They get a one star because they blocked my neighbors driveway. Very inconsiderate. I would love to see a company about thought of somebody other than themselves

We have now used Moules Elk Grove Glass twice. The first time was to fix a window. They were great. We just had them install a shower door. They were great again. On time. Excellent price. Great customer service. I definitely recommend Moules!

Went in to see if they can help me with my broken shower door in my fifth wheel. They measured and took my contact info. Waiting to hear if they can find the piece. Not as quaint as their shop on Elk Grove Blvd. But still professional.

They are great!!!! They replaced our dual pane sliding glass door. We got a new screen door. They are extremely helpful, courteous and timely. While they were here they looked at a couple of other windows to see what was wrong with them. Also, going to replace a few other screens. Thanks for your help. Best glass company!!!

Hired them a while ago to completely remodel all of our windows, plus two sliders and they recommended a stucco company to come in and do the retrofitting and new siding. They came to do the estimate/measure the windows and order them. Then they dropped off the planet. I called a few times to check on the status and was put off. After several more weeks I called and they said the windows had been ready but no one called to set up the installation. When they finally came it was the dead of summer and we had no windows and a toddler who needed the AC. They installed the windows without enough insulation and they leaked in the winter. When I called to complain about the leak, the girl at the front desk tried to blow me off. They finally came out to repair everything but it was mess and the stucco company was the worst.and the icing on the cake was the workers would use the bathroom and not flush. I would avoid them and their stucco company, Strack.

Would not use anyone else for my Glass and Screen service they have been excellent prices are good and their local and Elk Grove sew shop there

Quoted $270 for glass and install. Turns out glass ALONE was going to cost $400. Glad we went in to look at options as we would have ended up paying way more than we were quoted. Unfortunately the people who helped us really didnt have a good (or any) reason for the major price discrepancy.
