An awesome experience from start to finish. The girls who work in the showroom were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. We went in the first day just to look but we knew coming out, that we would be using Yoders for whatever we decided on. So we had Gary come out and get an accurate measurement, then it was just a matter of picking the carpet. They were just a few feet short on the carpet we initially decided on but when we went back to look again they had a new roll in that we fell in love with. The price was right inline with the big stores and our budget so we set a date and a few weeks later Garys son, Joel came out and over two days transformed our house! I would have assumed it was a two man job but Joel is a workhorse, and he easily completed the job by himself. Very professional!Our neighbors were the ones that referred us to Yoders and we will definitly be referring them ourselves.Update: so two years have passed and now were on to the kitchen and dining room floor so of course we called on Yoders again and again they knocked it out of the park. Such a relief being able to call on someone to provide a service and not having to worry about anything.

Wonderful company. We bought carpet and lux vinyl flooring from them and had them install it. A year later the floors still look absolutely gorgeous. Install was quick and they were very courteous and professional. Show room employees were very, very patient with us. Will be using the again.

Didnt anything I liked in my price range

I went to Yoder Carpet after pricing out carpet at the big stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc).The ladies who work the front area were extremely helpful! After explaining what I needed, they were able to show me several samples in different price range and explain the difference in each.Yoder Carpet then had Gary come out and measure my basement, free of charge.After some back and forth with my wife, we selected our carpet and padding. We needed carpet for a basement of around 800 sq ft. I am delighted to say Yoder Carpet came in way under our budget! We bought quality carpet and padding for about half of what Lowes would charge.A few weeks later Brandon came and installed our carpet. I cannot say enough about Brandon. He was a man on a mission, staying past 7P on the first night and finishing the next day around 5P. He was on time, polite, and professional.Overall, I cannot recommend Yoder Carpet enough! They have my business!

Very helpful staff

Ive used Yoder for several different projects in several different houses. Theyve always been courteous, responsive, professional, and punctual. In my experience their pricing has always been better than that of the big box stores, and they really care about quality throughout the entire process. I trust them enough that during my last install I left the front door unlocked so that they could let themselves in while I was gone. I returned to new carpet with no mess left behind. Im about to have some additional carpet work done, and Ill be heading back to Yoder without even shopping the competition.

Great experience with Yoder Carpets! Cannot say enough good things about the service we received in the store, at in-home estimate, and installation. Had an minor issue with the LVP on steps and they were responsive in making sure that we were happy. Great company to work with and would highly recommend. We will choose Yoder for any future flooring projects.

We are THRILLED with our recent purchase of Karndean LVT from and installation by Yoder Carpets. From our first encounter in the store through the final installation process, their service and professionalism were absolutely top notch! The Yoder Carpets team were friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, honest, experienced and customer-focused. The in-store experience with Jayme and Javehn was pleasant and helpful to view and obtain samples. The in-home measuring and quoting process by Gary was thorough, accurate and he patiently handled our multitude of questions. The installation process was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. The installers were timely, very neat (regularly cleaning up after themselves), experienced, and highly respectful of our home and us (no loud conversations between them, no cell phones used or music played by them while in our house, they notified us before certain room access would be restricted during installation). We are extremely satisfied with our entire experience with Yoder Carpets Team, their impressive professionalism and the end work product!
