone out and purchased a lottery ticket. Armando helped us work out a deal better than was advertised on the site and with a different company, and he knew how the company policies could work to our advantage/disadvantage.

I came into the store with my cousin to look for an adjustable bed frame for my elderly uncle. We were able to play around with the various models and remote controls. Curtis was able to help us out quickly and answered all of my concerns and questions. We were able to get a nice bed frame delivered to the house that very day.And if they dont have it in stock at the store and you dont want to pay for delivery, you can order it at the store and pick it up at the warehouse in Natomas yourself.

We recently went in to the store in search for a new mattress. We ended up trying Mattress firm after ordering a mattress online and it was very poor quality. So we figured the best way to shop would be in store to actually try them out. Shane was the salesman that helped us. He was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the many mattresses. We ended up going with a Temperpedic and are very happy with it along with our adjustable base. We were even lucky enough to have everything delivered and set up later that day in the afternoon. Went to this store to purchase a mattress and I met a sales man by the name of Shane. This guy was horrible he harassed me the whole time forcing me to purchase a mattress from him. I told him I wanted to go home and take measurements and think about then he started to accuse me of lying and saying that I was wasting his time. Don’t go to this store especially if your dealing with Shane. I don’t know how this guy still works there and hasn’t got fired yet by corporate. He has numerous complaints by customers. No one should be forced to buy anything or even be accused of lying. Worst experience ever!!

I walked into the Mattress Firm Store and was immediately greeted by Shane. I had been reviewing mattresses but, was a bit on overload as to what to buy. Shane listened to my needs and then directed me to a few beds that fit my needs. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I never felt like I was (getting sold) a bed I did not want. I was so excited to find out I could afford (Shane asked me previously about my budget) a bed that allows me to lift the head and the legs. Just what I needed. He checked on every detail and answered every question I had. He even advised me about the warranty (on the adjustable mechanism) and said I could add it within a week if I wanted to. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm easy convenient parking, good location, friendly and helpful.

Went in to replace my mattress and was greeted by Armando Manns.Friendly, helpful, no pressure,informative sales person. I left with a new bed scheduled for delivery in 2 days....before Thanksgiving...yahoo!! Ps when I first arrived there were 2 customers including myself.During my stay another 3-4 parties came in. I never felt neglected even when Armando needed to help another customers. I was well taken care of throughout the sale.Additionally the had protected pillows to use when trying the bed and they sanitized before the next person tried the bed. If you have to go out during the pandemic then ask for Armando you will be in qualified helpful hands.

Unfortunately this is an edit of my original review. We originally ordered online which was a disaster so we went into the store to get things figured out. Janelle supposedly made things right with our order and adjusted the delivery address for the items we purchased.It wasnt until the day before our things were supposed to be delivered we discovered that she set the mattress and and bed frame to be delivered to one location and the box spring to be delivered to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT location. And by the time we learned this it was too late to change the shipping address to the same location. We were told the only way we could fix this is to have a third party company take over the delivery for an extra $150.I thought Janelle was helpful at first but ended up making things more of a nightmare for us. Their prices are good but they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Next time we want a mattress I will pay more somewhere else in hopes for a better experience. NOT WORTH IT.

Came in with the thought of buying a new mattress, we were greeting very kindly by Mr. David who walked us through the steps. Tried out few different ones and found the best suited one for us. Thank you for being patient and answering our questions.

Ordered September 26th.. money was withdrawn September 27th.. Delivery date was October 6th. Yet, no update at all and now almost one month later. Tried the online chat, to find out its only a robot system with no option to speak with a human. I then received an email stating somebody will contact me within 2 days(5 days ago now). So I called a local store and was advised that a message was sent to a Supervisor, and that he has never seen them NOT contact someone within 24 hours. Now 2 days later and no word from anybody... worst experience from any company thus far, and sad that I cant even speak to a human to at least receive an update on my order. Even if I wanted my money back, you make it impossible to do so. Mattress firm a scam? At this point Im not even sure what do anymore.

Went to this location on Saturday the 17 of October 2020 arround 245ish to look into getting a new mattress after visiting a competitor down the road. At first the sales person we were dealing with was very nice and friendly but the other guy there then stated yelling at my 5 y/o son for jumping on the bed. I understand he is not supposed to be doing that but he is 5 and the sales person started yelling at him b4 I even noticed. I turned my back for a minute talking to the other sales person. He could have been a lot more friendly about the situation and asked my son nicely to not jump on the beds. We ended up going back to the competitor of theirs just south of this location and purchased a teperpetic mattress with a top of the line adjustable base for a great price, they have a lot nicer of an environment over at this other mattress store.
