VERY long lines. NO express lanes open. Maybe three checkout lanes open with lines all the way down the aisles at 4 PM in the afternoon on a weekday. Really? Cant imagine what a weekend would be like and I dont want to chance it. Used to be so much better. Get it together Safeway.

Very clean store and a nice employees, but you pay for it in high prices. Also, they do not have a very good selection, even on some basic items.

This is just a regular grocery store but its prices are pretty high

I recently made an online order and I choose “if out of stock” I’ll take the shoppers preference. I really feel like the employees here are just lazy and don’t care about customers. This is making me think the entire store doesn’t have water bottles or hamburger buns at all and this ice cream pint looks horrible.

Bakery dept was sadly lacking in pastries as well as other fresh baked goods. Hardly any selection. Safeways meat dept and butchers remain the best in the area. Quality, service, and price..its the reason I go to Safeway and this trip was no exception.

They usually have what Im looking for during my weekly shopping. Their biggest issue is having a sufficient number of checkout lanes.

This place was so clean and the workers were very nice and helpful when I was looking for 2 items that I could not find

The self check registers are always at 50% working and there was only one regular register open with a line. The line was down the lane since no options than to wait for a couple items that didnt ring up correctly, but didnt want to hold up the line any longer.

IDK who made my Tres leches cake, but whoever you are … that was one of the best cakes I’ve ever ate 😱😱😱 fire 🔥 I only have videos so I can post a pic.

BEST SAFEWAY EMPLOYEES . the kindness and how willing they are to help somebody, I will never forget . They made me believe that there is still good people in the world .

I feel sorry for the employees. There are never enough. Several employees deserve to work for a better managed store and to be appreciated

Bought a couple of tomahawk steaks! I called them yesterday and asked did they have tomahawk Steaks and the butcher told me to call tmr morning and here they are👍 🌄😃

Great bakery department

Deli discontinued olive tapenade as a sandwich condiment and I did not find the container usually kept by the cold olive bar. The employees did not care and wouldnt even check in back. I found a manager who knew where a jar was kept by the olive jars on a regular shelf. He went out of his way for me and was my hero who saved my sandwiches. I appreciate his concern and extra effort. Please bring back the chicken cordon blue sandwich. It is my new favorite after the chicken mozzarella artichoke heart. The whole ham special price was incredible; I paid $11 for a huge ham originally priced at $32 and the sale on sodas was excellent. Their sushi bar is always fantastic.

I know shop at Safeway but I do use the Western Union to pay my car bill payments and just send money I really like that they have that service

Great store, cleanliness also the employees have great personality and customer service.

As a shopper I find empty shelves frequently, front end has great service.

These 5 star reviews are bought and paid for, dont be fooled. Worst market I have EVER been in. Strawberries, rotten. Hot dogs, green. Watermelon, rotten. Go anywhere but here. This store does not give one F.

The store is clean neat and well organized. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my shopping there.

As any normal days, shoppers were concious and aware about the 6-feet distance in between people, around shoppers vs. employees... Somehow giving me a feeling of lacking for a smile on everyones face! I went there for some fresh-picked corns. A dollar for 4.They were sweet!

Good product selection but the dirtiest Safeway I’ve been in. Carts were scattered throughout the parking lot, homeless people sleeping outside, trashes beyond full, bathrooms filthy.

The people who work there make it a pleasure to shop there

I don’t know why they have a telephone, bakery and deli never answer the phone. And when you go in the store nobody is at the bakery counter. Really need to hire more people and have a corporate call center to order cakes

Came in and made a 7 sandwich order shout out too SIERRA the best person Ive had at this location!! She was super sweet and patient got all the orders correct couldnt be happier it was busy and she was the only person there! SHE STILL SMADHED IT OUT! I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF HER AND HOPEFULLY SHE WILL BE WORKING!

The store is clean and well stocked. The staff members are very helpful. The parking is decent. I was most impressed by the variety of meat available. There were plenty of deals throughout the store. I will definitely come back again.

Sent my son for cilantro. He doesnt realize they come in bunches. The cashier charges him for three cilantro bunches when he took three strands. Cashiers need to be trained on how to do their job. What happened to doing business honestly. He should have been told that coolant comes in bunches and certainly not charged for three!

I have had absolutely the worse experience with home food delivery and customer service from this store. Food was supposed to be delivered to my disabled neighbor between 8 and noon today. It is now 7:30 pm (no delivery yet)and I have been trying to resolve this for him since 11:30 am. They NEVER answer their phones so I had to call my local Safeway to try and contact them. Guess what...... they were not able to get someone to answer either. I have been working with the food delivery customer service company and have literally spoken to them 6 times today. Each time they advise me the safeway manager will contact me.....and still nothing. I just dont know what to do other than show up which is a 20 minute drive for me. Just disgusted that I cant get a simple phone call to explain to me that they are looking into it.

My local store, come often. This Safeway has notoriously busy. Unless you can hit it early am or after 7pn, anticipate a wait for cashier. I think I would fall over dead if ever saw more than 3 manned register lanes open at same time. Think I saw 3 open twice. Week before Thanksgiving and 2020 Superbowl. People were celebrating in the parking lot, such a site is so rare

Clean and very efficient grocery shopping.

Store was great. Their was an old man who was yelling at everyone in line to wait in the isles and get away from him. It was pretty unpleasant having him yelling at everyone but the staff handled it well by getting him rung up very quickly and politely so he could leave the store. Made me realize just how tense this whole quarantine has truly made everybody and I hope hes doing better.

Busy but not overwhelming considering social distancing Safeway l is keeping pace all check stands open shelves our being stocked to make sure of supply and demand I was amazed I got my black eye peas on New years Eve I usually miss out because all sale out thanks Safeway! Blessed New Year all.

Stopped by after getting off work to get dinner. I saw that the deli was still open so I decided to purchase an 8 piece chicken meal. As I walked up to the deli. A very rude man in the deli just walks off after just helping a person in front of me. I stood in front of the counter for several minutes and he continued to ignore me. I asked if they were still open and he rudely replied what do you need!

The african american lady at the hot food counter is rude kept saying she couldnt hear me. Didnt even take time to get someone else I walked off. Bakery employees are very nice. The african american lady young girl needs to take notes

I go to about 4 Safeway stores each day for work, personal life. This one is one that is close to my friends house and extremely easy to hit. Im starting to find things as I get familiar with the store. Service is friendly for the most part and its in a great location for homes, schools and other businesses near by.

It is very clean and they are sanitizing shopping carts along with constantly taking extra precautions from Covid-19 for their costumers. Excellent service,fantastic Pharmacy there also with delightful Pharmacists to help answer any questions you may have about your prescription medications. Wheelchair Accessible too with great parking spots. This is the best Safeway I have been in!

Safe way was nice picked up some things that I needed which they had in stock like Lysol spray cant seem to find it anywhere but they had it!
