I have been using EG Overhead door for about 10 years. I first used them for my gates, when I managed residential properties. I now manage commercial properties and I call them for everything from gate issues to roll up doors. John is great! I highly recommend them to anyone that has any type of door/gate issues.

Sadly a upgrade from a $500 door to $1400 door and it does not seat flush. The technicians state that the building maybe twisted when the older door had no openings, seated very flush. They recommended to put Band Aids (Trims to cover the openings) which they never turned back to take care off. My Inv # 3522, door installed 04/08/15. Techs - Brandon and Nate. Called multiple times and all I hear is that the trims are on order. I would be scheduled as soon as the parts arrive. It is April 2019 today and I have not heard it from them yet.Secondly the owner measured the new low head tracks stating that the old tracks would not be suitable for the new Insulated door. After they installed the new tracks, some of my cabinets wont open now - Ha, what a job? If Mr. Jones wants to come and check again, it is still the way i have described in this review.Oh yeah not to forget, once the bill is paid in full. the front desk/receptionist forgets what customer service is! She thinks she can be as mean as she can.

This is my go to business when I have issues with my garage door. Brandon came out quickly to take care of my garage issues. Thank goodness because of the storm we were having. He was professional, thorough and answered my questions attentively. The company is professional, responsive and great customer service.

This was all totally my fault. So, four years ago I had a new custom-size insulated garage door and opener installed at my house in South Sac. When the installer left, I made adjustments to the door cause it didn’t work right.Well today, I finally called and spoke to Dawn, before they were open, on her commute in. I spoke to Dawnbagsin and she scheduled an appointment for a service call later in the afternoon. She called me again as they had an opening in their schedule.Later, around 9 a.m. instaler/maintenance man Brandon arrived and began to adjust the door. After an hour or two he called his boss John and John came to my house to analyze and trouble shoot the problem. He determined that it all had to be reinstalled. Brandon and John left but Brandon came back a few hours later to totally reinstall my 4 year old door. They didn’t have to and, it’s never a guarantee, but the honored there warranty. They had every right to charge me for the service call but didn’t!Brandon did an excellent job and the door works like new! I appreciate their customer service, I am a happy customer.If you ever have work of any type performed by any type of contractor, make sure you communicate that right away because you won’t always be as lucky as I was today!

EG Overhead Door does not pay their subcontracors. I do not recommend then as you may end up with a lien on your property!
