Stopped on a bike ride to get a cold blended coffee on a HOT day. Took FOREVER to get my order! There was only one ahead of me & it took over 15 min to receive my order. Place was small, cool & clean; but the service was lacking. Ill think twice before I stop there again.

First time visiting this chain and location. Staff was extremely attentive and seemed like they wanted to engage in conversation. Lots of seating options and there was the usual coffee shop crowd that you would expect. Not to busy and I didnt see too many pastries, but ill chock it up it being around 530 when I came in. I ordered an iced mocha which was pretty sweet but not overpowering. Will likely visit this place again as opposed to the Starbucks across the street.

Stopped in while waiting for a client to open. Good coffee and fair price. The atmosphere is great. They bring the coffee out to each customer. The regulars are very friendly and you can tell they actually talk to each other on a regular basis. Much different atmosphere then the average coporate competitior in my experience.

Sooo good. They use ice chips with their ice coffee. More coffee shops should incorporate this more often.

So bummed rn this is my favorite coffee shop and I would go everytime I was in elk Grove and now they are gone... 🙁 2020 sucks.

We went inside to have a nice cold coffee,We asked to use the restroom,They said no it’s a closed with a bad attitude,The girls was aggressive and rude.They asked us to go to the next door store cold stone.I told the girl we are your customer how come you want us to go to the next door store to use the restroom how come will allow us while you are not.She made the drink and she put it on the counter and said here is your coffee in aggressive way.Bad service

Got a hot Matcha Latte with almond milk and it was perfect! Not too sweet and the matcha flavor really came through! The store was very clean, the service was fast and they really made sure to follow COVID-19 regulations when it came to distance, and wearing masks.

Typical coffee shop as far as atmosphere and types of drinks. Small menu, which I appreciate, and each item can be hot, iced, or frozen (sure, Starbucks sort of does that too, but I always feel judged. This is a lot more intentional and I feel like Im in charge of my own drink). Nice baristas. Good place to study or get work done.

Omg the best iced white chocolate mocha. Its A Grind is my favorite coffee. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Very clean.

Pretty darned good drip coffee. Decent selection of pastries and bagels, but no breakfast items not of the pastry/muffin bagel variety. My wife likes the espresso drinks. Lots of soft seating and not nearly as crowded as Starbucks.

Good coffee and good service in a relaxing atmosphere. And afterwards I can cross the parking lot for a quick stop at Bel Air for any groceries that I need.

Great place to talk with a friend, read that novel or just sit back and contemplate life. A mellow atmosphere with good service and friendly servers. Treat yourself and check it out! Rg

What a pleasant surprise. Great menu with a lot of unique coffee drinks. Almost next door to the coffee giant Starbucks, but surprisingly it had more customers and in my opinion better in every aspect. Especially the selection and taste.

A very nice spot. The atmosphere is dark and cozy, decorated with paintings of singer/musicians (Elvis and John Coltrain). They have free wifi and good service. Their hours are good too; they are open late.

Clean and uniquely decorated space with enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes great coffee. Wonderful choices for things to eat with amazing music playing. Definitely a great place to chill out at.

Perfectly nice place to meet someone for a coffee, tea, or similar beverage. If you are not familiar with this chain, however, please know the basic coffee choices are all set out in a variety of air pots for you choose from in filling your cup. It is definitely a unique approach that some prefer. On my last visit, I had a large iced tea that was served promptly and with just the right amount of ice in a 32oz. cup.

Its been a while since Ive stopped in and its was the worse experience yet. No one in line and no one waiting on a coffee order but yet I sat there watching four employees involved in a conversation about one of the employees personal life. It took much longer to have my coffee order made and once I got my order one of my drinks was done wrong not to mention the bagel I ordered was cold by the time I received my coffee order. Until the owner makes some changes I would not recommend this location.

Really nice chairs to sit in and relax. I really like the people who work here - always very nice. I do come here often because of that. But the music is pretty loud so it gets distracting for studying. Also, the food options/pastry options are pretty limited. Huge container for food always has maybe 2 plates inside.

Back again. This is my regular coffee haunt anywhere in Elk Grove. Help always friendly, coffee always hot with many choices. Quiche is delicious and cool jazz in the background.

Here the IaG is in Elk Grove. The one in Galt (much closer for me) kicked me out for using their outside seating after 7:30 pm, so I dont go there anymore.Getting Addicted to IaG smoothies so I go to EG for my dose. Mango with whipped cream esp. Here yiu can get hours old pastries for a buck in the late afternoon.. Bagels, danish, muffins. I Only get the muffins when I can (they go quickly).I like to do it outside and this IaG has outside seating thats very hard and not very comfortable. Shading is not great in the summer afternoon. So for me its the smoothies that attract.

You can clearly see the Starbucks across the street while at this location which I find mildly interesting.I like the location because its usually not crowded and doesn’t have the manicured “corporate” feel that SB has.

Inconsistent in their drinks, I was told it depends on who I order from because SOME staff make it the “traditional way,” and some make it the “Starbucks way.” What a crock! Once, I asked the girl at the counter if she takes applepay? She said, “I think so, let’s try!” And proceeded to try and SWIPE by PHONE down the credit card reader! Hahahaha! I told her that’s not how you would do it, and reached for my phone, but she just kept trying to slide it up and down the POS! Oh my goodness... Needless to say, I just went to Starbucks. Been going there ever since and getting much better service!

Never was much of a coffee drinker until I starting coming here and now Im hooked. Service is always excellent. Never have to wait in long lines like the competition.

Nice place but lousy service. Not real baristas, who know what customers want. Three times I returned the coffee I clearly ordered and paid for. First was cold, then no cream, then cold again. I mean, how difficult it is to prepare a hot, double expresso with cream? Im writing this review from Starbucks, where they gave me the coffee that I wanted immediately.
