Worse service ever. Spent over 300dollars didnt receive any coupons or notifications for the next sale dont feel appreciated for my business as a consumer!!!

They have a great crew working here!! They help you fi d what you are looking for. They also will introduce to you many new things and features! The prices are great and affordable!!! A wide variety of color and style for a range of basketball shoes just for you!! There is something here for the whole family! They have a large range of sizes, starting with toddlers and up! Thew also have an easy convienient website!

Some of the employees there are extremely rude and seems like you’re a bother being there to them.

This place has the most horrible customer service ever. These people made me feel like a thief while I was there trying to purchase shoes. Never will I ever go back to this store in the Concord mall again. Nothing but rude employees
