I really enjoy the service and great work the Quick Lube Center does for me. It works well with my busy schedule and they area professional and give me great service every time. I appreciate how they go over the results of my cars inspection every time as well.Plus I really appreciate that they dont try to sell me on some new warranty or coax me to buy products and services I dont feel I need and cant afford, like the dealership has the past few times I went there for an oil change.
So my car has been acting up since we came back from Vegas. Sometimes it starts, sometimes not. Mostly not. So, yesterday after my son gave me a jump, I headed to the Stockton Nissan (where I bought it before they closed and then opened again under new management). The young man sitting at the counter was chewing his gum so violently, I couldnt understand him at first. Then I just walked up and asked him if the dealership honors warranty work. He said why? I told him what was going on and that the car is only 2 years old. He looks at me and says its a battery issue and batteries only have a 1 year warranty. He then turns his head and starts talking to the person next to him and ignores me. So before I turned into a Karen, I decided to leave. Its a good thing I left my car running, because if it had not started, things would have gotten ugly. So I get home and call Elk Grove Nissan. I get a call back to bring it in this morning and they will run a diagnostic (for free because of my warranty) and they will squeeze me in. I get there after dropping off Elijah for school. The process was so refreshing!!! The check in was easy, I spoke to Marc (who is the Service Manager) and he told me that yes, the diagnostic is free and it will take about 2 hours to run the test. I take a seat in the lounge to wait. After an hour, Marc comes over and tells me that the test showed that everything was working fine, but the tech said the battery probably has a bad cell in it and they replaced the battery. I ask how much this will set me back, and he says, nothing, its under warranty and if I have any issues to please come back and they will take care of me. I havent had this good of service for so very long. If you are in the area and you need service and dont mind going to a dealership, I highly recommend going to Elk Grove Nissan. I will, except for my lifetime oil package since they are not a Lithia dealer. SHOUT OUT TO ELK GROVE NISSAN...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking for a new vehicle in mid 2021 has been tough finding the model and trim that we wanted. I finally found what we were looking for at a few local dealerships. Uriel at Nissan of Elk Grove offered an excellent pricing, service and convenience. The process was quick, simple and painless. I can honestly say I will be back again when the time comes.
I just sold my Nissan to Nissan of Elk Grove and Briana Jackson was fantastic. She accommodated my work schedule and came to my house to appraise the car and then picked it up so my work day wouldn’t be disrupted. She maintained communication through the whole process as well which gave me piece of mind while we waited for the DMV to do their part. Highly recommend going through Briana if you need to sell your car.
I came in without an appointment and the techs were fast and thorough, so much so that they noticed other things on top of what I brought my car in for, such as the battery on my key FOB was dying and my maintenence light was on, all things that I didnt tell them about when I brought the car in due to me being worried about the original issue. And they took care of everything for me. Marc the Service Manager was so nice and made sure I was taken care and didnt spend much time waiting for my car...I think I waited less than an hour for everything. I have brought my car here multiple times and everytime Nissan of Elk Grove is so good to me that anytime I need anything I make sure to make the 35 minute drive to them instead of going to the dealership much closer to my house.
I had decided to purchase a new pathfinder and had did research with local Nissan dealers and found Nissan Elk Grove offered a longer power train warranty with a purchase of a new vehicle. I finally saw a trim model with my premium package and went to Nissan Elk Grove. Uriel the salesman was helpful and allowed me to take a test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle and he and David in financing assisted with the sales. They also followed with my purchase.
We had a wonderful experience at Nissan of Elk Grove! Jack was our sales person and he was incredible! He didn’t come on strong, like stereotypical car salespeople do. He was polite right from the beginning and asked a couple of questions about what we were looking for. He showed us only what we were there to see, but took his time to walk us through the benefits of each one we looked at. He was honest and straight forward with us about the vehicles and what we could expect price-wise. he also wasnt pushy when we wanted to think about things, and gave us his contact info and sent us the specs on the cars we looked at. We came back a few days later to revisit some vehicles and again he was cordial and professional, showing us some other cars and always had the current info. We took some time that day to think about things, and when we decided we wanted a newer car with less miles, it we would trade off some of the luxury features, we came back and he showed us 2 other cars, one of which we bought from him! From start to finish he was awesome! At the end of our purchase process, we worked with David who offered us some add ins for our vehicle, and again he was very nice and not pushy at all. This whole experience was great! We would highly recommend Jack, David, and Nissan of Elk Grove to anyone!
This was hands down the most pleasant car buying experience weve had and will definitely recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to our family and friends. Our salesman Jo Jo was absolutely stellar and we are very very satisfied.
My review is based solely on the fact that I have called a total of 4 times from 9/10-9/23 and still no call back. I left my name and phone number to receive a call back from Jeremy who is the assistant manager of the service department, who I had spoken to about an issue on 8/17, with the girl that answered in the service department on 9/10 & 9/15. Never received a call back. Then on 9/21 I left a voicemail for the general manager of the service department Marc, no call back. Then on 9/23 I called and spoke to Warren who said he is the general manager of the dealership, I explained my whole situation to him and he said that he would look into it and call me back. It’s 10/11 and I still haven’t gotten a call back. My conversation on 8/17 was in regards to a refund. At this point I don’t even care about the refund, I care about the fact that I called because I never received it and no one ever called me back. If it wasn’t possible to do the refund in the first place please don’t say that it is. I wouldn’t have been mad but now I am upset because no one wants to call me back about it.

Treated like they were doing me a favor. Balked at using a 20% off manager coupon, then only allowed 3% discount. No one knew how to cash a cashiers check or personal check. Only one service guy that actually performs the work was professional in his conduct.
I just give this five star for Matt & for that lady who informed Matt to come and help me out there. However I was so disappointed when I knew everyone has left and closed the office without informing me and I was still waiting in the waiting area, even they didn’t return my car key. But fortunately Matt was there and he found my car key and he finally did what was he promised.
This was my first visit. I schedule a routine appointment online. The website was very easy to use. I was greeted when I arrived at my appointment, my service tech was very efficient and provided my with an estimate for my service. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Nissan Elk Grove really put thought in settings up the waiting area with customers in mind. When my service was over I was given a through explanation of what was done and services that I will need to plan for.
Jack and Christina who work at the desk are very awesome, great customer service, and friendly. All workers are knowledgeable of the work being done or needs to be done. The mechanics did and always do a great job with my car. I have been coming here for 6 years and I absolutely love the service and quality.

I am really disappointed I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle and upon drop off everything was fine. I dropped my car off at 7 am and didn’t receive it back until nearly 2 pm. Secondly we dropped off my second car at the time of pick up, we were told it was ok to pull up the car but no one came out to receive the vehicle and check us in. The girl at the desk was so rude and basically shooed us away without telling us what to expect.
Khanh Ho was great, he listened to exactly what I needed and wanted. Made the process quick and easy. Best part is he gave a great tutorial on all the new features on my new SUV while all the paperwork was being processed. I left happy and confident knowing what all the new features are, which is very helpful. This is my third vehicle I purchase and my favorite place to get all my Nissan’s serviced.
I went in to replace my car that was recently totalled and had the pleasure of working with Khan again. Khan knew I was coming to look at a specific car and had it ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. There was no pressure to look at other vehicles and the financing process was a breeze. While we waited for the paperwork to be processed, Khan showed me around making sure I knew where service and parts were located, got us drinks from the lounge area, and took the time to explain how to use the optional services and warranties I purchased. In financing I was assisted by David who again was fantastic. He explained the extra coverages like GAP that I could add and made sure I understood the payment amount I was agreeing to. The entire buying process was easy and fun. I have already recommended Elk Grove Nissan and these two gentleman to several friends and family members.

I did not need an appointment just as their emails to me stated. I was able to use their waiting for the work to be finished. The Sentra also had a recall notice and they took care of this.

We waited for an extraordinary long period of time. Just to have our vehicle inspection. It took hours, we saw people come and go. It wasn’t until I questioned why we were not being serviced that action was taken.

This was my first time going to Nissan of Elk Grove. I was more than impressed. I took my car in for a diagnostic check. I found that I had a couple of recalls on my car. And a problem with my wheel bearings. Nissan checked everything out as well as sending me a video of what they were doing. Nissan of Elk Grove continuously sent me notices of the progress on my car. The staff there was extremely professional and courteous. Fortunately my car was still under warranty. So my charge was nothing. I will absolutely take my car there again. And recommend to anyone I know.

Ken in the service department was great. I dropped off my car 12/15. 12/16 Ken followed up; My car needed a new transmission and I asked to get a trade in value and a purchase value. The sales department called me a few minutes later 10am~ 12/16 to tell me they would call me back before 5pm same day to make me an offer. No one called me back that day. At 8am~ 12/17 Ken called to ask what my plan was. I told him I never received an offer on my car so I didn’t know. He said he would rattle the sales managers cage. I called back at 3:30pm~ 12/17 to talk to the sales team they said they would put a “rush” on that for me. I never received a call back. I called back 12/21 at 11am~ to talk to sales again, after explaining the situation to Lucy she promptly called me back at 11:15am~ with the offer. I had to wait a whole

Just got a new truck and I gotta say this is probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. First off, I was assisted via online assistant and received a quote real fast. When I called I was assisted by Will Quenga now our internet salesman. He set everything for me so from the moment I arrived and left it was very time efficient. Also, most of the places tell you something over the phone and switch up on arrival but not with Will; he was very transparent, friendly, and attentive to anything my family and I needed. Lastly, everything was right on paper when signing; which makes for a flawless experience and not to mention they have an excellent finance department. Now I’m enjoying my new truck and couldn’t ask for anything more. 10 out of 10 would recommend this Nissan dealership.

This place made us wait almost 45 minutes AFTER the car was done! Maybe it was because it was the free complimentary oil change because we bought the car at that dealer......but We overheard them talk about how all cops are bad I had on a shirt that is in support of law enforcement and they made me feel like the reason they made me wait BECAUSE I had my thin blue line shirt on. Whatever their opinions are, whatever, to each is own but.... leave that at home! Not a very good visit. No matter what, waiting for 45 minutes after the service is done is unacceptable. Had I not gone to inquire about my car who knows how long I would have had to wait. Only giving one star because the gentleman who checked is in was awesome!!! Appreciate how Jeremy treated us when we got there. He was very professional and made the check in process quick and painless. Not the first issue at this dealership, will be the last. We definitely will NOT ever be going back to them. Not worth the frustration. I live almost an hour and a half away and only went back for the free oil change because of Jeremys professionalism the last time I was in.

I took my car in on Monday 2/15 for it’s first service with 3,700 miles. Upon picking up my car a few hours later I noticed the driver door had two scratches on it. Mind you it’s a brand new car so very noticeable when you see something like that on your own car. I’ve contacted my advisor Jeremy Ferguson about it. They came out and looked at my car and see the scratches/ white paint on a silver Sentra. They told me they would have to look at cameras and get back to me later that day. Well now it’s Thursday 2/18 and I still have not got any confirmation on what happened to my car. I am highly upset. This is the third car we have bought at this dealer in 3 years and they seem to not take this issue seriously or don’t believe me. If I don’t get a call today I may have to speak to a service manager.
Wanted to give a shout out to my sales team Bri & Vince. What personable people they are and made the deal seamless and so fun. We actually have each others cell phone and have been keeping in touch all ready since we purchased vehicles on Sunday. Both my sister and I bought cars and they made it a fun experience instead of a high speed sales pitch. Loved every minute!! Ken and the service staff were really good communicating with me when my car was in the shop. When some of the parts of my car were stuck in the middle of the winter storm they kept me up to date and made sure any questions I had were answered.
I’m impressed with the excellent customer service provided. Shalvin of service was awesome. He’s transparent and straightforward, w/c is much appreciated in this business. Our 2007 Sentra took its toll; it had multiple issues over the years of putting off minor repairs and untimely maintenance. But everything were specifically addressed and fixed. The car now drives, performs, and feels new. Another that impressed me too is the video update I received showing the engine and the bottom view of the vehicle. I never experienced this kind of top notch service from any other dealerships or auto repair shops.
The best car dealership. I just got an upgraded suv. I came in with my 2016 pathfinder, for which the Nissan dealership gave good price and helped me upgrade to a fully loaded 2018 pathfinder platinum. Khanh Ho is a very good sales rep with 15 years of experience and detailed knowledge of cars. He gave me the best discounts and accessories with the car. I am happy to own a nissan from Elk Grove. 😀👍🏼

Jet was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! My mechanic, Leo, installed a new in-cabin microfilter (for free!), did a 29-point inspection (for free), and filmed & shared an Emmy Award Winning video of what he found during the inspection. Leo found that the air filter was grossly clogged, so Jet installed a new air filter for me and had me on my way quickly. These guys were so professional. They made me feel welcome and part of the group. I appreciated how well they did their jobs and helped me get in and out in no time. They even washed my car. So impressed.

If you come to this location, ask for GERLIE FEVIDAL! She was absolutely phenomenal when helping PICKING OUT a sentra, FINANCING my sentra, LISTENING to my concerns about my sentra. EVERYTHING. She was top to bottom professional, attentive, empathic, & not just looking for a quick dollar out of me. Nissan of Sacramento on Auburn does NOT come close to the standard of service that Nissan of Elk Grove has provided.This was my 1st official time buying a car.
