We were quite happy with the flooring choices that Rob suggested for us and it was installed on time. At the same time we decided to red o a shower and that was done after the flooring was put in and that also went smoothly. We have had Design and Remodel do several jobs for us and are quite pleased with all of the work that has been done.

I came from out of town to visit the DR Design & Remodle showroom. When I first walked in I was warmly welcomed by several staff members. They were very attentive to my presence as I was walking around the show room, they assured me of help and surly delivered. DR Design & Remodle has they’re showroom set up very nice and organized, it was clean and easy to navigate through. The atmosphere is positive, you definitely feel that you’re in the hands of professionals as far as product knowledge and design. The products they offer is very nice, definitely high-quality, they have a lot of different styles to choose from. I was most interested in tile and stone finishes but notices some really nice looking faucets and other kitchen and bath building materials. We used Floor To Ceiling to have our kitchen counters and backsplash done. They helped to pick out the perfect colors and look I was trying to achieve. I loved the results and attention to detail. Then about a year later, we went back to have them put in our floors and baseboard for the entire downstairs. While it was a lot of work, they made it as accommodating as possible. They have wonderful and skilled people working for them for each process, and we could not be happier.

Nothing like driving all the way across town to find out their hours posted on Google are not correct. The business itself is fabulous, but nice way to anger your customers. I advise people to call before going.

They have a great show room with very attentive people to assist you. There is so much to choose from. They make it a very positive experience.

FTC installed hardwood floors throughout our Living room and hallway. Not only did they do a wonderful job, they helped us pick the perfect style for our home. The Paulsons and their staff treat their customers like family. We will be doing business with FTC in Elk Grove for years to come!
