I was in the needed for quality bed sheets, and after looking at numerous ideas online, I decided to go to my local Bed, Bath, and Beyond.I asked for expert advice, and I received the best help possible by Jonathan! He explained the various pros in cons in great detail of each of their quality sheets.I am posting this review a week after purchasing, as I am very happy with my choice - which means I have been sleeping quite well!

All of the associates were very helpful. Everyone was in a good mood. The other shoppers were all involved with each other! I wish our BB&B was larger.

Always a bad customer service experience at this location. I rather shop online and do curbside. I hate shopping online but my strategy would be to window shop then purchase online. Customer service is so important.

I just love Bath Bed and Beyond. The store is very clean, and this includes the restrooms, which is important to me. I feel so comfortable in their clean environment, that I can relax while shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love this store.

They always have everything in stock, and some kind of sale going on. This is also the most friendly BBB Ive ever visited. Its run like a small business, which I love. The only problem is my own: I could spend hours and $$$ here if Im not careful.

Store is well laid out, but not stocked to the ceilings with stuff. My advice is to shop on their online website for what you need, order, pay, and show up later to pick it up and then browse the store at ease.

Always love this store and the products they have, but unfortunately with all this covid stuff there is always a staff member on edge or irritated when they have to enforce the mask policy. I pulled down my full face mask off my nose because it started to get hot inside in the area I was looking at. One of the employees (not sure if it was a manager or not) walked by and said Put your mask on!. I didnt bother even trying to advise her that her tone and attitude towards me was very rude and unnecessary and just walked out. Sorry, I understand this time can be hard on all us but how she addressed me was NOT OKAY! Ill take my business somewhere else.

Great service! I called Christmas Eve in search of a specific item....unlike Target, B B&B actually answered their phones and quickly as were they very also helpful. Went in, got the item and even with a long line, it moved very quickly and I was it if there in no time. Super impressed for a last minute shopper. Thanks BB&B.

Doesnt carry a selection of hair curlers. Not even one. Blower dryers and the likes you might find one or two.

They have tons of really nice things for the bathroom AND ALL of the rooms in your house. Its a very cool store 😎, that if you need anything for decor or functionality, this IS a place to check out.🎼🎸😎

What great store that you just got to stop and at everything. I ask an employee if they had any microwaves and she was very sweet and walked me over to where they were. I told her my god I was right there and of course I had my back to them. I was so happy and so content

Not sure how really to rate this visit.We walked the whole floor and couldnt easily find anyone that could help, so stood in a long line at cashier counter to request help.Once someone met is where we needed help, employee was super helpful and friendly.Im rating the store 3 stars, but 5 stars to the employee.

I love this store for household items. Its always nice to go whenever I have the 20% coupon because it helps alot at the checkout. Its not much but it helps. I love the bedding collections and as well as bathrooms. Last year, I bought a hello kitty blanket for my 4 year old niece and she loves it. The quality of the products from this store is good. And customer service is the best

I love this place! I go here often as I can. Most deals are definitely worth it. I havent tried the price matching for some of the more expensive appliances that I ended up purchasing elsewhere...so plan to try that next time. But I love the sales and coupon opportunities. I buy my Keurig pods here when they are on sale and use 2 coupons to top it off! Best deal for those expensive lil things! The staff are always terribly friendly and actually go around asking if anyone needs help! I wish all stores would model B,B&B!

Shaq and Patricia were awesome! So friendly and showed me that customer service is not dead as it is with so many other places these days! They hooked me up with a coupon program that saved me over 100$ I will be going back for sure.

This place is awesome it has everything and Beyond. Its more than just bad things and bath things it has kitchen things very very nice things for your home it has massagers and slippers for your feet and coffee cups your favorite robe very nice! Very clean! Wonderful location.

Love store

I found a hook that has a suction cup for the shower. I take care of an old lady who sits on a chair to shower. Unfortunately, she has to put the shower head down in order to wash. So I came up with this hook from BB&B that she can hang her shower head on it. It works!

One of mry favorite places to go for home furnishings. My friend actually came here for drapes and I tagged along. She bought 2 panels to try out. She ended up needing a different size they didnt have in the style and she was able to order it online.I myself bought some drapes but got those online because they actually didnt carry it in the store. Ive done purchases all kinds of ways with BBB and all have been great. If youre in the store and they dont have something, theyll order it for you and ship it free.

The service was okay and the quality of the merchandise was very high. I will return.

The store was a mess & as usual there were ladders & lifts that blocked the aisles. It was early in the morning & the store should have been better prepared. The check out customer service man was very nice

Well organised.it is easy find things you are looking for. There is so many cool things for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Price is a little higher though.

I went here to see if I could pick up a Breville hand mixer which they said that they had but it must have just been on their online site because when I got there they did not have the Breville hand mixer and she even look to see if they had them at any stores around and they did not. If you get a good coupon its a good place to go but they are pretty expensive to me. I just had to end up ordering it online
