I like shopping at Bel-Air because its always clean and the cooked food is fresh from that day. I can find everything I need and the best of all its always a clean store. I know I said clean twice, but a super market has to always be clean. After all this is my food. There is a rap song today that says... whatever you do, Win, Win, Win. I say wherever you shop for food, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN 🙂

This review is specifically for the bakery department visit day on Sunday, August 1 at around 1145AM.Wanted to provide a review of my experience this morning. I ordered 2 smash cakes Elsa (with Frozen & Super Mario characters) and i picked it up this morning. The super mario was ok, even though it was a bit lopsided, it was acceptable. The Elsa one is totally lopsided, in which I brought it to the employees attention. Her and another employees responses were quite condescending, which were bothersome, they insisted the cake looked ok eventhough in comparison with the supermario, you can totally see the big difference! Then they both proceeded to insist that i shouldve been charged extra $10 because they used the character pic and the side strip. I guess the employees think because i was undercharged, i should take the smashcake ASIS? Ive never had any issues with your bakery prior to this day. I wish i couldve taken a pic of the smash cake to include on this review so others can comment on it. I believe the customer is not always right BUT, if you can see the evidence with your own eyes, you can at least make it right, and not insists that the cake is good eventhough it is NOT. I decided to get a refund for the Elsa smash cake. This is unfortunate because my granddaughter is celebrating her birthday today. I hope your bakery employees can do a better quality check and control.

We went to the Chinese food place inside Bel Air. HUGE MISTAKE. It used to be good but now the food is terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE. FOOD IS DISGUSTING.

Hey all! Sooo what you all know about the good fat protein bars??... well I Love them!! And yes you guessed it Bellaire has them, so since I happened to be in that area I dropped in to get them and a few other things as well. So there are a couple of different flavors. I like the chocolate chip ones and they were on sale oh yeah! Uh huh...😊 Usually $1.99 but got them for $1.25...(disclaimer. You know how I like a good sale! LOL) Also they had veggie cheese on sale Daiya cheddar and mozzarella 2 for $7.00 so good trip ohhhhh and if you like Nada moo ice cream that is there too its a little pricey but its just for me so well worth it vanilla bean is my favorite 🙂 okay well Im going to end this review for now I hope you are all staying safe. My favorite store. Some find it overpriced but that just depends on what you buy. Shop their sales and $5 Monday! I don’t get everything there but their produce and meat quality can’t be beat! If something is bad you can always return it!Clean and well laid out!

Happy to see people wearing masks but be careful when choosing a sanitized cart- people are putting used carts into place with sanitized carts; it was better when they had all sanitized carts inside. Be safe. Social distance and wear your masks😀

Covid warning - one door in and out, causes congestion in entry and exit, contrary to social distancing.Having both doors open doesnt compromise the pick up for those at risk as theres plenty of space to the side for pick up and the option of bringing items to their vehicle if a designated spot is created.This post will be removed after covid is gone or this issue is remedied.

I love this store. Clean, great deli an wine sections. Customer service an overall vibe of this store is excellent. I dont mind paying for service like having my groceries bagged. I hate having to sort an bag to save a few pennies. Not worth the stress!

Good prices and friendly service. Managers are constantly changing at this location resulting in employees sometimes working in a chaotic fashion. Also most newer employees will not know where certain items are so be sure to ask the older employees as theyd probably have a better idea. This location likely has what youre looking for and is the best grocery store for finding any cheap to medium-quality ingredients and meals. Be sure to check out the bakery.

Good store, just wish they had more paper products & Disinfectant products available. Family & friends seem to find them at other stores in area. Everytime I go, empty or slim pickings.

The best in town

Was in bel air on corner of laguna and Franklin in elk grove. Noticed several customers wandering in the store without masks. Went and asked manager at store and called store manager later and was informed that there is nothing the store can do about that. If customers choose not to wear a mask that is life. I guess that the statewide and sacramento County order does not apply to this chain of stores. Will no longer shop here since they will not enforce the mask order. Now shopping at nugget and suggest others do so since this chain does require that masks be worn to enter their stores.

The butcher service here is excellent! Mike honored all of my requests! I needed my chuck roast to be ground... No problem! I wanted my whole fryers pieced in front of me, no problem! And I wanted the breast pieces from my broken down fryers, ground ... again, he had no problems! And did everything with a smile ! Thanks Mike, for the Excellence Customer Service !

Selection and usually quick check out

One of my favorite grocery stores to visit. A Peets Coffee outlet inside, Sushi and Asian food counter, am always heading to the cooked and prepared cold foods counter next to the Sandwich deli counter looking for their Brussels sprouts or cooked salmon for $8 a big slice, or for example last Monday they had Meatloaf for $5 a good sized loaf, 18 oz. bought two of them. reasonably tasty. not as good as Moms but hey its still a $5 Meatloaf;)beer selection is excellent, even exceptional. and now and then they have buy three six packs get the fourth one for 1 cent, which is nice when youre an IPA coinsure like me.

Been shopping at Bel Air for ages. I live nearby. My kids and I are always trying new recipes or different ways to cook healthier so Im constantly shopping there. The store is organized and clean and prices have been pretty reasonable.

Was in a rush But since aisle is organized made it easier for me to grab what I need. The garlic bread was so delicious.

I shop mostly produce, bakery, and deli. Better quality. Also, there is a post office. Good service. Prices a bit high.

I know the world is upside down right now and the stores have there hands full but somethings are very frustrating. I placed an order for pickup on March 17th. I was told it would be ready on March 22nd. I got a call this morning, (March 22nd) and was told, the only thing available from my order was hot dog buns. Im over 60 yrs. of age, with underlying medical conditions. Im trying my best NOT TO BE OUTSIDE. I have grown children who would have gone to the store for me, but I felt this was a better and safer way for me. I dont want to put my children in harms way either. Thanks to all the stores that are open and to all the workers who are working! You are truly the backbone in these trying times, but therehas got to be a better way to communicate with the customer when things like this happens.

Great local grocery store. They still bag your groceries and help to your car if needed. The perimeter and basic items are priced well and they have great specials on the other items. Love the produce.

Close, good deli, nice produce section, pretty good bulk foods + grind your own peanut butter with zero additives! Just sad all the Raleys/Bel Airs ditched their whole bean coffee grinders

This store is good for a quick trip. It seems to be well stocked with items. Even though its a smaller store, it doesnt feel crowded. Items are a little more pricey, but they have good sales.

This is my store of choice. Has everything I normally need, wide selection of meat and produce, and great sandwiches. The downside is a couple of the register clerks have less than desirable personalities, and their baggers could use some better training.

Not a great selection of vegan foods but moderately good prices on what they had.

Got to the store just before closing. Walked in to grab something just to have a very rude lately tell me they are closed. I told her its not 11 and the doors are open. She said again even louder we are closed. I was already in the store, but ok whatever I left. Maybe you should change your hours on the door, and Google if you want to close earlier. That way people dont rush down there to make it before Closing. Hope you guys higher some nicer people too that maybe say so sorry we have already shut down our registers. Not just scream were closed in peoples faces.

Very nice a clean place to shop for your groceries, and there is a Coffee Shop inside.

Best Place to buy your daily groceries, in Laguna West.Get the rotisserie chicken, I shred it when I get it home and use it all week long with simple meals, like salads and pitas. All the workers there are very friendly and helpful.
