Eli came to replace both springs and he was just fantastic! He is the man for the job!

Its not every day that you take your child to the shop with you.....Well I did and never will again. My son was skate boarding and slammed into the door getting his board jammed between the panel and frame, at the same time my employee comes back and is opening our door- TADA look at the damage there!Well like the other folks on here I called around and no one serviced shop doors or they wanted a crazy high amount for their service call.Well I ended my last call on a good note. I call these guys and the gal that answered the phone was an absolute sweet heart and was knowledgeable about my current situation. I understand that I could not get pricing over the phone and hey thats ok because no matter what I have to get it fixed.It was around 3:30pm when I called and they were able to schedule me for a 4 -6pm window. Talk about a great response time, I was overwhelmed with joy to have someone coming out so soon. My employee was trying to fix it and caused more damage then good... HAHAH I guess this is why we call professionals.Well the girl confirmed the time and job description to me and informed me that my tech was Were sending in the David I got a crack out of this and ending the call laughing so hard I think I tinkled myself.Well Were sending in the David called me at 3:50 to inform me he is en-route to my location... WOW I am totally impressed even more with the customer service this place has.David got there and gave me my options, Lets just say I saved myself more money by actually replacing my door then just the panel.We were able to get my door to shut for the time being and I got my pretty new door 2 days later.I will definitely refer them to my business associates, friends and family.They have a business client for life with me.Way to go Elk Grove Garage Door Co.Sincerely,Your Ray of Sunshine

Great customer service! Eli the technician was FANTASTIC! Patient, explained all my options and educated me in care of my door parts to extend life of the opener.

I have to say I was left smiling. I must have called 5 companies and they all answered with hey whats up, hello ( not stating company), or sounding like they just woke up. ??? I called Elk Grove garage door and a nice friendly girl answered with excitiment and willingness to answer my questions, sounding like a more professional setting which lowered my stress level already. ok to the problem i was having. My commercial roll up door was not coming down, and i wanted to come home to my family, the 5 companies I called previously, either said they dont do commericial, Wait what?? you are a door company! Others wanted to charge me $400.00 jsut to come out because it was 5:30pm, Again its still daylight, Finally when Elk grove come out, they were professional, curtious and i was more then happy to pay their reasonable service fee.. Their response time from when I called, to when they showed up was aprox 38 mins, not bad in my book.. Found that i had a bad wall button, They replaced it and I was going home. And my wife was happy. Thank all of you so much. I will make sure you guys are he ones people call..
