We had an amazing experience with the service department. I believe his name was Chris (my wife spoke with him most) who worked with us the most. He was communicative, kind, patient, and really explained everything that was happening. I didn’t end up getting what I was looking for unfortunately. But I did get a newer car than my 06 charger. And much more reliable. It’s a 2017 Ford Escape. Fun little peppy suv, with a turbo that you can feel.I will definitely take Nates advice with my purchase, which was basically just to get my foot into the credit game and finally get it established. And once it’s paid off I will definitely go back to Elk Grove dodge for the truck I actually want. Hopefully I’ll be able to deal with him again. Gave me a lot of helpful advice and tips that I didn’t know. Nate definitely earned 5 stars, but I gave 4 due to the hiccup with the other sales rep since I left the dealer at first with nothing, and received a call from Nate half hour later telling me to come back and he could definitely get me into something. Man of his word apparently.

This is my second purchase from Elk Grove Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, SRT. Last time I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Sport in 2017. This time I was buying a work truck for my husband, and my salesperson or should I say Superman award salesperson Herbie took care of everything . I emailed the necessary info before arriving, we had talked the day before about inventory. He was so awesome at getting me my deal on the truck. I got a 2020 immaculate, fully loaded, Dodge Charger. They rocked it again. I will see you in 2-4 years for my next vehicle.

Sat at this dealership for 2 hours. Salesman was helpful. Really cool guy. But after visiting 4 dealers the same day seeing what different places would over for my trade, this place offered me over 10k lower than the previous lowest offer I received today. These guys are ripping people off left and right, but then pretend they aren’t making much money on these cars and can’t give you a better deal. Thompson’s dodge in placerville was my previous lowest offer which was 41.5k. This place offered less than 31.5k for my trade. Anything over 40k and I was happy. I’d have signed papers on the Ram I wanted. I’ll just buy a Ram from Thompson’s and feel relieved knowing I was scammed out of my trade in.Picture is kbb trade in value on my truck. And that’s not including 15k of tasteful modifications that everyone wants on these vehicles. I still can’t stop laughing about this situation. They must be offering discounts if you leave a 5 star review or something because from I saw there is not a chance.My salesman did say “we’re not like any other dealership” and I must say I agree 100%!

Simply Divine.I usually do not write reviews-good or bad, so this is a special case-I found this place from my mom who recently got a car here as well, with rave reviews of customer service.I am HUGE on customer service...and I was more than pleased!My adventure started with Coach Hall---He was communicative. compassionate.prompt.professional.understanding and best of all worked hard with the powers that be--banks and loan managers to work out a deal for me, so I did not have to settle...but I literally got everything I wanted AND needed.I am always nervous going into places that are male dominated, especially the car business...it is easy to get swindled or taken advantage of or dismissed....I did not experience this...I was treated fairly and I truly appreciate the time he took to explain everything and show me...HE DID NOT CUT CORNERS and I did not feel rushed, even though it was busy. He should teach a class on customer service.Each day can be different....But, I would just prepare to be there 3-5 hours..we were there 4 hours 36 mins...but it was worth it, and even if I did not get the car, the review would be done because I was treated with R-E-S-P-E-C-T and the loan manager (R, Frank) is a character and made the process feel happy.I do think it would be a good tip for them to work with a local/nearby business and for people waiting offer a doordash coupon or hourly coffee/smoothie run (1 free)...food always makes the waiting process better.We will return when we need another car. Just come with a good attitude, and come with all your documents--I brought everything and then some, made everything flow better for me. Very happy!

I think this was the best car buying experience I ever had. John Benton was amazing at his job and helping us in our buying process while helping another couple at the same time. The sales person I was working with had to go home due to personal reasons and John was on it to help us. We drove all the way from bay area to make this deal and were done with all the paperwork and financing in about two hours. Would definitely recommend John to anybody that is looking to buy a Ram.

My wife and I came into Elk Grove Dodge and Jeep just to look at new cars we spoke with Bart Johnson and he referred us to Shanna Fairbanks and she showed us the Grand Cherokee they are nice cars, we asked Shanna if the had anything with a third row seats. She show us the new Grand Cherokee L with the third row seating. We loved the car and ih had everything we wanted except a trailer hitch, Shanna said we could have one added. We ended up leaving with a new 2021 Grand Cherokee L. Shanna was great to work with no pressure at all.

This was my first time here! My husband and I were out browsing and not planning on buying yet. Soon as we got out the car, we were approached by Steven. We told him we were just looking, which he respected (normally we get the pushy salesman at dealerships asking you a million and one questions, basically running you away). All Steaven had to ask is if he could get any keys to any vehicle we wanted to take a closer look at. We declined for now, but then Steaven recommended a car that just came in. I couldn’t believe he knew what I would like without me telling him. The only description I gave him was that I have 6 kids and now that they are older, I want a car again that would make me not look like I don’t have 6 kids lol. The car he showed us was perfect! It was like love at first sight between my Dodge Charger and I. It was the only car that caught my eye, and even the only car my husband and I looked at while there. Steaven got the keys and came back out to our surprise, knew so many things about the car. He gave us a show by auto starting the car from outside the car, that was pretty neat. He described so many features that I felt I was not up to date with newer car models, I definitely needed to upgrade. I knew this car was perfect, but I was concerned about my payment. Steven assured me he would try hard to get my payments where I was comfortable. He did!!!! According to my family, I got a really good deal, which is what Steaven also told us. I am so happy that he was able to assist us on Sept 6, 2021. Something about him that stood out was his personality. Steven made my husband and I comfortable. Long story short Angel D. Help me get the car I was working for.Last week I showed up to only see. My Interest was a Dodge Charger and let me tell you this place has a great selection unfortunately the one I really wanted that I saw online was getting a new owner but Angel D. Saw me come in and immediately help me out. The car I wanted was getting sold but he took his time to show me the great Selection knowing I was just coming in to look and not really to buy ! He took me outside to take a look and showed me the one! Took it for a test drive and I loved the car and did some paper work most banks where closed at the time came in the next day and heard some what good news I didnt like the deal but came back on 2 days later and Angel again helped me out and was trying his best work with me and deal! Angel was very nice and knows what he is doing. Angel was not pushy at all like others that help my dad get his Dodge Ram at this same place. Also Angel was talking to me like if we where family super cool dude. Make sure you ask for Angel he made this possible for me. 2 days later that I brought my car home he called and made sure everything was running great.

My service advisor Brad was extremely helpful and courteous. He promised an accurate time when my car repair would be completed which allowed me to schedule my day accordingly. He also provided me with the proper paperwork to file with the DMV which I was not aware of. Excellent service all around.

I purchased a new ram 1500 at Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My experience was one of the worst that I have had. The dealer was extremely pushy/aggressive. The dealer forms where very confusing, which I believe is intentional. Worst of all they lie.When I first arrived Edward had Donnie show me the truck. My experience with him was fine. The first truck I looked at wouldn’t start which was disappointing, the second truck shook so bad I couldn’t see out of the mirrors and we settles on the third truck which didn’t shake as bad as the second one (all brand new trucks). As soon my wife and I sat down Edward came into the picture. He tried selling me on stuff that I did not want. It was unrelenting. He then had some manager come over to try and sell me on the same thing I said I didn’t want. It was excessive to say the least.I then asked for the “numbers” to be explained to me in an easy to understand way. I asked to to be shown from start to finish the cost of the truck, fees, sales tax etc. This is the 4th new vehicle I have purchased in 4 years. They made it so confusing that it was nearly impossible to understand. I finally pulled out my calculator and just did the math myself. I did this because I didn’t trust that they did not seam honest.We then went on to finance and actually had a pleasant experience with him.After finishing up with finance, Edwards brought me an iPad that had some acknowledgments saying that he showed me different features on the truck. I checked the few boxes then he quickly took the iPad away for a minute then handed it back and told me to sign. I signed it and handed it back to him. I then got an email saying “thank you for filling out the survey.” So I opened up the survey and it was completed by Edward. It specifically says at the top that it is to be completed by they buyer. I then looked at what he put in the survey. He gave himself excellent reviews. I confronted Edward on this two separate times and he said I will be getting a survey in my email and thats the one I fill out. After confronting him the second time he said he must have done it on accident. Then come to find out he put my email in wrong on “accident” so I won’t be getting the other survey anyway.This was by far the worst experience I have had at a dealer. They embody all the worst stereotypes of car sales. I would be genially worried if any elderly person came here looking for a vehicle. Let me be clear ZERO stars and I would NEVER recommend for any one to come here.Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram practices should be illegal. I am open to discuss this further.

We had purchased a new Dodge Charger on Monday (9/20/21). At the time of purchase the second key could not be located. They ordered a new key and we returned on Friday (9/24/21) to have it programmed. Upon arrival I was instructed to leave the vehicle at the check in location on the N/W side of the showroom and someone would be with us. We sat down and waited for oven one hour and no one came. I finally went to the repair check in station where I explained the issue. I was told that I needed to check in at the oil change station for the key reprogramming. I checked in and it took another hour for the reprogramming to be completed. Why wasn’t I told to check in at the correct location in the first place?

We headed down to Elk Grove for the volume of inventory they had - but what we found was an outstanding salesman. Milo Stubbington was both informational and personable. We couldnt have had better service and attention.

They were great until the service sales guy starts telling me that they cant fix my dodge because he cant get any parts at the dodge dealership. Made me wonder why they have a parts counter then. I know some parts you can only get at the dealership. I feel I was lied to right to my face like Im stupid.

Very poor customer service. During the deal I asked to purchase 3 accessories. When the deal was finalized the accessories were not in the deal and I had to pay for them out of pocket. I was promised a certain stereo but when the truck was delivered I got the cheaper stereo. The salesman and sales manager said it was my word against their word. After weeks of trying to get the correct stereo and never getting any response I finally dropped it. They are not an upstanding car dealer. I realize most are not but they struck out on all levels. Im just glad that Dodge as a whole built such a great truck. Thats the only silver lining. Stay away from Elk Grove Dodge and the Lasher group.

I was overall satisfied with my experience at the dealership. Nate C. was my salesman. He immediately welcomed me to the dealership and got to work on helping me secure the deal on my Charger. Ive bought a car and serviced it there twice now. Very nice guys. Be careful when youre in finance as they try to gloss over extra charges quickly sometimes but overall they did what finance guys do. The service guy Ive worked with has been very good and although it did take several days to get my car fixed, they eventually got it done right. I had to bring it back when the check engine light came back on but they gave me a discount because it was a similar issue.

Unprofessional not trustworthy don’t do it!! I went to Chevy and enjoyed my experience! They offered me $4,500 for a 2014 LT1 camaro with 58,000 miles on it I ended up selling it for $11,491.73. So you do the math. I felt extremely uncomfortable here.

Beautiful dealership nice staff. Came to this dealership because of the deals they offered online. We live about 90 minutes away from this location. When we got there we told them where we came from and we were there for 3 1/2 hours on the first day no one offered water no one offered food and or snack and when we mentioned that we were hungry and were thirsty they told us there was a vending machine in the service department. The vending machine required money for us to use for our own food and drink. There was a discount that we wanted that we qualify for but they kept telling us we don’t qualify for it even when we showed them proof. Needless to say they won we did not purchase the vehicle. On day two we called them back with more information once this information was put on the table they were more than willing to work with us drove back to the dealership again living 90 minutes away asking them to please complete as much paperwork as possible upon our arrival with the anticipation of just have to sign documents and drive off. That was not the case still waited another three hours before signing docs i’m driving the car off the lot beautiful car beautiful location friendly staff is inexperienced and unwilling to cooperate with certain things even when the customer is 100% in the right and did our own research and showed them .

I found the car I liked online and the whole purchase process was done remotely. I’ve never stepped into the dealership. Scott was the rep who helped me with the purchase. Horrible, I bought my 2016 Jeep there and bought the extended warranty. I take the jeep in for a recall, they tell me I have a horrible transmission problem. The warranty covered the Jeep for up to 100,000 miles, Im currently at 88,000. They proceed to tell me oh your warranty has expired as of the 7/31 I ask is there any way to extend the warranty as Im not even a month out. They place me hold to send me to customer service to see if there is anything that can be done, we get disconnected. I called back and they proceed to tell me there is no customer service that I can speak to extended as it can not be extended. I say well as you can see Im not even a month out and they say sorry nothing we can do at all. Just horrible customer service

Lack of good customer service in the service department. Very few employees show a willingness to assist. When picking up my car after getting it serviced today I was literally standing around with no one there to ask for help since I was not explaining over the phone where to go or what to do when I get there. A gentleman walked by didn’t ask me if I needed help, another when to the service desk, I was waiting for him to ask me if I needed help or if I was already being helped but no. I had to go over to him and ask him if he could help me because I wasn’t told what I was suppose to do when picking up my car. He got someone to kinda help me, the other gentleman told me to see the cashier, I explained no one was even at the cashier desk when I got there, apparently she was there now so I went over. She had the worst manners and customer service out of everyone I encountered today. She didn’t even look up at me to say hi, as soon as I approached her she asked my name and she just then said my total and said insert your card or pay with cash. I proceeded to process my payment, she still hadn’t even looked up at me and this point, she put papers on the counter and said she needed 2 signatures at the bottom, didn’t even explain what she wanted me to sign, again never even looked up at me. I wanted to get my car and leave so I read the forms and signed. She took the papers and said here’s your copies and that was it. Not even a thank you for your business, wow. I was just amazed by the lack of customer service in this women, as if she just hated that I was standing in front of her.

Customer service was terrible.I asked to speak to a manager and the guy said he is acting manager right nowHe grabbed the previous paper out of our hand we had previously and said he will not save that vehicle for anyone. We wanted a dodge 1500 regular cab at first then decided on paying additional money for a quad cab 4x4. I asked for a print out to take the finance to my personal credit union and I guess he didnt like this and became extremely rude.If this customer service doesnt change I would hope everyone would buy from another dodge dealer. I know that many people have complained about auto dealer maintenance experiences. I wanted to share that I had a very good experience at Elk Grove Lasher Dodge Chrysler Jeep with getting my Jeep repaired last week. They were very helpful and fair.

Elijah Coach Hall was very helpful. He made the process of purchasing my new car easy from start to finish. The overall service at the dealership itself made it easy for me to get all my questions answered and walk away feeling confident about my purchase.

Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever experienced from a car dealership. If you need anything from these guys make sure you ask before you sign the paperwork and walk out the door because once you do they will flat out ignore your calls/emails/messages.

I had an amazing experience at the Elk Grove Dodge dealership. Both Ed and Jesus were the absolute best people I could have possibly dealt with, and I would recomend them to anyone and everyone. They made me feel comfortable with the deal I got, and I dont think it could have gone any better.

I am giving two stars instead of the one they currently deserve only because we bought a used jeep last year from them and that experience was fine. However I just had my second terrible experience with their service department. Today they had the nerve to tell me I was not in their system and maybe I bought the car elsewhere? Got off the phone and called Folsom Jeep and guess what? They were awesome and we are going there from now on.....

My experience with Elk Grove Dodge was very good. With all of the current vehicle supply issues, I visited many dealerships and almost gave up on buying a new Truck as no one was giving decent deals. Late one night I called Elk Grove even through it was > 100 miles away. Donnie Anderson answered we got right to brass tacks about actual out the door costs, and to my surprise he committed to almost all of the advertised discounts in my case. I reiterated that it was a long drive and I did not want to get there and find out the price had changed, he promised it would not. I drove over the next day and I drove the 2 trucks Donnie had waiting for me, made a decision, and Donnie got everything done & paperwork signed in short order. Donnie did a great job, and I really appreciate that Elk Grove was still giving good deals when everyone else wanted over MSRP. Very Happy with the purchase, the Sales support with Donnie, and the overall experience!

Im not sure why an appointment needs to be made to do an oil change in their Express Lane. Isnt that the same as scheduling a service appointment? Luckily, Oil Stop isnt far away.

Visited this place just recently, sales people friendly, they have huge stock and inclined to work, one downside - due to current conditions, test drives are only by appointment. Will be back to try out Rebel.

I normally dont write reviews but i had to write this one ! Plus is probably my first negative one ! Tried to buy 2 cars from this dealership in one month, both times they being dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional! False advertising and not even honoring there own prices from there website. I do understand the car market situation nowadays but common really are you gonna go that low?? Spent my money elsewhere and Im happy ! Its not the 100K you lost, you lost a customer, respect and future referrals !

I have had two good service experiences with Elk Grove Dodge. I purchased my new vehicle there. They removed a small dent in a door that I did not notice when I purchased the vehicle. They also adjusted my front bumper and door for me. I asked for an appointment and I got one the very next day. I was very impressed with that. In both cases the work done was excellent. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

Customer service representatives are professional and reliable. They communicate with the customer consistently on all vehicle related issues and provide sound recommendations as well. Strictly business!My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of exceptional.

Service was completed as promised. Had oil change and tire rotation on 2020 jeep wrangler sport. 2 days later, Daughter drove car home to Los Angeles and tire pressure sensor showed sensor malfunction. Daughter has to take car in for service in LA to repair.

Jose Orozco was a huge help showing me the inventory and explaining in detail the capabilities of the trucks I was looking at( Ram 1500 big horn specifically). Best prices and deals anywhere around here. If youre in tracy or the bay, its worth the drive out for the better inventory and better deals!
