Worked here a couple years ago staff if more than helpful. management in my dept was respectful. reason for leaving is I moved out of state for the time being.

Working here is a once in a lifetime experience. You can have your own opinion of an employer. They have great insurance and 2 shifts. Wood manufacturing manual labor

The guy that runs this place....might as well let his wife run the place...couldnt be any worse... Incompetent! ..rude! IDIOTIC....and thats me being nice!Horrible product! Probably some of the worst lumber in the state.WE HAVE REFUSED SHIPMENT FPR THAN 24 TIMES IN THE PAST 3 YEARS.CLOSE THE DOORS ALREADY!

Very poor management...owners are to hands on with a lack of planning and a vision for the future...this company holds the potential to be great with new management and less owner involvement...

There are some really nice people who work here and they do some nice things for their employees but there are some bad actors on the executive leadership team who view you as nothing more than a salary on a spreadsheet. There is definitely clique of those in the inner circle who live very pretty and look down on everyone else. Make no mistake this is not an egalitarian environment. They are very good at selling themselves in interviews but you will be in for a rude awakening once you’re hired. They use an archaic points system for firing you and even then if they want you gone they don’t need a reason. They will discard you before they’ve even learned your name. It’s a “good old boys club” of old white guys running the show. Not a diverse environment and certainly no minorities on the executive team. You can go anywhere and earn $12 an hour. I don’t recommend you go here.

Picking up. Was waiting an hour before I got put in a door. Another hour later I have 4 pallets loaded. Avoid this place. Pray for a fire

I work there great place to work

I worked for 3 solid months knowing how to operate every saw, print off sheets/stickers, and knew how to write out tags for everything.. got paid $4 an hour UNDER what every man was getting paid doing half of my job. Then fired me because I had a hospital and doctor notes saying I needed time off for pulling 2 very important back muscles. No communication between leaders and workers.

They were friendly and nice people

My husband has worked here for 4 weeks, he was hired in as a set up/maintanece guy until he was trained then he was heading for team lead... its been 4 weeks maintanece keeps driving off and leaving him to go back to plant whatever he has no idea who he is supposed to be reporting to which one of the 4 plants he is supposed to be in nor does he know what job they hired him to do. For the first 2 weeks he did stuff to keep himself busy but today he was told to report to the other plant again, he gets there ALL the main. Guys say oh.. we dont have anything to do right now and they all got in their trucks and left him... great employers here, you hired someone wanting to work but dont give them anything to do,just leave them alone in a to walk around from plan to plant without a purpose... very unorganized company! Get it together!! He had such high hopes for this place, really thought it was going to be an awesome fit but clearly they dont want hard working/ non drug addict Americans to work there. BEWARE ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT

Im a truck driver. I had a delivery at this place they couldnt unload me for two days ! So unprofessional. They didnt even pay my layover . This place is horrible!!

Terrible place to work!!! 😡 They act like they care for there employees but they really dont. I have a serious medical issue and tried to talk with them about it and instead of them trying to work with me they decided to terminate me. If you are considering working here dont do it!!! Its a terrible place to work!!!!
