Target on Laguna in Elk Grove offers a wide variety of items for your home and health. The store is huge, well stocked with merchandise, and staffed to provide excellent customer service. Target was not busy and I was able to peruse the store, select my items, and quickly check out. Target promotes a COVID safe environment, masks, and social distancing. Went to go return something I bought/never opened with receipt at another target was told I could not return it bc it was past 14 days and I should try the original target in Santa Rosa . Got to my car and checked receipt and website for return policy only found that it was returnable at any target within 90 days was yelled at by someone named Shauna at returns when asked for clarification. Actually another polite associate was helping me when she interrupted to yell at me over and over that her manager had already explained this to me. Went to target off calving received full refund no problem. Will never go to this again. It’s rough to be in customer service but you don’t make anyone’s day better by going at of your way to put customers who are just seeking clarification down.

Target always has just what I need and always has good customer service. The new layout to the Elk Grove location is difficult to understand and takes some getting used to. Target is a great store full of everything you need.

We have a mask mandate in Sacramento county which requires EVERYONE to wear a mask indoors. This store is not adhering to that requirement. Many employees are wearing their masks under their nose or on their chin. When I complained to the “manager” she claimed none of the Targets are adhering to the mandate. She then told me not to return to her store. Don’t worry, I won’t be back to your Covid infested store. But I will report you to the health department.

The experience was great because I am on crutches and to be able to drive up and pick up my package without having to get out of the car was awesome. Also my package was already outside waiting for me when I arrived so absolutely no wait time.

The Target location on Sunrise REALLY sets the standards for how Target’s customer service should be compared to this location. The cashiers don’t care. We stand in a line of three people waiting and an employee walks into the register right next to us, the cashier just stands there not saying anything. We give her some looks hoping she’d even offer just a simple greeting to let us know the shes ready to take us, instead we get nothing. She’s just standing there, doing nothing and looking around like a small child in a mall. We finally approach her because our line wasn’t moving (keep in mind she’s standing right next to us, she should tell us when she’s ready to take us) and she finally says “Yea, if you’re ready I can take you” meaning she just stood there the whole time for no reason? She wasn’t doing anything. Let alone it was obvious we’re waiting in line at a register with a few people ahead of us. That’s only common sense for her to know to take us. Firstly there’s no eye contact what so ever. I don’t take that too harsh though, many people aren’t comfortable with eye contact so that’s understandable. However, she is ringing us up and is just TOSSING our items like a ball on the little bagging counter area. She rubs all over her face and then touches our items as if we’re not in the middle of a pandemic. No eye contact once again, doesn’t even tell us our total nor to have a good day. I have to say the only decent customer service we had was when the security guard told us to have a nice day. The Target on Sunrise treats customers like they’re family. They have the mindset that the customer’s problem is their problem and low and behold, they are able to at least pretend they’re enjoying their job unlike this location. It’s disappointing seeing how employees at Target used to give their all now to see cashiers who don’t even care nor try to help OR exhibit problem solving skills like the Sunrise location. I really expected more from this location.

It’s a good store but they need to work on the customer service experience as well as I am tired of them being out of products with empty shelves in the tech area, how hard is it to keep the items in stock? It’s 2020 you should NEVER be out of stock ESPECIALLY when your website says it’s in stock .For Realz.

I had outstanding assistance from one of Targets associates today, and the timing was perfect. I was tired, ready to be home, the store was somewhat crowded, and the vacuum cleaner I wanted to buy had a security cord on it. The young man from the electronic department not only unlocked the security cord, he offered to ring it up in electronics so I could be on my way. His name was Eric. Actually another young man directed me to electronics to get the assistance I needed. My appreciation goes out to both of these young men, I left with a smile (under my mask), and that doesnt happen enough these days.

We shopped at Target store today. My husband used their restroom facility and my husband came out of there with the most atrocious soap scent I ever smelled. I called the store to bring it to their attention. Try to kill bacteria or virus NOT your customers. Since it is a public place a neutral smelling soap or non fragrance soap should be used. The soap made both my husband and I nauseous. Beware if you are scent and chemical sensitive.

The target employees here need to learn quality customer service. I placed an order curbside like I usually do every two days. I usually pick up at Calvine. They didnt have what I needed so I placed the order here. I was at Delta Shores when I got the alert to come pick up my order (a pack of beer only). 20 min later I arrive to the store. I sat there another twenty minutes watching a cluster of Target employees looking dazed and confused about which order went to which car. During my twenty minute wait I watch several cars that showed up after myself and a few others get there orders from this disorganized bunch. While we still waited for a pack of beer. Another five minutes had gone by and out of the 4-5 employees out in the parking lot none acknowledged us. Finally I asked one of the young ladies out there if I could get my order. She asked my last name, looked at her side cart, then proceeded to tell me my order is not out here yet and Id had to wait little longer to get it. I explained to her that I witnessed others that pulled up to the drive up after us and were handed their orders. She then had the audacity to tell me that I can go pick my order up at the counter because they are busy and there were cars here in front of us. I ordered curbside so I would have to pick up at the counter. I explain to her what I saw. A disorganized group of target workers who are standing around looking confused, and Unorganized service. Retraining is needed for this bunch. Yes its the holidays, and yes it gets busy, but there are ways to have an effective system to distribute customer orders on a first come first serve basis. The holidays happen every year. So, you should expect business to increase. The Target in South Sac has them beat.

Targets online shopping leave something to be desired. How difficult is it to put the bar code related to the purchase right at the top of the email!?

Very speedy checkout. They open registers if it gets too busy and even have an associate that rings up customers with 5 items or fewer (no contactless payment with that one). If youre the type that likes to run in, grab what you need, pay and leave within 5 minutes, this is the Target for you.

Lots of clothes on the ground like nobody cares. Most of the store is clean. I did find the items I was looking for but the pictures tell you a lot about this store. You need to keep things off the ground if you want yo sell them as new.

This location always have room to maneuver through their store without crowded isles or rude associates. This local Targèt is always on point with a pleasant shopping experience. Along with Pizza Hut Express and Starbucks that make for a convenient stop and go on consumables.

Excellent service in toys from an employee restocking sanitized toys. Excellent service at the 5 item fast checkout. Saved me time right when I needed it, and reduced my exposure to help protect my family. Thank you.

I found it be very unhelpful and disturbing that some thing so simple could not be resolved in a meaningful manner . This store manger has no skills in making any customer happy . I shop here often because it’s close to my house but I think I’ll drive the extra miles to have a better community oriented store

I love shopping at target. It is always clean, and the items are high quality. The only thing is, they stop labeling the aisles after the freezer aisles. You have to guess the dry food aisles. I make my list from the online site so I can find it in the store. The site tells me what aisle to go to, but you cant even see them.

Manager Bianca, what happened to the customer Is always right? As a customer, I have the same right as every American citizen. Nobody should feel like they being stalk while paying YOUR bills. You gave me bad attitude for raising my concern.

Super convenient, didnt need to pay for shipping, but was able to pick up my order after completing my regular shopping. This method also ensures that I actually get the item I want. Sometimes I go to the store after checking online to see what I want is in stock, only to discover the last one was sold while I was on my way there. This way I can reserve the item online and make sure its really there for me!

It was very seamless and efficient transaction, little waiting but other than that I was very pleasant with my trip.

Loved the service. I watch my infant nephew and don’t always wanna get out of the car and haul his stuff in the car. It’s lovely to be able to shop my favorite store and conveniently pick it up in my car. Love!

During the holiday season, there should be at least one employee making sure the checkout lines are moving smoothly. The lines were ridiculous and there were some registers in the front moving faster then the ones behind them and there were always customers in the way not very happy when you ask them to move so you can get to the front registers.

Target advertised their school supplies in this weeks ad, including $0.50 composition notebooks. Ive been in 3 times this week and today someone went in the back and found me a box of 48. Thats all that could be found. They havent been put out yet at all. The teacher coupon for this week is only good for a one time use for 15% off. Its kind of hard to use when most of the supplies arent out, yet. It seems like Target wasnt ready for this. This is the worst job Ive ever seen with school supplies being put out. I was trying to buy 75 composition books for my school and still have to make now another trip. Its quite disappointing.

I was looking for teen mvi gummies for my daughter.Target has a competitive price with free pick up so I jumped on it and ordered the last 2 on shelf. A confirmation email was sent within 1 day. I picked up the order at the store with a fast courteous service (within 5 mins). Super!

Absolutely trash selection of clothing. The lady on the phone told me they had big and tall but when I got there there was no such section and what little mens clothes they did have seemed to be exclusively for people under 200 pounds. I guess people above that weight just dont need clothes?

Its a Target in a relatively affluent suburb. It does contain more showcases than other Targets which makes for a better experience as youre able to see and feel the product before purchasing it.

I love Target, but this store is always filthy (especially the bathrooms) and I’ve been trying to call customer service for over an hour with no luck. Janitors and better customer service would help this location.

I think this store adds extra charges here and there. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store. They overcharged me by more then 10 bucks, and the way it looks on the receipt makes it hard for me to try and dispute the cost of some of those items since I left the store before realizing what I paid.

The staff is just delightful at this target. Guys and gals on the floor are super helpful. Seem like they are into their jobs. Doing it in a way that’s helpful.

I came in to buy a 50$ Verizon gift card because I was misled by the guy in the black shirt who said I needed it to get service on my phone, turned out when I went to Verizon they said I didnt need it so I came back to the elk Grove location and no one would return the darn thing. This Target location has very good size parking lot even though the store is a little crowded. Merchandise selection is average for a target, the store is acceptable as far as cleanliness and organization. Overall, this store could improve in appearance to make it feel like a clean and up to date store.

Target is one of my favorite stores and luckily it can be found everywhere.This target store is located in a strip mall near Chevys.Customer Service - Employees are friendly and they have good return/exchange program.Pictures: You can print out pictures at the Kiosk.Clothing: I love purchasing my kids clothes from this location.Household items: Lots of selections on household items. They also have a electronic section.Pharmacy : They have a small section for pharmacy.Everything is under one roof including the Starbucks.

Targets newer way of setting up their clothing department doesnt really make sense. You want to look for a top? You have look thru 3 different sections. I usually dont have that much time to shop so I end up giving up. Its confusing!
