Made an appt 3 weeks ago with Vicki to have carpet installed today 4/12. Nobody shows up and the shop is closed. Vicki ended up calling me saying there was a mistake, it’s scheduled for the 14th. I work 100% from home and took today off for the install. When I stated this is unacceptable I planned my life around today, everything is packed up and in the garage (furniture, desk, computers) I couldn’t work if I wanted to, and said I felt I deserve a small discount for the HUGE inconvenience, she said I would not be getting a discount and that I should just go somewhere else. Really Vicki!!! There was never any communication from her, she never told me to put money down or anything, and acted like it was my fault!! Thanks for leaving me high and dry and just stuck. Very unprofessional, but according to her she’s been in the business for 16 years so she must be doing something right. I would give her zero stars if it was an option.

The owner is responsible, the installation is good quality, and the price is very reasonable.We installed hardwood floor (Asian Walnut) through Michiana Floor Mart. We chose this store because the price was lower than other stores. The owner was responsive all the time. I was always able to talk to Vikie when I called the store.Vikies estimated start/finish dates were accurate -- the installation started one day before the estimated date and finished one day before the estimated finish date.The installers were professional and friendly as well. The floor was installed very nicely without any issues. Some trims were damaged during the installation, but the owner reimbursed the repair work.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the hardwood installation project performed by Michiana Floor Mart.

I never have to worry where I will go to purchase carpet, Vinyl flooring. Vicky is the best & so is her crew!!!

Vickie is super helpful and got my floor ordered and installed right away.
