Very friendly and helpful. Always willing to do whats right to get you into the equipment you need. Never over selling or over charging and will walk you through the beer selection process to make sure you get exactly what you want. One of the employees even gave me his email and personal cell phone number to contact him after hours with questions. I read through all the reviews and notice the the bad ones were from when they first opened. Their knowledge has grown since that time and Ive had nothing but exceptional advice from them. Everyone has there own way of doing things or opinion on processes. Everything theyve told me has worked out well and their advise has only made my life easier. Walking into the store is like walking into your buddies garage and hanging out for a day of brewing and shooting the breeze. When it comes to brew kits and all grain supplies, they are very comparable with what you find on the Internet. you can find some equipment for much cheaper on the Internet but when it comes to customer service, this adds value and sometimes makes it worthwhile spending a little extra money. Not to mention youre supporting local business. Ive been in there time and time again and get nothing but the impression that they would rather be your friend and give you good advice then make a sale. As long as I am brewing, I will always go there first. They have a lifelong customer.

Nice Store very clean, well stocked with basic home brew equipment and some intermediate equipment. Prices where very reasonable. One of the best stores Ive seen for wine making stuff.Good selection of specialty grains and hops, but not so much on liquid yeast.Why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars was because of the staff. I called ahead of time to see if they had something, and the person who answered the phone seemed to be annoyed I had called. When I asked if they could check to make sure they had it, I was put on hold and no one came back on the phone. What I had asked for was within eye sight of the phone. When I got there I was the only customer and again I got the impression I was bothering them.If you know what you want and can help yourself its a nice shop to have in your town.

Store is clean and surprisingly large compared to most of the homebrew supply stores Ive been in. The personnel were ultra friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. David went out of his way to pull everything I needed together without me even asking for assistance. He milled the grains on the spot so I knew they were fresh and made helpful suggestions of other supplies I might need. Decent selection of supplies and equipment in store. Reasonable prices. Really surprised to see the amount of parts and hardware on hand for repairing or expanding systems - best kegging parts supply Ive seen on hand anywhere. David gave me his email address and said hed be happy to answer any questions. Great experience - will definitely make this a regular stop.

I called all over northern Indiana looking for good supplies to make cheese and another home brew. This store has everything. Super helpful on the phone, good online catalog to browse through...much better than buying supplies online. Ill definitely be back.

Well I drove 30 minutes to get here because it says they are open from 9 to 430 on Monday. Got there and sign on door says closed on Mondays. If that is how organized they are I can only imagine the quality of their products.

The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable.

Its great to have a home brew shop in our area and the products they have are of good quality. However, as a novice brewer my knowledge from just a few days of research far exceded the clerk who helped me. A larger selection of specialty grains and lme/dmes would be a great improvment too. Overall ill be back for the shear conveniance, but would suggest the owner/clerks put forth a little more effort in learning the product.
