Great customer service. There is always someone nearby to help find items, answer questions, or quickly process your purchases. Finding this type of helpful service is not very common anymore. I really appreciate it!

Best little hardware that still carries some older items that we miss in a box store as well as up to date items. They replace all kinds of window screens.Just a warm friendly personal help place to find what you need.

The store is always clean, staff are all friendly. Its a much smaller Ace then I am used to, and to me it seems they have less available. However they have the basics and keep them stocked.

From where I live Stickley Hardware in very convenient. The prices are in as cheap Lowes or someplace like that but I dont have to drive across town.

They have most any thing you would expect at a hard ware (and then some) but they are pricey. Consolation they are close and traffic is much less than Elkhart. Kudos to the staff, friendly and helpful🤗

They welcome you when you walk in and are always asking if you need help. They have plenty of items for such a small place. Prices are not much different than the big stores. Sign up for rewards and it makes it even closer.

Good selection of merchandise, though very expensive. In all due fairness, most Ace stores are on the high end of prices. The fault lies within the customer service. Ive been going here for nearly 25 years as its very close to my residence. The gentlemen that use to work at the store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Now, its staffed by people who couldnt care less about helping you out when need be and act like youre a major inconvenience when asking about a product available for special order. Go to the Ace hardware in Middlebury, they are far more helpful and the store is much nicer with convenient parking.

Customer service at this location is THE BEST Ive experienced out of ANY Ace hardware location.They helped me assemble my propane heater and took the time to explain how it works and safe operation.5 stars 👍

Needed a Small plastic plumbing fitting for my swimming pool pump. I thought I would try my neighborhood hardware store before I drove all the way into town. Darned if they didnt have it!! Amazing amount of inventory for a smaller store.

A rare holdout from the days of neighborhood hardware stores. An Ace affiliated shop, they have a surprising variety of expected inventory. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, a pleasant surprise if youre used to having to work with big box store worker bees.

I really like the variety this store carries. I have shopped for specific items online and this store usually pops up as having it available at the store for pick up. This is very convenient when I am doing a project at home & I am all of the sudden needing something.

Helpful nice

They were supposed to replace my glass in a window they decided they couldnt get a screw out so they couldnt fix it but reinstalling the window we are missing plastic parts they broke off making it more difficult to put broken window in. Dont go there to see dennis and his masterful window fixing.

Pulled into the parking lot at 4:55pm on a Saturday. They close at 5:00pm on Saturdays. The door was locked and the man at the register stared at us and didnt allow us to come in. We needed one drill bit.Will not be back. Poor customer service!

Arrived at 7:54 to buy one item, wouldve been in and out. Doors already locked. Sorry I thought you kept doors open till you closed at EIGHT. Usually come here for close proximity to my house. Wont anymore.
