Always finding something unique when I decide to go in for seasonal items, vegetarian frozen foods or shopping for my college student. The staff for the most part are welcoming and friendly. The produce is not always the freshest, but they do have an organic section and if you hit the right day it’s as good as any market around.

I actually like coming here for a couple reasons. They have very unique items you wont find in most grocery stores and the prices will definitely bring me back.Things to check out hereCheeses bacon and if you drink then they have a great beer and wine selection

This store is soooo nice to shop in! Its clean, everything has a sign and the staff are amazing! The owners are always there and willing to help. This is the store you want to shop in before going somewhere else! Try it out, you will love it!

They dont have everything one needs but what they do have are very reasonably priced or far cheaper then at a larger/chain grocery store. And sometimes you just have to take a chance on a product and most times I think youll be surprised how good it is.

Whats a discount grocery store without discounts?Why its the new Grocery Outlet Elk Grove of course.This store had lost the plot ever since the new owners bought it. The sales have been cut by probably 90%. They are constantly out of basic items. Their produce section is pathetic with spoiled producs regularly being offered to their customers.I tried to give this feedback to the owner and rather than accept my honest feedback, that most companies pay for, he acted like toddler and told me that if all I want to do is badger him then I can go somewhere else. Thats the best deal theyve had in a long time.

The store has a warehouse feel. You can get pretty much everything you might need here, but the selection is limited. The aisles are wide, the store is clean and products are kept well stocked. The best reason to shop here is the bargains! Im able to really stretch my grocery dollars here and try things I might not have otherwise been able to afford. You can also get great bargains on sundry items ~ socks, etc and they have anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizer well stocked. In March 2000 when most grocery stores were virtually empty GO still had everything incl some toilet paper!Theres plentiful convenient parking and handicap spots right at the door. They did have one electric cart they would bring out if you asked but the last time I was there I was told it was broken. It wasnt a deal breaker that day, the store isnt that big and I was able to get through it, but on other days it could be. Memo to Grocery Outlet management: please have electric carts available for your disabled customers.

Needs more supplements. Bought some mochi green tea ice cream and it was disgusting. Not sure if it was expired or a problem at the food plant.

Nice variety, great service, normal Covid precautions. Growing selection of organics. One can find a large portion of ones grocery list here, as well as some new-to-you products at great prices. I always come home with more than I intended to purchase, but that is all part of the fun!

I just love my grocery outlet in Elk Grove. The owners of Grocery Outlet over there are so pleasant to talk to. Always so helpful! Always so kind! Always willing to help you no matter what. I just love that man. Im not exactly sure who is wife is. But they are co-owners together. They always have what you need. Of course not toilet paper and paper towel, as of right now due to the same issue all the other grocery stores house. But other than that? They are awesome awesome awesome.

2 months ago I came here a young dark heavyset lady stopped me by the door. I was carrying my bag where I put my wallet, cellphone and makeups. She told me the bag I was carrying is not allowed in the store. I was shocked. I told her, by the way, its not a grocery bag. I explained to her. Its just a bag I use to put my stuff in. She just left didn’t even apologize. I brought that bag in J Crew for $39 it was my second day using it hahaha.

I love going to Grocery Outlet and getting bargins. Today was senior day and I got $3 off. Happy place!

Not the greatest selection on each type of item but it more than makes up for that in the cost of what what they have. The staff is friendly and efficient, the store is clean and well kept. Over all a pleasant shopping experience.

Its always a treasure hunt at Grocery outlet. I always find some screaming deal, like 5/$1 yogurts, or 99¢ boxes of cereal (usually a seasonal item from a few months ago, although the food isnt even close to expired). Their produce is nice. Ive not had good luck with the differentgourmet brands (pints) of ice cream (the kind youve never heard of but try anyway because its only a dollar or two), but they do have fancy chocolate bars for a good price. The only problem is that you can never count on them having the same products. Ive gone in many times looking for sliced Dill pickles or mustard, only to find they only have spicy mustard or Dijon, and only sweet pickle relish (yuk!). But overall, its an adventure shopping here.

Stopped in to buy some cereal. They were out of Cheerios, but the place was clean, & well stocked with other items. The cashier was cheerful & polite. The place wasnt busy & easily accessible from parking lot.

Today February 3, the checker did not finish bagging our groceries and took 2 other customers while we had to finish bagging our own grocery.I have been shopping at this store since it opened. The customer service use to be great, but that has gone downhill.The deals are still great, but there are many Grocery Outlets in Sacramento that have great customer service.Sorry to see this one slide.

Sometimes you find real gems here.Many of items are there for a short time and are gone the next time you are there.It is a great place to explore and find new things. However the changing stock makes it difficult for me to plan shopping trips

FUN FUN FUN. Love this clean,well organized location. You never know what awesome bargain you will find. It is possible to do all of your regular shopping here. Shop here before you go to your regular store.They have produce,dairy,meat and household stuff all the time. Specialty gormet items. Wine, lots of wine. Clothing,plants,small furniture and cosmetics. This is the only store where my total is always lower than I expect. Nice staff here too.

I enjoy checking whats in stock at grocery outlet. This is the closest one to me, but there are other ones in the area as well. It seems they each carry something a little different so theyre not all the same. This one has what appears to be a fairly loyal clientele as you often see the same people in there. You just have to be careful sometimes they are not the cheapest price on certain things, however other times they are. Also if you see something there you need to get it then cuz it might not be there the next day.

Poor customer service. The cashier on the first register would great customers as they enter, not anymore. Employees I encounter throughout the store dont speak. This store must be under new management. Stockton Blvd by Costco is much better.

Love the Grocery outlet on Riverside. The Weirsbickis are great owners. They always have things you need and dont need but must have anyway. Its always fun shopping there for big bargains. The service is great. The prices are great too. The inside is just like any other grocery outlet I have been to. Nothing special. They have a little bit of everything it seems. I would go back again.

Most of the Grocery Outlets that I have been to usually look dingy and unclean. This location is different as it looks modern and clean and has a huge selection of things you may want or need. There is a giant freezer section filled with prepared dinners, meats and fish a produce section with fresh fruits and veggies. They also have a big selection of wine and beer bigger than any other location!

I love them they always have great bargins. Even if your not struggling financially its a good place to shop. There frozen mixed vegetables are the best ive ever had o hope they keep them.

This place is hit and miss. Today I got what I wanted and saved $14! The merchandise varies. Some is high quality and just what you want at a good price and some is damaged beyond what you want... Example holiday poinsettias that were brown and wilted for $7, too much.... Worth checking out though before you go to the regular grocery.,

Prices are same if not higher than competition on most items. Except the toiletries and cleaning supplies. Most of the the checkers are courteous except one individual whom Ive been unfortunate enough to have had two encounters with. Apparrently working the morning shift. Just dont ask for any bags, even if you pay for them and if you do, i suggest packing your own bags. Otherwise she may angrily throw large cans of pumpkin on your pies and avocados and or leave items you purchased out of your bag. The management was very apologetic and fixed her mistakes, but the whole experience really put a damper on my entire day.

We continue to come back because the selection is good, prices are good and the service is always friendly.
