The new manager raises prices to insane prices for goodwill. This location is known internally as the boujee goodwill. I give a few of the store representatives five stars but the manager definitely deserves this one star and after observing her interaction with new employees she should be fired. She was cussing in front of customers and saying shady things for everyone to hear. I have attached photos for an example of how much they can overprice an item at this location.

Clean, well-organized...but not a lot of stock in the general merchandise area.Lots of clothing priced at the “going rate” for Goodwills. Clothing was well-organized, clean, and in decent condition. I did find a pair of running pants that had a rip down the seam of the “seat” though.General merchandise area was well-organized, but there wasn’t a lot compared to other Goodwills in the area.

Never really cared to shop here much because all their is donated (free.) And cost as much new stuff at Walmart if not more . So I shop salvation army now or Walmart.

Goodwill has always been one of my favorite places to get clothes from because it allows for clothes to have a second purpose and not just get thrown away. Unfortunately, over the past few years Goodwill has raised their prices. Now, this isnt entirely their fault. I have seen many younger generations (mine included) buying very inexpensive articles of clothing and then selling them on online retailing websites for double to price. For this reason, Goodwill had to raise their prices. Like I said, this isnt directly Goodwills fault, but it is very disappointing to see such an amazing second hand thrift store raise prices to match higher quality second hand stores. This also leaves those who are low in income to have to look for a new inexpensive store to buy clothing and other household objects for their families. Goodwill does still offer some diamonds in the rough, but overall it has become a store that sells mediocre clothing for twice the price they should be. The staff here are also iffy. Most of the time, the workers are doing their jobs; hanging up clothing, cleaning around the store, and running the cash register. Sometimes, though, you get an uninvolved worker who could care less about helping people. Many times I have found myself wandering around Goodwill looking for an associate to answer a question. I understand the need to do your job and keep busy, but helping customers should also be a top priority. This store does have its flaws, like every store will, but once you look over them youll find a helpful caring environment that offers some inexpensive options for clothing, accessories, shoes, household objects, and books.

Best and cleanest GW in the area. Prices for name brand clothes seems high but everything else is a good deal. I love looking for art..

Ive been donating quite a bit of stuff and every time I drop off they are always there waiting with a smile to receive the next donation I drop off.

Just great to see a drop-off without (OPJ)other peoples junk-trash. Keep up the goodwill in the neighborhood.

Found some amazing deals on some quality used stuff

I enjoy finding name brand clothing for cheaper pricing at Goodwill. Lately though I have not appreciated the amount of dirt/animal hair I find on clothing and the pricing keeps going up. I might as well purchase new for a few more dollars. The pricing system also doesnt make sense.....stained baby clothes are sometimes priced as much as adult clothing.

Definitely one of the nicest goodwill stores Ive been in. Part of that is the fact its a nice new building. But the staff there work really hard to keep it nice.The aisles are kept clear and the shelves nearly organized. Everyone there is friendly and cheerful. This might sound weird, but it even smells nice there and didnt have that typical musty thrift store smell that all the donated clothing tends to give off.As for selection, its typical goodwill stuff. Quality is nice and you never know what youll find.

This is one of the most organized Goodwill stores Ive been in. They have a lot of nice merchandise too. The friendliness and accommodationof the staff is somewhat lacking however, otherwise it would have been a five-star review.

Probably my favorite goodwill in the area. I use to dread going in there about a year ago because that lady who has worn wrist braces for like 15 years worked there and shes super loud, rude and annoying. But after a few month haitius of going there I had noticed she was gone! I happily started shopping there again!

I Have not used the Career services, but store is clean, spacious, and organized. However, I did find a few small appliances that did not work after being plugged in. Always check electronics.

Goodwill... The only place where you can find exactly what ya wasnt looking for paid with money ya known should have been putting towards essential adult expenditures, just to almost forget said items in the car only to realize that hoarding is a serious addiction, and identifying what triggers is important for recovery 🤔

Huge store, good selection

I got a few blouses for myself and I saw a pair of used tennis shoes that I thought might fit my adult son who was not with me at the time. I asked if theys did not fit him could I bring them back tomorrow and they said no because shoes were not able.this puzzled me somewhat because shoes are given to the Goodwill have already been used. what is the difference between the person handing them in wearing them or a person that tried them on at home wearing them, or even if they try them on in the store to see if they fit? I think Goodwill needs to rethink that policy because it makes no sense whatsoever.

Prices have been moving up for awhile now. Hopefully that is finding its way to the employees. Cut back on their sales days as well.

We went in expecting to not find anything we were looking for but were surprised with what we found! We found some clothes (you have to try a lot on as all brands sizing runs different), a coffee maker (which was the main purpose of said exposition and a good find), and a toy for my grandson! All in all it was a good day! I would recommend this place to anyone. Just be prepared to spend some time combing through the racks.

I love this new store...Its much bigger and its really CLEAN.The staff is great too...very helpful and friendly!! Dont forget to sign up for your point card if your 50+ ( i think thats the age)...you can save even more!!

I love this facility! Easy access to a computer, and a fax. The Goodwill also have hiring events which employers come from all directions. A friendly atmosphere with individuals willing to assist with helping.

Prices are absolutely absurd. And they dont run sales. I Understand marking stuff up if youre gonna give it to people for 50% off. But They forgot half of the equation.

Had plenty of clothing items, but I was not looking for clothing

Everything is way overpriced when its donated to them. When you go there you expect that you can get something really cheap because youre on a very fixed budget five bucks for a t-shirt really you go to Walmart get a t-shirt brand new one for five bucks alot of the time And then they always ask you for extra money.

Normally I have a great experience here..... but today I was getting several things that were exactly the same all were marked 3.99 except for 1 marked 6.99. And all the manager would say is its different....and walked away. And was very rude. 😕I shop here often and everyones very friendly and some know me by name, but Ive Never seen this mngr before and hope to not see her again.

Some Goodwill stores are crammed and almost drive crazy. This store was well organized and clean. A huge thumbs up for making it an easy quick stop!

All the Goodwills in my area have doubled the prices. A pair of used sweat pants were 7$. No thank you. Getting really sick of them picking and choosing what they think is name brand and bumping the price even more. Its goodwill for Gods sake. Come on!
